Objective:To investigate the impact of acceptance of disability and psychological resilience on post-traumatic stress disorders(PTSD)in patients with ***:A total of 127 patients with burns were asked to complete PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version,Acceptance of Disability Scale and ConnoreDavidson Resilience Scale *** were evaluated using correlational and regression ***:The incidence of PTSD in burn patients was 37.80%(48/127),with an overall average checklist score of 45.78±15.29 *** was negatively correlated with the level of disability acceptance and psychological resilience(p<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that the depth of burn,marital status,degree of subordination,self-value and selfimprovement were factors influencing the incidence ***:Nurses should screen and identify patients with PTSD as early as possible and provide proper psychological interventions to help them accept the reality of disability and improve the level of psychological resilience。

Highly specialized myrmecophagy(ant-and termite-eating) has independently evolved multiple times in species of various mammalian orders and represents a textbook example of phenotypic evolutionary convergence. We explored the mechanisms involved in this unique dietary adaptation and convergence through multi-omic analyses, including analyses of host genomes and transcriptomes, as well as gut metagenomes, in combination with validating assays of key enzymes’ activities, in the species of three mammalian orders(anteaters, echidnas and pangolins of the orders Xenarthra, Monotremata and Pholidota, respectively) and their relatives. We demonstrate the complex and diverse interactions between hosts and their symbiotic microbiota that have provided adaptive solutions for nutritional and detoxification challenges associated with high levels of protein and lipid metabolisms, trehalose degradation, and toxic substance detoxification. Interestingly, we also reveal their spatially complementary cooperation involved in degradation of ants’ and termites’ chitin exoskeletons. This study contributes new insights into the dietary evolution of mammals and the mechanisms involved in the coordination of physiological functions by animal hosts and their gut commensals.

Several processes like phenotypic evolution, disease susceptibility and environmental adaptations, which fashion the domestication of animals, are largely attributable to structural variations(SVs) in the ***, we present high-quality draft genomes of the gray wolf(Canis lupus) and dhole(Cuon alpinus) with scaffold N50 of 6.04 Mb and 3.96 Mb, respectively. Sequence alignment comprising genomes of three canid species reveals SVs specific to the dog, particularly 16 315 insertions, 2565 deletions, 443 repeats, 16 inversions and 15 translocations. Functional annotation of the dog SVs associated with genes indicates their enrichments in energy metabolisms, neurological processes and immune systems. Interestingly, we identify and verify at population level an insertion fully covering a copy of the AKR1 B1(Aldo-Keto Reductase Family 1 Member B) transcript. Transcriptome analysis reveals a high level of expression of the new AKR1 B1 copy in the small intestine and liver, implying an increase in de novo fatty acid synthesis and antioxidant ability in dog compared to gray wolf, likely in response to dietary shifts during the agricultural revolution. For the first time, we report a comprehensive analysis of the evolutionary dynamics of SVs during the domestication step of dogs. Our findings demonstrate that retroposition can birth new genes to facilitate domestication, and affirm the importance of large-scale genomic variants in domestication studies.

Understanding the zoonotic origin and evolution history of SARS-CoV-2 will provide critical insights for alerting and preventing future outbreaks.A significant gap remains for the possible role of pangolins as a reservoir of SARS-CoV-2 related coronaviruses(SC2r-CoVs).Here,we screened SC2r-CoVs in 172 samples from 163 pangolin individuals of four species,and detected positive signals in muscles of four Manis javanica and,for the first time,one *** analysis of pangolin mitochondrial DNA traced their origins from Southeast *** in-solution hybridization capture sequencing,we assembled a partial pangolin SC2r-CoV(pangolin-CoV)genome sequence of 22895 bp(MP20)from the *** *** analyses revealed MP20 was very closely related to pangolin-CoVs that were identified in *** seized by Guangxi Customs.A genetic contribution of bat coronavirus to pangolin-CoVs via recombination was *** analysis revealed that the genetic diversity of pangolin-CoVs is substantially higher than previously *** the potential infectivity of pangolin-CoVs,the high genetic diversity of pangolin-CoVs alerts the ecological risk of zoonotic evolution and transmission of pathogenic SC2r-CoVs.

Domestic dogs have an ancient origin and a long history in Africa. Nevertheless, the timing and sources of their introduction into Africa remain enigmatic. Herein, we analyse variation in mitochondrial DNA（mt DNA） D-loop sequences from 345 Nigerian and 37 Kenyan village dogs plus 1530 published sequences of dogs from other parts of Africa, Europe and West Asia. All Kenyan dogs can be assigned to one of three haplogroups（matrilines; clades）： A, B, and C, while Nigerian dogs can be assigned to one of four haplogroups A, B, C, and D. None of the African dogs exhibits a matrilineal contribution from the African wolf（Canis lupus lupaster）. The genetic signal of a recent demographic expansion is detected in Nigerian dogs from West Africa. The analyses of mitochondrial genomes reveal a maternal genetic link between modern West African and North European dogs indicated by sub-haplogroup D1（but not the entire haplogroup D） coalescing around 12,000 years ago. Incorporating molecular anthropological evidence,we propose that sub-haplogroup D1 in West African dogs could be traced back to the late-glacial dispersals, potentially associated with human hunter-gatherer migration from southwestern Europe.

Spicy foods elicit a pungent or hot and painful sensation that repels almost all ***,we observe that the tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis),which possesses a close relationship with primates and can directly and actively consume spicy *** genomic and functional analyses reveal that a single point mutation in the tree shrew’s transient receptor potential vanilloid type-1(TRPV1) ion channel(tsVl) lowers its sensitivity to capsaicinoids,which enables the unique feeding behavior of tree shrews with regards to pungent *** show that strong selection for this residue in tsV1 might be driven by Piper boehmeriaefolium,a spicy plant that geographically overlaps with the tree shrew and produces Cap2,a capsaicin analog,in *** propose that the mutation in tsV 1 is a part of evolutionary adaptation that enables the tree shrew to tolerate pungency,thus widening the range of its diet for better survival.

Canine transmissible venereal tumor（CTVT）, the oldest known somatic cell line, is a living fossil, originating from cancer cells transmitted from a host to other canids during the mating process. In the present study, we creatively used ancient genomic population genetic analyses to decipher the genetic component of the ancient founder of CTVT. The results showed that the CTVT founder came from an arctic dog population in Pre-Columbian North America that possessed introgression from another species, coyote. It revealed that CTVT not only plays important role in cancer evolution study, but also can be treated as living fossil to study ancient evolutionary history of canids.

目的探讨超声引导下股神经阻滞复合全身麻醉在老年患者全膝关节置换(TKA)术中的应用,评价其实用性和安全性。方法选择择期行单侧TKA的老年患者60例,随机分为A、B组,每组30例,A组行全身麻醉,B组全身麻醉后行超声引导下股神经阻滞。记录2组患者丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼用量、苏醒时间、拔管时间。采用视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分法,评估2组术后30 min、2 h、4 h、8 h的疼痛强度及相关并发症,记录术后24 h患者满意度。结果 B组患者丙泊酚和瑞芬太尼用量明显少于A组(P<0.05),B组的苏醒时间和拔管时间也短于A组(P<0.05)。B组拔管后30 min以及术后2 h、4 h、8 h VAS评分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组术后24 h的患者满意度高于A组。结论超声引导下股神经阻滞复合全身麻醉用于老年患者TKA,可减少术中全麻药用量,有利于患者早日苏醒,减轻患者的早期术后疼痛,镇痛效果确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。
