Supercritical CO_(2)(SC-CO_(2)) fracturing, being a waterless fracturing technology, has garnered increasing attention in the shale oil reservoir exploitation industry. Recently, a novel pre-SC-CO_(2) hybrid fracturing method has been proposed, which combines the advantages of SC-CO_(2) fracturing and hydraulic fracturing. However, the specific impacts of different pre-SC-CO_(2) injection conditions on the physical parameters, mechanical properties, and crack propagation behavior of shale reservoirs remain unclear. In this study, we utilize a newly developed “pre-SC-CO_(2) injection → water-based fracturing” integrated experimental device. Through experimentation under in-situ conditions, the impact of pre-SC-CO_(2) injection displacement and volume on the shale mineral composition, mechanical parameters, and fracture propagation behavior are investigated. The findings of the study demonstrate that the pre-injection SC-CO_(2) leads to a reduction in clay and carbonate mineral content, while increasing the quartz content. The correlation between quartz content and SC-CO_(2) injection volume is positive, while a negative correlation is observed with injection displacement. The elastic modulus and compressive strength exhibit a declining trend, while Poisson's ratio shows an increasing trend. The weakening of shale mechanics caused by pre-injection of SC-CO_(2) is positively correlated with the injection displacement and ***, pre-injection of SC-CO_(2) enhances the plastic deformation behavior of shale, and its breakdown pressure is 16.6% lower than that of hydraulic fracturing. The breakdown pressure demonstrates a non-linear downward trend with the gradual increase of pre-SC-CO_(2) injection *** hydraulic fracturing, which typically generates primary fractures along the direction of the maximum principal stress, pre-SC-CO_(2) hybrid fracturing leads to a more complex fracture network. Nonlinear metasurfaces and photonic crystals provide a significant way to generate and manipulate nonlinear signals owing to the resonance-and symmetry-based light-matter interactions supported by the artificial ***,the nonlinear conversion efficiency is generally limited by the angular dispersion of optical resonances especially in nonparaxial ***,we propose a metagrating realizing a quasi-bound-state in the continuum in a flat band to dramatically improve the third harmonic generation(THG)efficiency.A superior operating angular range is achieved based on the interlayer and intralayer couplings,which are introduced by breaking the mirror symmetry of the *** demonstrate the relation of angular dispersion between the nonlinear and linear responses at different incident *** also elucidate the mechanism of these offaxis flat-band-based nonlinear conversions through different mode *** scheme provides a robust and analytical way for nonparaxial nonlinear generation and paves the way for further applications such as wide-angle nonlinear information transmission and enhanced nonlinear generation under tight focusing.

Great attention has been focused on super-hydrophobic surfaces due to their fantastic *** chemicals are widely used to fabricate super-hydrophobic surfaces due to their convenience,simplicity,and high *** research has made extensively efforts on corrosion resistance of fluorinated super-hydrophobic surfaces in corrosive ***,rare papers focused on the underlying reasons of anticorrosion property and stability mechanism on the fluorinated super-hydrophobic coatings in alkaline ***,this work aims to reveal these mechanisms of fluorinated super-hydrophobic copper samples in strong alkaline solution(pH 13).Through the characterization of surface wettability and surface morphology,the laser-induced super-hydrophobic surface retained excellent stability after soaking in alkaline solution for 4 *** measurement of chemical compositions,the anticorrosion mechanism and stability mechanism of the fluorinated super-hydrophobic surface were ***,the hydroxyl ion(OH−)can further promote the hydrolysis reaction to improve the density and bonding strength of the fluoride ***,the electrochemical experiments(PDP and EIS tests)were conducted to validate the rationality of our proposed conclusions.

Air pollutants can potentially lead to nitration of allergic proteins,thus promoting sensitization of these ***,little is currently known about the nitration status of house dust mite(HDM)*** identified the occurrence of nitrated products of two major HDM allergens Der f 1 and Der p 1 in dust samples collected from college dormitories in eastern China and assessed their associated health *** results showed that both non-nitrated and nitrated forms of the two allergens were detected in the dust in the range of non-detected(ND)-10.6,1.44-15.4,ND-22.4,ND-7.28μg/g for non-nitrated Der f 1,nitrated Der f 1,non-nitrated Der p 1 and nitrated Der p 1,*** median rates of nitration were determined as 74.0%for Der f 1 and 20.4% for Der p 1 at consideration of one nitration *** analysis reveals that the levels of HDM allergens and their nitrated products were found to be generally higher during winter,in dormitories of lower altitude and with female ***,the calculated risk indexes were at considerably high *** findings suggest that nitrated HDM allergens have already accumulated in the environment at such significant levels and their associated health risk calls for our immediate attention.

