Plexins and semaphorins are a large family of proteins that are involved in cell movement and *** importance of plexins and semaphorins has been emphasized by their discovery in many organ systems including the nervous(Nkyimbeng-Takwi and Chapoval,2011;McCormick and Leipzig,2012;Yaron and Sprinzak,2012),epithelial(Miao et al.,1999;Fujii et al.,2002),and immune systems(Takamatsu and Kumanogoh,2012)as well as diverse cell processes including angiogenesis(Serini et al.,2009;Sakurai et al.,2012),embryogenesis(Perala et al.,2012),and cancer(Potiron et al.,2009;Micucci et al.,2010).Plexins and semaphorins are transmembrane proteins that share a conserved extracellular semaphorin do-main(Hota and Buck,2012).The plexins and sema-phorins are divided into four and eight subfamilies respectively based on their structural *** are relatively small proteins containing the extracellular semaphorin domain and short intra-cellular *** contain the semaphorin domain and long intracellular tails(Hota and Buck,2012).The majority of plexin and semaphorin research has fo-cused on the nervous system,particularly the devel-oping nervous system,where these proteins are found to mediate many common neuronal cell processes including cell movement,cytoskeletal rearrangement,and signal transduction(Choi et al.,2008;Takamatsu et al.,2010).Their roles in the immune system are the focus of this review.

Immunometabolism,which is the metabolic reprogramming of anaerobic glycolysis,oxidative phosphorylation,and metabolite synthesis upon immune cell activation,has gained importance as a regulator of the homeostasis,activation,proliferation,and differentiation of innate and adaptive immune cell subsets that function as key factors in *** changes in epithelial and other stromal cells in response to different stimulatory signals are also crucial in infection,inflammation,cancer,autoimmune diseases,and metabolic *** crosstalk between the PI3K-AKT-mTOR and LKB1-AMPK signaling pathways is critical for modulating both immune and nonimmune cell *** bidirectional interaction between immune cells and metabolism is a topic of intense ***-like receptors(TLRs),cytokine receptors,and T and B cell receptors have been shown to activate multiple downstream metabolic ***,how intracellular innate immune sensors/receptors intersect with metabolic pathways is less well *** goal of this review is to examine the link between immunometabolism and the functions of several intracellular innate immune sensors or receptors,such as nucleotide-binding and leucine-rich repeat-containing receptors(NLRs,or NOD-like receptors),absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)-like receptors(ALRs),and the cyclic dinucleotide receptor stimulator of interferon genes(Sting).We will focus on recent advances and describe the impact of these intracellular innate immune receptors on multiple metabolic *** appropriate,this review will provide a brief contextual connection to pathogenic infections,autoimmune diseases,cancers,metabolic disorders,and/or inflammatory bowel diseases.

《他们眼望上苍》是美国著名黑人女作家佐拉·尼尔·赫斯顿的经典小说。国内外众多的研究大多指向其"黑人妇女争取自由和寻找自我"的主题,但若以哲学意义上的"自由"概念为理论参照,不难发现主人公珍妮始终游离在自由与责任、自由与道德、自由的寻索和逃避之间。缺乏爱的能力和对创造性劳动兴趣的珍妮,最终不得不逃避自由,回到生命的原点。而赫斯顿在人物塑造上的某些暧昧叙事和盲点,无不凸显出其在探索女性生存价值目标时的困顿和迷惘,更有潜藏其后的客观历史逻辑。

本试验以12个草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)品种作为材料,测定和分析了不同NaCl浓度溶液处理幼苗的根长、叶片的叶绿素含量、相对电导率、相对含水量四个生理指标,进而对草地早熟禾的耐盐性开展了综合评价。结果表明:12个草地早熟禾品种叶绿素含量、根长和相对含水量随着NaCl浓度的增加呈下降趋势;‘踏春’‘探险家’‘斗士’‘蓝精灵’‘如意’‘蓝之梦’‘水星’‘午夜’‘爱娃’相对电导率差异不显著;‘奔腾’和‘迪瓦’随着盐浓度增加,相对电导率呈上升趋势;0和100 mmol·L-1NaCl处理时,‘奔腾’耐盐性状表现最优,200和300 mmol·L-1NaCl处理时,‘洁妮’‘探险家’‘午夜’耐盐性状表现最优。‘水星’在4个NaCl浓度处理的耐盐性状均表现较差。
