As voltage measuring devices are widely used in the high voltage power system with a primary-secondary-fusion structure,electronic voltage transformers are directly connected to the primary conductor and would face much more serious electromagnetic environments than general secondary equipment.As a result,they would still experience failures even when general protection measures are adopted to suppress overvoltages'amplitudes.To address this issue,an innovative method is proposed after analyses are conducted on the resonance between a transformer and an overvoltage.Within this method,an air-cored coil is installed in a transformer to artificially shift its natural frequency and to dodge the high-frequency dominant component of a transient overvoltage,avoiding the aforementioned resonance and suppressing the secondary overvoltage.In addition,simulations and laboratory tests are conducted to prove this method's validity.

Objective: To investigate the main components and potential mechanism of Shuxuening Injection(SXNI) in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI) through network pharmacology and in vivo research. Methods: The Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP) and Pharm Mapper databases were used to extract and evaluate the effective components of Ginkgo biloba leaves, the main component of SXNI. The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM) and Gene Cards databases were searched for disease targets and obtain the drug target and disease target intersections. The active ingredient-target network was built using Cytoscape 3.9.1 software. The STRING database, Metascape online platform, and R language were used to obtain the key targets and signaling pathways of the anti-MIRI effects of SXNI. In order to verify the therapeutic effect of different concentrations of SXNI on MIRI in rats, 60 rats were first divided into 5 groups according to random number table method: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI low-dose(3.68 mg/kg), medium-dose(7.35 mg/kg), and high-dose(14.7 mg/kg) groups, with 12 rats in each group. Then, another 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the sham operation group, the model group, SXNI group(14.7 mg/kg), SXNI+LY294002 group,and LY294002 group, with 12 rats in each group. The drug was then administered intraperitoneally at body weight for 14 days. The main biological processes were validated using in vivo testing. Evans blue/triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) double staining, hematoxylin-eosin(HE) staining, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) assay, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and Western blot analysis were used to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of SXNI in MIRI rats. Results: Eleven core targets and 30 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathways were selected. The Solar Polar-orbit Observatory(SPO),proposed by Chinese scientists,is designed to observe the solar polar regions in an unprecedented way with a spacecraft traveling in a large solar inclination angle and a small ellipticity.However,one of the most significant challenges lies in ultra-long-distance data transmission,particularly for the Magnetic and Helioseismic Imager(MHI),which is the most important payload and generates the largest volume of data in SPO.In this paper,we propose a tailored lossless data compression method based on the measurement mode and characteristics of MHI data.The background out of the solar disk is removed to decrease the pixel number of an image under compression.Multiple predictive coding methods are combined to eliminate the redundancy utilizing the correlation(space,spectrum,and polarization)in data set,improving the compression ratio.Experimental results demonstrate that our method achieves an average compression ratio of 3.67.The compression time is also less than the general observation period.The method exhibits strong feasibility and can be easily adapted to MHI.

With a spatial resolution of 50 m,a revisit time of three days,and a swath of 950 km,the coastal zone imager(CZI)offers great potential in monitoring coastal zone dynamics.Accurate atmo-spheric correction(AC)is needed to exploit the potential of quantitative ocean color inversion.However,due to the band setting of CZI,the AC over coastal waters in the western Pacific region with complex optical properties cannot be realized easily.This research introduces a novel neural network(NN)AC algorithm for CZI data over coastal waters.Total 100,000 match-ups of HY-1 C CZI-observed reflectance at the top-of-atmosphere and Operational Land Imager(OLI)-retrieved high-quality remote sensing reflectance(Rrs)at the CZI bands are built to train the NN model.These reflectance data are obtained from the standard AC algorithm in the SeaDAS.Results indicate that the distributions of the CZI retrieved Rrs were consistent with the quasi-synchronous OLI data,but the spatial information from the CZI is more detailed.Then,the accuracy of the CZI data for AC is evaluated using the multi-source in-situ data.Results further show that the NN-AC can successfully retrieve Rrs for CZI and the coefficients of determination in the blue,green,red,and near-infrared bands were 0.70,0.77,0.76,and 0.67,respectively.The NN algorithm does not depend on shortwave-infrared bands and runs very fast once properly trained.

BACKGROUND This study aimed to evaluate the safety of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in elderly patients with gastric cancer(GC).AIM To evaluate the safety of ERAS in elderly patients with GC.METHODS The PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library databases were used to search for eligible studies from inception to April 1,2023.The mean difference(MD),odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(95%CI)were pooled for analysis.The quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale scores.We used Stata(V.16.0)software for data analysis.RESULTS This study consists of six studies involving 878 elderly patients.By analyzing the clinical outcomes,we found that the ERAS group had shorter postoperative hospital stays(MD=-0.51,I2=0.00%,95%CI=-0.72 to-0.30,P=0.00);earlier times to first flatus(defecation;MD=-0.30,I²=0.00%,95%CI=-0.55 to-0.06,P=0.02);less intestinal obstruction(OR=3.24,I2=0.00%,95%CI=1.07 to 9.78,P=0.04);less nausea and vomiting(OR=4.07,I2=0.00%,95%CI=1.29 to 12.84,P=0.02);and less gastric retention(OR=5.69,I2=2.46%,95%CI=2.00 to 16.20,P=0.00).Our results showed that the conventional group had a greater mortality rate than the ERAS group(OR=0.24,I2=0.00%,95%CI=0.07 to 0.84,P=0.03).However,there was no statistically significant difference in major complications between the ERAS group and the conventional group(OR=0.67,I2=0.00%,95%CI=0.38 to 1.18,P=0.16).CONCLUSION Compared to those with conventional recovery,elderly GC patients who received the ERAS protocol after surgery had a lower risk of mortality.