Electromagnetic emissions from electrical information equipment may contain useful information and lead to information leakage. In order to detect the electromagnetic information leakage of digital video cable,a rapid testing method for computer video information leakage detection without reconstructing the displayed image is proposed. In this method, the electromagnetic radiation spectrum of typical image transmitted by HDMI cable is simulated. Then the electromagnetic radiation spectrum of the computer when transmitting the same image as the typical image is obtained by conduction and radiation EMC test methods. Finally, the correlation between the spectrum of simulation and the test spectrum is analyzed, and the correlation coefficient is used to judge whether the computer has produced the electromagnetic leakage of video information. The analysis and test results show that when the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.5, the electromagnetic leakage of computer video information can be judged.

As an emerging and promising treatment method, gas therapy has attracted more and more attention for treatment of inflammation-related diseases, especially cancer. However, therapeutic/therapy-assisted gases（NO, CO, H2S, H2, O2, SO2and CO2） and most of their prodrugs lack the abilities of active intratumoral accumulation and controlled gas release, resulting in limited cancer therapy efficacy and potential side effects. Therefore, development of nanomedicines to realize tumor-targeted and controlled release of therapeutic/therapy-assisted gases is greatly desired, and also the combination of other therapeutic modes with gas therapy by multifunctional nanocarrier platforms can augment cancer therapy efficacy and also reduce their side effects. The design of nanomedicines with these functions is vitally important, but challenging. In this review, we summarize a series of engineering strategies for construction of advanced gas-releasing nanomedicines from four aspects:（1） stimuli-responsive strategies for controlled gas release;（2） catalytic strategies for controlled gas release;（3） tumor-targeted gas delivery strategies;（4）multi-model combination strategies based on gas therapy. Moreover, we highlight current issues and gaps in knowledge, and envisage current trends and future prospects of advanced nanomedicines for gas therapy of cancer. This review aims to inspire and guide the engineering of advanced gas-releasing nanomedicines.

Introducing saturated carbon-carbon bonds into organic molecules significantly increases the three-dimensional configuration,thus altering the physical and chemical properties as well as the functions of molecules. Transition-metal-catalyzed carboncarbon cross-couplings represent one of the most straightforward, efficient and modular alternatives to build saturation in a single step. However, the efficient construction of alkyl-alkyl bonds remains a formidable challenge due to the precise manipulation of multiple alkyl metallic intermediates as well as associated competitive side reactions and selectivity control. Over the past years, Ni-catalyzed cross-coupling under reductive conditions has gained more and more attention for alkyl-alkyl crosscoupling partially attributing to the low-valent state of metal centers under reducing conditions, which suppresses the competitive β-hydride elimination process, thus facilitating the formation of alkyl-alkyl bonds. In this review, the initiative and progress of Ni-catalyzed cross-electrophile alkyl-alkyl cross-coupling, including the efforts in racemic and enantioselective formation of alkyl-alkyl bonds, have been summarized and discussed. Moreover, the challenges and further opportunities in this area have also been discussed.

Effects of inositol hexaphosphate on proliferation of HT-29 human colon carcinoma cell line

AIM： To investigate the effects of inositol hexaphosphate （IP6） on proliferation of HT-29 human colon carcinoma cell line. METHODS： Cells were exposed to various concentrations （0, 1.8, 3.3, 5.0, 8.0, 13.0 mmol/L） of IP6 for a certain period of time. Its effect on growth of HT-29 cells was measured by MTT assay. The expressions of cell cycle regulators treated with IP6 for 2 d were detected by imrnunocytochemistry. RESULTS： IP6 inhibited the HT-29 cell growth in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Analysis of cell cycle regulator expression revealed that IP6 reduced the abnormal expression of P53 and PCNA and induced the expression of P21. CONCLUSION： IP6 has potent inhibitory effect on proliferation of HT-29 cells by modulating the expression of special cell cycle regulators.
