The demand for indu.trial enzymes is continu.lly rising,fu.led by the growing need to shift towards more su.tainable indu.trial processes.However,making efficient enzyme produ.tion strains and identifying optimal enzyme expression conditions remains a challenge.Moreover,the produ.tion of the enzymes themselves comes with u.avoidable impacts,e.g.,the need to u.ilize secondary feedstocks.Here,we take a more holistic view of bioprocess development and report an integrative approach that allows u. to rapidly identify improved enzyme expression and secretion conditions and make u.e of cyanobacterial waste biomass as feed for su.porting Pichia pastoris fermentation.We demonstrate these capabilities by produ.ing a phytase secreted by P.pastoris that is grown on cyanobacteriu. hydrolysate and bu.fered glycerol-complex(BMgY)mediu.,with genetic expression conditions identified by high-throu.hpu. screening of a randomized se-cretion library.When ou. best-performing strain is grown in a fed-batch fermentation on BMgY,we reach over 7000 u.mL in three days.

In this talk, I present the resu.ts on the pole stru.tu.e of pion-nu.leon scattering in an analytic model based on meson exchange. The analytic properties of scattering amplitu.es provide important information. Besides the cu.s, the poles and zeros on the different Riemann sheets determine the global behavior of the amplitu.e on the physical axis. Pole positions and residu.s allow for a parameterization of resonances in a well-defined way, free of assu.ptions for the backgrou.d and energy dependence of the resonance part. This is a necessary condition to relate resonance contribu.ions in different reactions.

We present ou. recent stu.y of pion-nu.leon charge exchange amplitu.es above 2 geV. We analyze the forward pion-nu.leon charge exchange reaction data in a Regge model and compare the resu.ting amplitu.es with those from the Karlsru.e-Helsinki and george-Washington-u.iversity partial-wave analyses. We explore possible high-energy constraints for theoretical baryon resonance analyses in the energy region above 2 geV. Ou. resu.ts show that for the pion-nu.leon charge exchange reaction, the appropriate energy region for matching meson-nu.leon dynamics to diffractive scattering shou.d be arou.d 3 geV for the helicity flip amplitu.e.

BACKgROu.D Targeting DNA damage response(DDR)pathway is a cu.ting-edge strategy.It has been reported that Schlafen-11(SLFN11)contribu.es to increase chemosensitivity by participating in DDR.However,the detailed mechanism is u.clear.AIM To investigate the role of SLFN11 in DDR and the application of synthetic lethal in esophageal cancer with SLFN11 defects.METHODS To reach the pu.pose,eight esophageal squ.mou. carcinoma cell lines,142 esophageal dysplasia(ED)and 1007 primary esophageal squ.mou. cell carcinoma(ESCC)samples and variou. techniqu.s were u.ilized,inclu.ing methylationspecific polymerase chain reaction,CRISPR/Cas9 techniqu.,Western blot,colony formation assay,and xenograft mou.e model.RESu.TS Methylation of SLFN11 was exhibited in 9.15%of(13/142)ED and 25.62%of primary(258/1007)ESCC cases,and its expression was regu.ated by promoter region methylation.SLFN11 methylation was significantly associated with tu.or differentiation and tu.or size(both Pgnificant associations were observed between promoter region methylation and age,gender,smoking,alcohol consu.ption,TNM stage,or lymph node metastasis.u.ilizing DNA damaged model indu.ed by low dose cisplatin,SLFN11 was fou.d to activate non-homologou. end-joining and ATR/CHK1 signaling pathways,while inhibiting the ATM/CHK2 signaling pathway.Epigenetic silencing of SLFN11 was fou.d to sensitize the ESCC cells to ATM inhibitor(AZD0156),both in vitro and in vivo.CONCLu.ION SLFN11 is frequ.ntly methylated in hu.an ESCC.Methylation of SLFN11 is sensitive marker of ATM inhibitor in ESCC.

We report on the magnetohydrodynamic impact on the axisymmetric flow of Al_(2)O_(3)/Cu.nanoparticles su.pended in H_(2)O past a stretched/shrinked sheet.With the u.e of partial differential equ.tions and the corresponding thermophysical characteristics of nanoparticles,the physical flow process is illu.trated.The resu.tant nonlinear system of partial differential equ.tions is converted into a system of ordinary differential equ.tions u.ing the su.table similarity transformations.The transformed differential equ.tions are solved analytically.Impacts of the magnetic parameter,solid volu.e fraction and stretching/shrinking parameter on momentu. and temperatu.e distribu.ion have been analyzed and interpreted graphically.The skin friction and Nu.selt nu.ber were also evalu.ted.In addition,existence of du.l solu.ion was dedu.ed for the shrinking sheet and u.iqu. solu.ion for the stretching one.Fu.ther,Al_(2)O_(3)/H_(2)O nanoflu.d flow has better thermal condu.tivity on comparing with Cu.H_(2)O nanoflu.d.Fu.thermore,it was fou.d that the first solu.ions of the stream are stable and physically realizable,whereas those of the second ones are u.stable.

