动态坐具的舒适度评价及使用动作分析

在办公场景中，为减少久坐中身体活动缺乏所带来的不良影响，“坐具的动态支撑”作为新型技术备受关注。从坐具的结构差异和人的使用2个角度出发，采用语义差异法对3种动态坐具和1种非动态坐具作为对照组的就坐体验进行主观舒适度评价，探究动态坐具的结构与功能对人体舒适度的影响；通过观察记录使用动态坐具时的身体动作，采用聚类分析法分析了身体动作的方向、幅度、频率等关键要素，最终为动态坐具产品的研发和使用指南提供科学依据。结果显示椅类动态坐具比凳类动态坐具和瑜伽球的坐姿舒适度更高；动态坐具的座面前倾和不稳定显著降低坐姿舒适度；使用动态坐具时，64.7%的实验对象选择身体动作的方向为前后摆动。建议当使用者处于办公状态时，上半身保持相对稳定，下半身可进行小幅度、高频率的前后摆动，并在动态坐具研发中提高椅脚与地板接触面之间的摩擦力，增加脚轮锁定功能，从而加强坐具抓地力以便于高频活动。

We have demonstrated for the first time that (ⅰ) mouse Sertoli cells predominantly secrete tPA under the action of FSH and cAMP-generating agents, whereas Leydig cells mainly produce uPA; (ⅱ) Sertoli cells are also capable of secreting PAi-1, as well as FSH, growth factors and GnRH increase PAi-1 gene expression; (ⅲ) the increases in tPA and PAi-1 activities by different hormones in the conditioned media of Sertoli cells correspond to the increases in the levels of tPA and PAi-1 mRNA in the cultured cells, suggesting that the synthesis of the activator-inhibitor in mouse Sertoli cells is regulated at a transcriptional level and the tPA secreted by Sertoli cells may be involved in the spermatogenesis.

The performance of multiuser Continuous phase modulation(CPM) over the additive white Gaussian noise channel with coherent maximum likelihood detection is considered. Algorithms are developed to calculate the Euclidean distance spectra employing tree-search and Astar algorithm. The complexity of proposed algorithms are further reduced using trellis minimization. The distance spectrum is then used to evaluate the performance of multiuser CPM systems, which reveals that the performance of multiuser CPM can be significantly improved by using optimized parameters. Both equally-powered and non-equally powered systems are considered. Numerical and simulated results confirm that the proposed algorithms can generate the distance spectra of all systems with lower complexity relative to previous methods and are particularly suited for multi user CPM systems.

The turnip fly, Delia floralis Fall6n （Diptera： Anthomyiidae） is an important insect pest of brassica vegetable crops in the holarctic region. Different populations have strongly varying temperature requirements for fly emergence, a challenge for accurate prediction of activity. This study focused on diapause development in one early and one late emerging phenotype. The physiological state after various treatments was deduced from emergence data. Our results showed a slow diapause progression at chilling conditions for both populations and diapause ended about 7 months after pupae were formed for the early population. For the late population held at 4℃ diapause did not end, no matter how long the duration of chilling. These pupae required a period with elevated temperatures above 6~C to continue development. At constant non-chilling conditions （18℃） from the time pupae were formed both populations completed diapause most rapidly. These results indicate that chilling delayed, rather than accelerated development and was not a prerequisite for diapause development. For post-diapause, results indicated a linear relationship between rate of development and temperature within the range of 6-18℃and a theoretical base temperature for development of about 2℃ for both populations. in conclusion, D. floralis pupae are in diapause throughout a long winter period, and delayed emergence of the late population appears to be caused by prolonged diapause regulated by a developmental temperature threshold. The study has added information on the biology of turnip fly populations, a prerequisite for improved pest control.

Optimization of Electrical Conductivity of SA-graphene Nanocomposites Using Response Surface Methodology

Synthesis and characterization of 4-{(E)-[(5-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]amino}-N-carbamimidoylbenzene-1-sulfonamide(SA) and its composites with graphene(SA-GF) were performed. Compound SA and SA-GF were characterized by FTiR and 1H NMR. The GF dispersion in the composites was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) for morphology. Thermal properties of SA and nanocomposites were investigated using differential thermal analysis(DTA) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The optimum electrical conductivity of the new sulfonamide-based Schiff base was determined to be 1.78×10–5 S/cm at a frequency of 9923 Hz, an applied voltage of –19 V, a mass fraction of 9.38% for graphene loading using a central composite design in the response surface methodology. The significance of the selected parameters(frequency, voltage and GF amount) in the model was determined by the analysis of variance(ANOVA). The results showed that frequency and graphene loading represent important model terms and have considerable effects on the conductivity of SA.

This paper proposes a guaranteed feasible control allocation method based on the model predictive control. Feasible region is considered to guarantee the determination of the desired virtual control signal using the pseudo inverse methodology and is described as a set of constraints of an MPC problem. With linear models and the given constraints, feasible region defines a convex polyhedral in the virtual control space. in order to reduce the computational time, the polyhedral can be approximated by a few axis alig ned hypercubes. Employing the MPC with rectangular constraints substantially reduces the computational complexity .in two dimensions, the feasible region can be approximated by a few rectangles of the maximum area using numerical geometry techniques which are considered as the constraints of the MPC problem. Also, an active MPC is defined as the controller to minimize the cost function in the control horizon. Finally, several simulation examples are employed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.

This paper investigates the necessity of feasibility considerations in a fault tolerant control system using the constrained control allocation methodology where both static and dynamic actuator constraints are considered. in the proposed feasible control allocation scheme, the constrained model predictive control(MPC) is employed as the main controller. This considers the admissible region of the control allocation problem as its constraints. Using the feasibility notion in the control allocation problem provides the main controller with information regarding the actuator′s status, which leads to closed loop system performance improvement. Several simulation examples under normal and faulty conditions are employed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. The main results clearly indicate that closed loop performance and stability characteristics can be significantly degraded by neglecting the actuator constraints in the main controller. Also, it is shown that the proposed strategy substantially enlarges the domain of attraction of the MPC combined with the control allocation as compared to the conventional MPC.
