本试验旨在研究唾液乳杆菌代谢物丁二酸对蛋鸡产蛋性能与蛋品质的影响,并分析其机制。选择450日龄海兰褐蛋鸡108羽,随机分为4组:空白对照组,丁二酸低剂量组(25 mM)、中剂量组(50 mM)和高剂量组(100 mM)。对照组饲喂基础日粮,丁二酸低、中、高剂量组在基础日粮上分别添加25 mM、50 mM、100 mM丁二酸,试验期14 d,测定各组的产蛋性能、蛋品质;试验结束后,选取产蛋性能最优组、对照组的十二指肠进行HE染色,测量肠绒毛高度和隐窝深度。结果:(1)试验期内,低、中、高剂量组日产蛋率高于对照组的天数分别为10 d、8 d、7 d,平均日产蛋率分别较对照组提高5.03%、1.06%、1.85%;(2)25 mM组和50 mM组的蛋白高度分别比对照组提高33.51%和38.92%,差异极显著(P0.05);试验各组的蛋壳强度与蛋壳厚度较对照组高4.12%~10.26%(P>0.05);(3)与对照组相比,25 mM组的肠绒毛高度提高22.19%,差异显著(Pv/C比值)提高37.04%,差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,产蛋鸡后期饲喂丁二酸可提升产蛋性能和蛋品质,生产实践中以添加25 mM效果最好。

The design of a three-input logic circuit using carbon nanotube field effect transistors(CNTFETs)is *** logic must be an exact replacement for dual logic since it performs straightforwardly in digital devices,which is why this design is so popular,and it also reduces chip area,both of which are examples of circuit *** proposed module we have investigated is a triple-logic-based one,based on advanced technology CNTFETs and an emphasis on minimizing delay times at various values,as well as comparisons of the design working with various load *** the proposed design with the existing design,the delay times was reduced from 66.32 to 16.41 ps,i.e.,a 75.26%***,the power dissipation was not optimized,and increased by 1.44%compared to the existing *** number of transistors was also reduced,and the product of power and delay(P∗D)achieved a value of 0.0498053 *** improvement at 1 v was also achieved.A load capacitance(fF)was measured at different values,and the average delay measured for different values of capacitance had a maximum of 83.60 ps and a minimum of 22.54 ps,with a range of 61.06 *** power dissipations ranged from a minimum of 3.38μW to a maximum of 6.49μ*** on these results,the use of this CNTFET half-adder design in multiple Boolean circuits will be a useful addition to circuit design.

Evapotranspiration is an essential component of the hydrological cycle that is of particular interest for water resource *** quantification is helpful in irrigation scheduling,water balance studies,water allocation,*** of reference evapotranspiration(ET0)using both gene expression programming(GEP)and artificial neural network(ANN)techniques was done using the daily meteorological data of the Pantnagar region,India,from 2010 to 2019.A total of 15 combinations of inputs were used in developing the ET0 *** model with the least number of inputs consisted of maximum and minimum air temperatures,whereas the model with the highest number of inputs consisted of maximum air temperature,minimum air temperature,mean relative humidity,number of sunshine hours,wind speed at 2mheight and extra-terrestrial radiation as inputs and with ET0 as the output for all the *** the GEP models were developed for a single functional set and pre-defined genetic operator values,while the best structure in each ANN model was found based on the performance during the testing *** was found that ANN models were superior to GEP models for the estimation *** was evident from the reduction in RMSE values ranging from 2%to 56%during training and testing phases in all the ANN models compared with GEP *** ANN models showed an increase of about 0.96%to 9.72%of R2 value compared to the respective GEP *** comparative study of these models with multiple linear regression(MLR)depicted that the ANN and GEP models were superior to MLR models.

通过调节反向偏置电压可以改善电场渗透对质谱仪的影响,提高质谱仪的分辨率。为了满足质谱仪对脉冲电场的不同要求,提出了一种可以同时输出两路极性相反脉冲电场的脉冲电源,且高压正脉冲叠加幅值可调的直流负偏置电压。该电源只需一个充电源便可以产生正负两路脉冲电场。分析了串联开关同步驱动效果,随后通过增加补偿绕组和并联电阻优化了串联电容的分压不均的问题,并验证一个磁芯加多个副边绕组的方案可进一步降低充电电压不均。最终实现了4个电容器的充电电压与平均电压相差不超过0.1%。搭建了一台4级的电源样机,实验表明,其可以在容性负载上产生一路幅值为0~1.5 kv、脉宽为2~10μs可调的高压正脉冲且叠加幅值为0~-200 v的反向偏置电压,和一路幅值为0~-1.5 kv、脉宽为2~10μs可调的高压负脉冲,频率高达10 kHz,正负脉冲的前沿均小于30 ns,脉冲波形平稳。该脉冲电源结构紧凑,并且输出电压、脉宽、频率均连续可调。

针对脉冲电磁场生物医学应用中所需求的高电压大电流宽范围脉冲问题,文中采用脉冲叠加的方案设计了一种长脉宽固态直线型变压器驱动源(Linear Transformer Driver, LTD)。该LTD脉冲发生器为了突破脉冲变压器伏秒积限制下的脉宽范围,采用并联叠加的方式增加输出脉宽。设计了脉冲变压器的复位电路,提高了LTD输出脉冲占空比,能够实现最少支路LTD的多次脉冲叠加。通过Pspice搭建仿真电路模型进行仿真实验,结果表明在单匝脉冲变压器伏秒积为146 v·ms的情况下,实现单级电压为300 v,脉宽为1.6μs的脉冲输出,为其原伏秒积的3倍,且所提方案能够通过增加叠加脉冲个数来实现更宽范围的脉冲延长。

Marine propellers have complex geometry and their performance is determined by costly and time consuming open water *** of numerical techniques helps researchers in effective design of *** approaches are used that predicted either hydrodynamic and acoustic response or structural ***-way fluid-structure interaction(FSI)analysis is a very useful approach providing all three responses which helps in the design,analysis and optimization of a *** objective of this paper is to predict the hydro-elastic response of a propeller using two-way FSI on a 0.2m diameter,DTMB-4119 propeller using ANSYS ***-way FSI analysis is carried out using system coupling approach that transfers the data between the structural and fluid *** turbulence effects are captured using the large-eddy simulation(LES)model and the Ffowcs Williams Hawkings(FWH)acoustic model is used for evaluating the sound pressure level(SPL)generated by *** is extended to evaluate the hydro-elastic and acoustic response of the propeller after validating the hydrodynamic performance with the experimental result in the *** results from Two-way FSI analysis are in close agreement when compared with the one-way FSI ***-way FSI can accommodate the peak value of stress and deformation developed during the initial part of the transient solution which is important in the design of *** study reveals that metallic(NAB)propeller can be replaced by a composite *** acoustic response from two-way FSI analysis will be more realistic due to the consideration of hydro-elastic effect of propeller.
