AIM:To determine the dry eye(DE)rate and its relationship with disease stage in patients with primary ***:A cross-sectional study included 432 patients with primary hypertension(with an equal number of patients in each group:144 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ hypertension)and 144 healthy subjects as a control *** Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)and Schirmer Ⅰ test without anesthetics were conducted on all 576 *** with OSDI scoreslevels in hypertension patients with DE were higher than those without DE,Plevated plasma creatinine,and CRP-hs levels were independent factors associated with DE in primary hypertension patients,Plevated plasma CRP-hs,and creatinine levels in patients with primary hypertension.

Coronary artery disease(CAD)is one of the most common pathological conditions and the major global cause of *** perfusion imaging(MPI)using single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)is a non-invasive method and plays an essential role in diagnosing ***,there is currently a shortage of doctors who can diagnose using SPECT-MPI in developing countries,especially *** on deploying machine learning and deep learning in supporting CAD diagnosis has been noticed for a long ***,these methods require a large dataset and are therefore time-consuming and *** study aims to develop a cost-effective and high-performance CAD classification model to support doctors in these *** this paper,we propose a transfer learning framework for a multi-stage training process with different learning *** process consists of two training stages:a warming up stage in which all layers of a pre-trained model(on ImageNet dataset)are frozen;and a finetuning stage in which a small amount of the top layers are unfrozen and then retrained with a lower learning *** dataset for this study consists of the polar maps from 218 *** popular CNN-based pre-trained models have been investigated,and ResNet152V2-based model has obtained the highest performances with an accuracy of 95.5%,area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)score 0.932,sensitivity 94.4%,precision 96.4%,and F1-score 95.2%.These performances are competitive or even better than all state-of-the-art approaches in terms of classification accuracy and *** also apply the class activation mapping technique to help explain the model’s predictions and increase the model’s reliability,proving capable of assisting the SPECT image readers in the CAD diagnosis.

Aircraft emissions contribute to global climate change and regional air pollution near *** the formation and the transformation of emissions in the aircraft engine is essential to properly quantify the environmental impact and air ***,precise investigation of chemical process in the turbine is challenging because of the complexity of the transformation process in the complex flow relating to the moving blade at high temperature and high *** present here,the first published model study of 3D chemical formations inside a high-pressure turbine and first time to compare three numerical solutions(1D,2D and 3D calculations)of transformation of trace species inside an aircraft *** model has simulated the evolution of principal precursor pollutant gases(NOx and SOx)and other species(hydrogen,oxygen species and carbon oxides).Our results also indicated strong dissimilarities in chemical transformations of 3D *** comparing the three solutions,the results obtained showed that the difference of mole fractions of species can be under predicted by 75%between 1D and 2D calculations and in the comparison of 2D and 3D calculation,the under predicted difference may be 90%.

Objective: To test the effects of dietary mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) on clownfish Amphiprion ocellaris (A. ocellaris). Methods: Six levels (0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 g/kg diet) of MOS were added to the basal diet (used as control diet) and fed clownfish A. ocellaris [total length (24.21 ± 0.16) mm] for 70 days. Growth performance and tissue protein were measured. Results: The result showed that growth rate was enhanced significantly in fish fed 0.10% and 0.15% MOS in diets compared to fish fed other MOS levels or control (P lementation than those fish fed other MOS inclusion levels and the control (P lemented diet benefits for boosting growth, survival and body composition of the clownfish, A. ocellaris.

Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) mainly originates from combustion emissions on-road transportation. Exposure to PM2.5 could be considered one of the primary causes of diseases such as heart attack, stroke, lung cancer, and chronic respiratory, which made it one of the most important co-benefits when evaluating the impact of GHG mitigation measures. This study quantifies the co-benefit of Ha Noi’s modal shift from private to public means of transport, which are reduced air pollution and extended life expectancy, combining AERMOD model and benefit transfer method. Analytical results show that shifting from motorbike to electric train could be the most beneficial option in term of health co-benefit, compared to the usage of standard buses and BRTs.

Sustainable construction in the future will be influenced significantly by the beliefs and actions of civil engineering students studying at university today. A comparative investigation of the appreciation and attitudes regarding sustainable construction of civil engineering students at The NUCE （National University of Civil Engineering） in Vietnam, and the Universities of Loughborough and Liverpool in the UK were therefore conducted. Results indicate that students at all three universities appreciate the importance of the development of sustainable construction and have positive attitudes with regards to sustainability. Construction design and appropriate use of materials were two issues generally considered the most important with regards to sustainability, but were also thought to be adequately covered on the courses in all three institutions.

The Vietnamese Mekong Delta is located at the end of the Mekong River, one of the 10 largest rivers in the world. It plays an important role, especially in terms of food security for not only Vietnam but also the world. However, the Vietnamese Mekong Delta is projected to be heavily affected by：（1） the annual （fluvial） flood, which would be changed in terms of time and spatial distribution after impacts of climate change scenarios （i.e., sharper hydrograph with shorter flood period）; and （2） sea level rise. Such combination would result in significant changes of surface water resources, leading to consequent impacts on the existing fanning systems in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. Therefore, this paper presents a new approach of integrating a one-dimensional hydrodynamic model （ISIS-1 D） with GIS （Geographic Information System ） analyses to：（1） identify priority areas for flood adaptation and mitigation; （2） provide an insight to local decision-makers in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta in changes of future floods.
