Hydrogen energy has emerged as a significant energy source for accomplishing energy transformation and achieving carbon *** production,storage and transportation are the key technologies to realize hydrogen energy application and carbon neutralization *** from the mature technologies of fossil fuel reforming and water electrolysis,new hydrogen production methods(such as solar photolysis,biomass conversion,thermochemical circulation,etc.)have garnered widespread attention and research *** lack of safe and efficient hydrogen storage and utilization technology for hydrogen fuel cell systems is the major obstacle to achieving hydrogen *** the past decades,global researchers have conducted extensive studies on enhancing the hydrogen storage performance of materials,such as alloy,metal hydride,complex hydride,carbon-based materials,etc.,as well as the technological development of fuel cell power generation systems using solid hydrogen storage materials as hydrogen storage *** themed issue entitled“Hydrogen Energy Production,Storage and Utilization”includes 10 carefully selected papers that address the most recent developments in hydrogen production and storage materials,involving catalyst design,structure characterization,hydrogen ab-/desorption performance and mechanism,and fuel cell coupling system exploit.

Analysis on the Gale and Dust Weather in Zhangjiakou City on May 11,2011

On May 11,2011, the gale and dust weather appeared in Zhangjiakou City. By analyzing the conventional meteorological data, it was found that the gale and dust weather occurred by the combined effect of the cold air splitting from the bottom of the high-altitude cold vortex and the Mongolian cyclone. The strong cold advection in the middle and lower layers provided the gale weather with driving force. The humidity conditions at middle and lower layers in Zhangjiakou City and its upstream region contributed to the weather process. Finally, the strong and wide rise district provided a more favorable power condition for the maintenance and transmission of the dust to the eastern region.

茶树鲜叶色泽和化学成分与红茶适制性的关系

该研究以白叶1号、紫娟、黄金菊、福鼎大白茶4个茶树品种为材料,观察茶树芽叶性状,测定其鲜叶生化成分含量,分析不同色素含量与生化成分含量间的相关性,并制成红茶进行审评检验。结果显示,叶绿素a含量最高的为紫娟(1.21 mg/g),花青素含量最高的为紫娟(8.86 mg/g),分别为白叶1号、黄金菊和福鼎大白茶的29.53、6.47和4.32倍。相关性分析表明,色素含量与氨基酸含量呈显著负相关,与水浸出物、茶多酚和咖啡碱含量呈显著正相关;对茶树鲜叶色素含量、生化成分含量进行主成分分析发现,代表“色素因子”、“生化因子”、“滋味因子”前3个主成分累计贡献率为96.90%,可以很好地分析不同颜色(品种)鲜叶制成的红茶质量,鲜叶品质得分从高到低依次为紫鹃(T2)>黄金菊(T3)>福鼎大白茶(T4)>白叶1号(T1),与制成的红茶感官审评结果一致。紫鹃茶树品种具有高绿叶素a、叶绿叶素b、类胡萝卜素、花青素含量及高酚氨比,适合加工红茶,适制红茶品种能通过鲜叶的色素含量、生化成分含量的高低来判断。综合分析,该研究能为不同色泽茶树新梢的适制性提供数据支撑。

本文对水生动物最基本的游动方式波状摆动,即典型的鳗鲡模式游动,从流体动力学角度进行了分析。主要讨论游动的推进性能。文中采用势流理论中的涡环法,计算了各种展弦比《背腹轴与体长之比)的三维柔板作常幅行波状摆动时产生的推力、维持运动所需要的能量以及推进的流体力学效率等力能量,得到了它们随各种运动参数的变化关系。进而分析了这种游动方式的推进性能,并可定性地解释一些真实鱼类的游动现象。

研究选用200只1日龄健康大围山微型鸡(公母各半),在相同条件下饲养,于150日龄进行屠宰试验,对肌肉肉质性状和肌苷酸含量进行测定,比较大围山微型鸡肌苷酸含量与肉品质常规指标的差异及相关性。研究表明:母鸡腿肌pH_(24 h)显著高于胸肌(P<0.05);公鸡胸肌L~*值显著低于母鸡(P<0.05);公鸡腿肌a~*值极显著高于母鸡腿肌(P<0.01);公鸡胸肌和腿肌剪切力均显著高于母鸡(P<0.05);公鸡胸肌粗脂肪含量极显著低于母鸡(P<0.01),母鸡腿肌粗蛋白含量极显著高于公鸡腿肌(P<0.01),公鸡胸肌粗灰分含量显著低于母鸡(P<0.05);母鸡胸肌和腿肌肌苷酸含量均显著高于公鸡(P<0.05);相关性分析显示,胸肌和腿肌肌苷酸含量均与pH_(45 min)、p_H(24 h)、a~*值、剪切力、粗蛋白和粗脂肪呈正相关;与L~*值、b~*值、失水率、蒸煮损失率、粗灰分均呈负相关。