Background: Data on the glycemic profile of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) during the perinatal period are sparse. This study described the intrapartum and early postpartum glucose profiles among pregnant women with GDM, and analyzed factors potentially affecting glycemic parameters during the period.Methods: This was a prospective observational study conducted from March 2020 to November 2021. Pregnant women with GDM receiving lifestyle interventions alone during pregnancy and matched women with non-diabetic pregnancies (NDPs) were enrolled from among patients admitted to the obstetrics department for childbirth. Glucose monitoring was performed via a flash glucose monitoring (FGM) system on admission, and glucose readings during labor and early postpartum were analyzed. The clinical characteristics and FGM-based parameters of participants in the two groups were compared.Results: A total of 124 participants (mean age: 29.5 ± 3.5 years, 92 [74.2%] primipara) were included in the final analysis. A total of 17,571 glucose readings were retrieved. There were no significant differences in clinical characteristics between the GDM (n = 60) and NDP (n = 64) groups. The average glucose level was 92.2 mg/dL, and the level was higher in the GDM group (95.5 ± 12.1 mg/dLvs. 89.1 ± 13.4 mg/dL,P = 0.008) during the intrapartum and early postpartum periods. The data were split into the intrapartum period (from the start of labor to delivery of the placenta) and the early postpartum period (within 24 h after placental delivery) for analysis. During intrapartum, women with GDM exhibited glycemic profiles and fluctuations similar to those in the NDP group. However, women with GDM had higher postpartum glucose levels (97.7 ± 13.4 mg/dLvs. 90.8 ± 15.3 mg/dL,P = 0.009), a longer time spent >140 mg/dL (8.7 ± 9.3%vs. 5.9 ± 10.3%,P = 0.011), and greater glycemic fluctuations than those with NDP. S-棕榈酰化是细胞内一种可逆且动态的蛋白质翻译后修饰,参与调控下游靶基因转录、表达以及信号转导,进而影响细胞生命活动。研究发现数千种人类蛋白质经历S-棕榈酰化修饰,表明S-棕榈酰化与疾病发生发展以及治疗之间存在很大程度的关联性。T细胞是机体抗肿瘤免疫的主力军,多种T细胞免疫相关蛋白受S-棕榈酰化调节。本文围绕S-棕榈酰化对T细胞信号转导的影响及在T细胞免疫疗法中的应用展开论述,为T细胞免疫治疗新靶点及多肽抑制剂的开发提供新思路。

为进一步优化超音速分离线摆动喷管性能,通过数值计算分析了分离线处扩张比(ε)对超音速分离线摆动喷管流场的影响规律,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:相同ε下,随着摆动角度(θ)的增加,轴向推力系数(C_(fx))逐渐减小;ε取不同值时,相同θ下C_(fx)区别较大,在ε=1.68时C_(fx)达到最大值。相同ε下,随着θ的增加,偏转放大系数(K)先增加后减小,θ为1°~2°时,K值达到最大(K=2.5);不同ε下K区别较大,当ε≥1.46、θ为1°~8°时,K>1,ε=1.21时偏转效益受θ影响较大,K最小值小于1。数值仿真喷管羽流状态与地面试验一致,验证了仿真方法的有效性;分离线处压强由于模型误差存在一定偏差,摆动力矩由于分离线处压强的非均匀分布存在计算偏差。

时间洞察力是个体精准把控时间的品格。当前,西方学者对时间洞察力的概念化与研究均含糊不清,国内学者的客位化研究取向亦难以触及中国人时间洞察力的实质。文章以中国人的时间洞察力为切入点,采用基于深度访谈的扎根理论方法,运用访谈精英的取样策略,构建出中国人时间洞察力的三维结构模型。在中国人的时间洞察力中,过去、现在和未来是有机整合的,个体在心理时间的往返回荡中扫描而生成历史理性并用来指导实践,进而构建出一种可以克服“理想”与“现实”矛盾的人文时间。中国人的时间洞察力有一套极为独特的思考,认为历史会遵循某种规律(即“势”)而向前推进,掌握时机(时点)、把握火候(时距)并遵从规律(时序)便能因势利导获取成功。个人的生命时间虽然有限,但是主动参与群体共业可以创造出“超时间”的意义,继而创造其生命永恒不朽之价值。这种升华生命情感的超时间观,可能是疗愈现代时间病症的儒家养分。
