Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of continuous nursing on the psychological status of rectal cancer patients undergoing stoma.Methods:Five databases including China HowNet,Chongqing Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Database,Wanfang Database,Embase and PubMed were searched.Randomized controlled trials were collected on the effect of continuing nursing on the psychological status of rectal cancer patients undergoing stoma.The searching time was from the establishment of the database to March 30,2019.RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the bias risk of the study after two researchers independently screened the researchers,extracted the data and evaluated the bias risk of the study.Results:A total of 15 studies were included.Meta-analysis showed that the continuing nursing group improved anxiety[MD=-10.89,95%CI(-13.52,-8.26),P<0.00001],depression[MD=-4.78,95%CI(-5.77,-3.80,P<0.00001],fear[MD=-6.06,95%CI(-7.70,-4.43),P<0.00001],hostile[MD=-7.00,95%CI(-13.62,-0.38),P=0.04<0.05],somatization[MD=-7.63,95%CI(-13.49,-1.77),P=0.01<0.05].The self-care ability[MD=38.24,95%CI(35.38,41.11),P<0.00001]was superior to the routine nursing group.Conclusion:Continuous nursing has more advantages than routine nursing,and it can improve the negative psychological state of rectal cancer patients undergoing stoma.Due to the limitations of the quantity and quality of the included studies,the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.

Postpartum fatigue is an important issue that threatens women’s health.The incidence of postpartum fatigue is high.Failure to intervene in time may lead to adverse outcomes such as postpartum depression,premature termination of breastfeeding,child abuse,and low infant development.This article reviews the concepts,characteristics,related factors,adverse effects,and interventions of postpartum fatigue.The aim is to improve doctors’and nurses’awareness of on postpartum fatigue in pregnant women,enrich the research content and methods,stimulate the interest of nurses,and actively carry out targeted intervention research to prevent or reduce the occurrence of adverse outcomes.

背景:八段锦作为国家体育总局推荐的传统康复运动之一,被广泛应用于冠心病的防治中。为了系统地评价八段锦对冠心病患者康复的影响,计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、Web of science、CBM、CNKI、万方数据库和维普数据库,搜集八段锦应用于冠心病患者的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2018年11月份。由2位评价员独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。结果:纳入8个随机对照实验,共615例患者。相比对照组,八段锦可提高患者的射血分数[MD=2.99,95%CI(1.54,4.45),P<0.001],增加六分钟步行距离[SMD=2.29,95%CI(0.44,4.13),P=0.02],焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低[MD=-5.06,95%CI(-6.63,-3.49),P<0.001]、[MD=-5.12,95%CI(-8.73,-1.50)P=0.006]。结论:当前研究结果显示,八段锦能改善患者心肺功能、提高患者运动耐量、缓解患者不良情绪。

Objective:This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kang-ai injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods:the databases of VIP,CNKI,WanFang,CBM,Pub Med,Cochrane Library and EMBASE were searched to collect the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Kang-ai injection,combined with chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone for the treatment of ovarian cancer.The retrieval time was from the database setup to December 20,2018.After two researchers independently screened the researches,extracted data and evaluated the risk of the included studies,the RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis.A total of 8 RCTS were included.Results:Results showed that patients in Kang-ai injection combined with chemotherapy group were superior to the conventional chemotherapy group patients in total effective rate[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.11,1.54),P=0.001],quality of life[RR=1.69,95%CI(1.35,2.13),P<0.001],leukopenia[RR=0.63,95%CI(0.51,0.77),P<0.001],nausea and vomiting[RR=0.41,95%CI(0.24,0.70),P=0.001],decreased hemoglobin[RR=0.50,95%CI(0.28,0.88),P=0.002],and thrombocytopenia[RR=0.45,95%CI(0.24,0.85),P=0.01].Conclusion:Kang-ai injection combined with chemotherapy for ovarian cancer is better than chemotherapy alone in improving total effective rate and quality of life,reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.Limited by the number and quality of included studies,the above conclusions are yet to be verified by more high-quality studies.

Objective:To explore the clinical medication rule of seborrheic dermatitis in modern Chinese medicine by data mining,in order to benefit the clinical treatment of seborrheic dermatitis in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 1,2010 to September 4,2019,articles on Chinese medicine for seborrheic dermatitis were searched systematically in CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang databases.Prescription databases were established through the Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system to mine and analyze the rules of data.Results:69 researches were screened out,72 prescriptions for seborrheic dermatitis.13 drugs were used more than or equal to 15 times,and 9 pairs of commonly used drugs with correlation coefficient above 0.045 were selected.Six core combinations and two new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Data mining method was used to analyze the high-frequency drugs and drug pairs,which reflected the treatment principle of clearing heat and removing dampness,nourishing blood and moistening dryness,promoting qi and strengthening spleen in the clinical treatment of seborrheic dermatitis,and provided more intuitive research evidence for the follow-up clinical treatment.

