目的比较全麻诱导期喉罩置入和视可尼气管内插管对患者心血管反应和脑电双频指数(BiS)的影响。方法选择择期行鼻内窥镜全麻手术的患者60例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为喉罩置入组(Ⅰ组)和视可尼气管插管组(Ⅱ组),每组30例。麻醉诱导和维持采用靶控输注丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼全静脉麻醉。比较各组患者诱导前(T1),诱导后(T2),喉罩置入或视可尼气管插管后即刻(T3)、1min(T4)、3min(T5)、5min(T6)时平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、BiS值的变化。结果Ⅰ组喉罩置入前后MAP、HR、BiS值组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅱ组T3、T4、T5的MAP、HR较T2时点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但BiS值明显升高(P<0.05),且在T3、T4、T5时明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论在相同麻醉深度下,全麻诱导期使用喉罩置入或视可尼气管内插管均可保持患者循环系统稳定,但视可尼气管内插管可使中枢神经兴奋性增高。

复方心康口服液心肌保护作用的实验研究

目的:探讨心康口服液对急性心肌损伤的保护作用。方法:(1)将小鼠分为对照组、运动衰竭组(运衰组)、牛磺酸+运衰组(牛磺酸组)、丹参+运衰组(丹参组),采用不同比例配伍的心康口服液用于小鼠,观察其游泳至衰竭时间。(2)用Wistar大鼠建立离体心脏模型及心脏损伤模型,分为对照组、缺血损伤(AR)组、心康组,分别观察各组大鼠心功能指标、CPK活性、心肌组织MDA及GSHPX,SOD活性、心肌细胞超微结构。(3)以1～3d的SD大鼠的心室肌细胞为基质,建立心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤模型,分为对照组(复氧组)、AR(缺氧复氧)组、心康组,观察3组的心肌细胞存活率、培养液中LDH活性、心肌细胞超微结构。结果:(1)牛磺酸组、丹参组较衰竭组小鼠的游泳时间显著延长(Pin时LVSP、dpdtmax、HR下降(Pin时LVSP、dpdtmax、HR与AR组相比均升高(P<0.01);心肌酶活力均升高,MDA含量及CPK活性降低(P<0.01);细胞超微结构大有改善。(3)AR组与对照组相比其细胞存活率降低(P<0.01),LDH活力升高(P<0.01),心康组与AR组相比细胞存活率升高(P<0.01);LDH活力降低(P<0.01);对照组心肌细胞超微结构正常,AR组心肌细胞超微结构破坏,成不可逆损伤,心康组细胞超微结构大有改善。结论:牛磺酸和丹参配物而成的心康口服液,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有显著的保护作用,心康口服液作为心肌缺血再灌注损伤治疗的辅助性用药将具有较好的临床应用前景。

以北京某大型污水处理厂的初沉污泥、剩余活性污泥为研究对象,通过考察厌氧消化系统的生物产甲烷潜力(BMP)、有机物降解能力,以及水解、产酸、产甲烷率、系统稳定性等,探讨了初沉池污泥和二沉池污泥经高温热水解预处理后的厌氧消化性能。结果表明,在厌氧消化阶段,初沉热水解污泥的产气率和有机物降解率相比初沉原泥均无明显提高;相比原泥,二沉池剩余污泥经热水解后最高日产气率、总固体(ts)累积产气率分别提高了67%、80%左右,总化学需氧量(TCOD)、总蛋白、总糖的降解率分别提高了5%、7%、14%。高温热水解工艺对提高剩余污泥的水解率、产酸率、产甲烷率效果更加明显。从系统稳定性方面看,初沉污泥高温热水解后可能会造成厌氧消化系统出现挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)大量积累,导致系统不稳定,影响产气速率;而热水解后的剩余污泥厌氧消化系统能够保持稳定运行。综合来看,剩余活性污泥更适合采用热水解预处理,初沉污泥可不进行热水解预处理。

The Review summarizes much of particle physics and cosmology. Using data from previous editions, plus 3,283 new measurements from 899 papers, we list, evaluate, and average measured properties of gauge bosons and the recently discovered Higgs boson, leptons, quarks, mesons, and baryons. We summarize searches for hypothetical particles such as heavy neutrinos, supersymmetric and technicolor particles, axions, dark photons, etc. All the particle properties and search limits are listed in Summary Tables. We also give numerous tables, figures, formulae, and reviews of topics such as Supersymmetry, Extra Dimensions, Particle Detectors, Probability, and Statistics. Among the 112 reviews are many that are new or heavily revised including those on： Dark Energy, Higgs Boson Physics, Electroweak Model, Neutrino Cross Section Measurements, Monte Carlo Neutrino Generators, Top Quark, Dark Matter, Dynamical Electroweak Symmetry Breaking, Accelerator Physics of Colliders, High-Energy Collider Parameters, Big Bang Nucleosynthesis, Astrophysical Constants and Cosmological Parameters. A booklet is available containing the Summary Tables and abbreviated versions of some of the other sections of this full Review.
