Analyzing the inconsistency in driving patterns between manual and autonomous modes under complex driving scenarios with a VR-enabled simulation platform

Prospects for rare and forbidden hyperon decays at BeSⅢ

The study of hyperon decays at the Beijing electron Spectrometer Ⅲ （BeSⅢ） is proposed to investigate the events of J/φ decay into hyperon pairs, which provide a pristine experimental.environment at the Beijing electron-Positron Collider Ⅱ. About 10^6-10^8 hyperons, i.e., ∧, ∑, ∈, and Ω, will be produced in the J/φ and φ（2S） decays with the proposed data samples at BeSⅢ. Based on these samples, the measurement sensitivity of the branching fractions of the hyperon decays is in the range of 10^-5-10^-8. In addition, with the known center-of-mass energy and ＂tag technique＂, rare decays and decays with invisible final states can be probed.

Objective To explore the effects of SDS, PBS re-dissol.ent solutions on fluorescence val.es of radioal.ergosorbent test (RAST) inhibition. Methods Dermatophagoides pterronyssinus al.ergen immunoCAP and UniCAP 100 System were used. The Sera Pool consisted of 20 Dermatophagoides pterronyssinus al.ergic patients sera, their specific Ige fluorescence val.es were between 12 505 and 24 776. Results Fluorescence val.e percentages decreased: 62.9%, 54.1%, 43.5%, 6.7%, 3.7%, 2.6%, 2.2%, and 1.4% respectively, when SDS concentrations were at 2%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.25%, 0.1%, 0.05%, 0.025%, and 0.01%. Fluorescence val.es decreased more than 5% with SDS concentrations equal to 0.25% or higher. PBS in 0.1 and 0.01 mol/l concentrations decreased fluorescence val.es 2.9% and 0.9% respectively. Conclusions SDS is a commonly used surfactants in al.ergen extract and re-dissol.ent prepared al.ergen precipitation for RAST inhibition. Thus effects of surfactants (e.g. SDS) upon the RAST inhibition tests must be considered when they were used as re-dissol.ent agents to improve protein resolution in RAST inhibition.

A Comparison Study on Corrosion Resistance of 430 Stainless Steel Surfaces Modified by Alkylsilane and Fluoroalkylsilane SAMs

The self-assembly monolayers （SAMs） of n-dodecyltriethoxysilane （DTeS） and 1 H, 1 H, 2H, 2H-perflu- orodecyltriethoxysilane （PFDS） on the surface of the 430 stainless steel （430SS） were prepared and their corrosion protection performance was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR） -attenuated total reflection （ATR）, static contact angle and atomic force microscopy （AFM）. The results showed that the alkali pretreatment and the water added into the self-assembly solution could generate more hydrox- yls on the 430SS surface, and then enhanced the adsorption of the SAMs. A suitable temperature of the self-assem- bly solution is important for the formation of the SAMs. The silane SAMs were chemically adsorbed on the 430SS substrates by Fe-O-Si bonds. In all cases tested, PFDS has a better inhibition effect compared with DTeS, and the difference in inhibition effect is most marked at the lowest concentration of 1 mmol/l.

Compounds [Sm（m-CIBA）3phen]2.2H20 and [Sm（p-CIBA）3phen]2·2H20（m-CIBA=m-chlorobenzoate, pClBA=p-chlorobenzoate, phen=l,10-phenanthroline） were prepared. The dehydration processes and kinetics of these compounds were studied from the analysis of the DSC curves using a method of processing the data of thermal analysis kinetics. The Arrhenius equation for the dehydration process can be expressed as lnk=-38.65-243.90×l0^3/RT for [Sm（m-CIBA）3phen]2·2H2O, and lnk=38.70-172.22×103/RT for [Sm（p-CIBA）3phen]2·2H2O. The val.es of △H^1, △G^1, and △S^1 of dehydration reaction for the title comnonnds are determined respectively.

expression level of augmenter of liver regeneration in patients with hepatic failure and hepatocellular carcinoma

BACKGROUND: Augmenter of liver regeneration (AlR) is an important polypeptide in the process of liver regeneration. This study aimed to determine the expression level of AlR in different liver diseases and its significance. MeTHODS: We prepared murine polyclonal antibody against AlR protein from Balb/C mice and purified the IgG fraction, which specifically combined to AlR protein as shown by Western blotting. Serum AlR levels in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), hepatic failure (HF), chronic hepatitis B, and healthy persons were compared by elISA. AlR mRNA expression levels in liver tissues in some of these patients were also compared by real-time RT-PCR. Immunohistochemical analysis was carried out on HF and HCC liver tissues. ReSUlTS: Different serum AlR levels foreshowed completely different prognoses in 18 HF patients. Higher AlR levels were noted in 6 improved patients (1613.5+/-369.6 pmol/ml) than in 12 deteriorating patients (462.3+/-235.8 pmol/m1). Similar levels were found in 20 HCC patients (917.9+/-332. 7 pmol/m1), 24 chronic hepatitis B patients (969.2+/-332.5 pmol/ml) and 10 healthy persons (806.9+/-240.8 pmol/ml). AlR mRNA levels in HCC liver tissues [10e6.24 (1.74x10(6)) copies/mu l] were much higher than in those of HF patients receiving orthotopic liver transplantation [10e3.45 (2.82x10(3)) copies/mu l] or in healthy liver tissues [10e4.31 (2.04x10(4)) copies/mu l]. In immunohistochemical analysis, positive immunostaining in HCC liver tissue was more intense than that in HF liver tissue. CONClUSION: Serum AlR level is helpful in estimating the survival time of patients with HF, and AlR may play an important role in hepatocarcinogenesis.