Evapotranspiration is an important parameter used to characterize the water cycle of ecosystems.To under-stand the properties of the evapotranspiration and energy balance of a subalpine forest in the southeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,an open-path eddy covariance system was set up to monitor the forest from November 2020 to October 2021 in a core area of the Three Parallel Rivers in the Qing-hai-Tibet Plateau.The results show that the evapotranspira-tion peaked daily,the maximum occurring between 11:00 and 15:00.Environmental factors had significant effects on evapotranspiration,among them,net radiation the greatest(R^(2)=0.487),and relative humidity the least(R^(2)=0.001).The energy flux varied considerably in different seasons and sensible heat flux accounted for the main part of turbulent energy.The energy balance ratio in the dormant season was less than that in the growing season,and there is an energy imbalance at the site on an annual time scale.

臭氧水疗治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效分析

目的探讨臭氧水疗对儿童特应性皮炎的治疗效果及炎性因子改变情况。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月河北中西医结合儿童医院收治的100例儿童特应性皮炎患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。其中对照组患儿给予地氯雷他定干混悬剂口服,地奈德乳膏外用,再给予霍霍巴油婴儿润肤乳,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上,加用臭氧水疗。比较两组患儿血清炎性因子白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-17、IL-13水平及湿疹面积严重程度(eczema area and severity index,EASI)评分,特应性皮炎积分指数(scoring atopic dermatitis index,SCORAD)、生活质量、临床疗效及安全性。统计学方法采用独立样本t检验、配对样本t检验和χ^(2)检验。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组血清IL-17水平[(23.8±2.0)ng/L与(26.9±2.5)ng/L,t=6.847],IL-13水平[(26.8±2.1)ng/L与(30.6±2.6)ng/L,t=8.040],SCORAD评分[(23.0±1.5)分与(30.3±2.0)分,t=20.648],EASI评分[(2.1±0.8)分与(3.8±0.9)分,t=9.983],儿童皮肤生活质量指数(children dermatology life quality index,CDLQI)评分[(6.1±1.4)分与(9.6±1.8)分,t=8.470],婴儿皮肤生活质量指数(infant's dermatology life quality index,IDQOL)评分[(6.8±1.3)分与(10.8±1.8)分,t=7.947]比较,观察组均低于对照组(P值均<0.001)。观察组与对照组治疗后血清IL-17水平、IL-13水平、SCORAD评分、EASI评分、CDLQI评分、IDQOL评分明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组[94.0%(47/50)与76.0%(38/50),χ^(2)=5.020,P=0.025]。结论臭氧水疗用于儿童特应性皮炎可有效改善患儿临床症状及睡眠质量,减轻瘙痒及炎症反应,提高生活质量,安全有效。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of phospholipid complex of flavonoids from persimmon leaves(PLF-PC)on atherosclerosis,and to study its mechanism behind the action.METHODS:To clarify the constituents of the flavonoids from persimmon leaves(PLF),an ultra-performance liquid chromatography/quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry method was established.To enhance the anti-atherosclerotic effect of PLF,a newly emerging approach based on the combination of phospholipid complexation technique was employed.PLF-PC was prepared by the solvent-evaporation method then characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Powder X-Ray Diffractometry and Scanning electron microscopy.A model of oxidized lowdensity lipoprotein-induced injury on human umbilical vein endothelial cells was established to investigate the anti-atherosclerotic effect of PLF-PC versus PLF.The levels of nitric oxide,endothelial nitric oxide synthase,intracellular adhesion molecule-1,reactive oxygen species,superoxide dismutase,tumor necrosis factor-αand nuclear factor-κB were observed via assay kits.RESULTS:A total of 31 compounds were identified in PLF.PLF-PC showed better anti-atherosclerotic power compared with PLF,moreover,enzyme linked immuneosorbent assay analysis showed that the PLF-PC may effect on endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis via antioxidant-related mechanisms.CONCLUSIONS:Our findings elucidated that PLF-PC significantly enhanced the PLF’s efficacy on atherosclerosis.

试验旨在研究马铃薯茎叶与玉米秸秆混合青贮饲料在肉羊育肥中的应用效果。将80%马铃薯茎叶与20%玉米秸秆混合,制作青贮饲料,使用V-Score评分体系对混合青贮饲料进行品质评价。选取4月龄小尾寒羊40只,随机分为2组,每组20个重复。对照组饲喂玉米秸秆青贮饲料,试验组饲喂马铃薯茎叶与玉米秸秆混合青贮饲料。结果显示,混合青贮饲料品质的综合评定结果为良好。试验组育肥羊的平均日增重高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究表明,马铃薯茎叶和玉米秸秆混合制作青贮饲料可行,混合青贮可以有效改善青贮饲料的营养价值,提高了育肥羊的生长性能。

毕赤酵母Komagataella phaffii已经被广泛应用于生物技术行业,近年来,其作为模式生物的潜力逐渐受到关注。目前,酿酒酵母是最常用酵母模型,毕赤酵母与酿酒酵母在2.5亿年前分化,相比酿酒酵母,毕赤酵母进化速度较慢,更多保留了古代酵母祖先的特征,还具有利用甲醇作为唯一碳源生长的能力,这些特征使其成为研究真核生物分子细胞生物学的有价值模式生物。本文总结了毕赤酵母基础生物学方面的研究成果,包括甲醇同化、过氧化物酶体生成、交配与产孢行为,以及蛋白质分泌、脂质合成和细胞壁形成等过程,旨在全面且系统地综述毕赤酵母作为模式生物的研究进展。