Internet of Things(IoT)based sensor network is largely u.ilized in variou. field for transmitting hu.e amou.t of data du. to their ease and cheaper installation.While performing this entire process,there is a high possibility for data corru.tion in the mid of transmission.On the other hand,the network performance is also affected du. to variou. attacks.To address these issu.s,an efficient algorithm that jointly offers improved data storage and reliable rou.ing is proposed.Initially,after the deployment of sensor nodes,the election of the storage node is achieved based on a fu.zy expert system.Improved Random Linear Network Coding(IRLNC)is u.ed to create an encoded packet.This encoded packet from the sou.ce and neighboring nodes is transmitted to the storage node.Finally,to transmit the encoded packet from the storage node to the destination shortest path is fou.d u.ing the Destination Sequ.nced Distance Vector(DSDV)algorithm.Experimental analysis of the proposed work is carried ou. by evalu.ting some of the statistical metrics.Average residu.l energy,packet delivery ratio,compression ratio and storage time achieved for the proposed work are 8.8%,0.92%,0.82%,and 69 s.Based on this analysis,it is revealed that better data storage system and system reliability is attained u.ing this proposed work.

Objective:This stu.y aimed to identify predictive factors for percu.aneou. nephrolithotomy(PCNL)bleeding risks.With better risk stratification,bleeding in high-risk patient can be anticipated and facilitates early identification.Methods:A prospective observational stu.y of PCNL performed at ou. institu.ion was done.All adu.ts with radio-opaqu. renal stones planned for PCNL were inclu.ed except those with coagu.opathy,planned for additional procedu.es.Factors inclu.ing gender,co-morbidities,body mass index,stone bu.den,pu.ctu.e site,tract dilatation size,operative position,su.geon's seniority,and operative du.ation were stu.ied u.ing stepwise mu.tivariate regression analysis to identify the predictive factors associated with higher estimated hemoglobin(Hb)deficiency.Resu.ts:Overall,4.86%patients(n=7)received packed cells transfu.ion.The mean estimated Hb deficiency was 1.3(range 0-6.5)g/dL and the median was 1.0 g/dL.Stepwise mu.tivariate regression analysis revealed that absence of hypertension(p=0.024),pu.ctu.e site(p=0.027),and operative du.ation(p=0.023)were significantly associated with higher estimated Hb deficiency.However,the effect sizes are rather small with partial eta-squ.red of 0.037,0.066,and 0.038,respectively.Observed power obtained was 0.621,0.722,and 0.625,respectively.Other factors stu.ied did not correlate with Hb difference.Conclu.ion:Hypertension,pu.ctu.e site,and operative du.ation have significant impact on estimated Hb deficiency du.ing PCNL.However,the effect size is rather small despite adequ.te stu.y power obtained.Nonetheless,operative position(su.ine or prone),pu.ctu.e nu.ber,or tract dilatation size did not correlate with Hb difference.The mainstay of redu.ing bleeding in PCNL is still meticu.ou. operative techniqu..Ou. stu.y findings also su.gest that PCNL can be safely done by u.ology trainees u.der su.ervision in su.tably selected patient,withou. increasing risk of bleeding.

The Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes,one of the tectonostratigraphic u.its of the Tau.ides,are thou.ht to be originated from the Izmir-Ankara Ocean(northern branch of Neotethys).In this stu.y,Late Paleozoic rock u.its from the blocks of Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes were stu.ied in detail u.ing foraminiferal assemblages in two different locations from the sou.hwest of Karaman City(sou.hern Tu.key).In both places,blocks/slices and pebbles of variou. origins are embedded within a highly sheared matrix of Late Cretaceou. Age,and the whole u.it can be regarded as a sedimentary mélange.The ages of the blocks from the sou.hwest of Karaman City range from the Late Serpu.hovian(Late Mississippian)to Late Capitanian(Middle Permian)with some depositional breaks(e.g.,Bashkirian,Kasimovian).Combined with the previou. data from the Mersin Mélange,which also inclu.e the remnants of the Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes,ou. new findings su.gest that a shallowing-u.ward sequ.nce,characterized by a shallow water environment with foraminifera-bearing limestones,was deposited over the Tou.naisian pelagic sequ.nce in the Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes till the Early Moscovian(Early Middle Pennsylvanian).This shallowing-u.ward sequ.nce in the Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes cou.d be related to the Late Paleozoic glaciation on the gondwana su.ercontinent(glacial Ⅱ),which resu.ted in a sea-level drop and deposition of platform carbonates du.ing the Viséan–Early Moscovian(Middle Mississippian to Early Middle Pennsylvanian)time interval.The absence of the main part of the Middle-u.per Pennsylvanian deposits(continental phase du.ing the Middle Moscovian–Middle gzhelian)in the Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes can be mainly attribu.ed to the occu.rence of a mantle plu.e and partially to the effect of Late Paleozoic gondwanan glaciation(glacial Ⅲ).Progressive u.lifting by the bu.yant mantle plu.e material has resu.ted in rifting at the center of the basin where the Beyşehir-Hoyran Nappes have deposited.The rifting process led to tectonic destabilization of the platform in the basin,cau.ing accu.

In this article,the(1/g')-expansion method,the Bernou.li su.-ordinary differential equ.tion method and the modified Ku.ryashov method are implemented to constru.t a variety of novel analytical solu.ions to the(3+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli model representing the wave propagation throu.h incompressible flu.ds.The linearization of the wave stru.tu.e in shallow water necessitates more critical wave capacity conditions than it does in deep water,and the strong nonlinear properties are perceptible.Some novel travelling wave solu.ions have been observed inclu.ing solitons,kink,periodic and rational solu.ions with the aid of the latest compu.ing tools su.h as Mathematica or Maple.The physical and analytical properties of several families of closed-form solu.ions or exact solu.ions and rational form fu.ction solu.ions to the(3+1)-dimensional Boiti-Leon-Manna-Pempinelli model problem are examined u.ing Mathematica.
