Tribological Behavior of 15# Aviation Hy.raulic Oil

15# aviation hy.raulic oil as a specific ty.e of hy.raulic oil has been widely.applied in aviation field. In this paper, viscosity.temperature curve of 15# aviation hy.raulic oil was measured utilizing MCR302 rheometer. Investigating the effects of vary.ng operational parameters, a methodical single-factor analy.is was conducted. A four-ball tester, equipped with high-grade GCr15 steel balls, provided a rigorous examination of the oil's tribological behavior under different loads, temperatures, and sliding speeds. This analy.is was crucial for understanding how each factor independently.impacted the friction and wear properties of the hy.raulic oil. To elucidate the underly.ng mechanisms of wear observed under these conditions, a multi-technique approach was adopted for surface analy.is. Wear scars were meticulously.examined with an optical microscope, which offered a clear initial assessment of the surface topography. For more in-depth analy.is, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) provided high-resolution imaging to reveal microstructural details. A white-light interferometer allowed for precise measurements of the wear scar volumes, offering quantitative data on the extent of material removal. Additionally. an X-ray.photoelectron spectroscopy.(XPS) analy.is was employ.d to identify.any.chemical alterations on the worn surfaces. The experimental results were revealing. Under increasing load conditions, the 15# aviation hy.raulic oil maintained a relatively.consistent friction coefficient. However, the phy.ical dimensions of wear scars —both their radius and depth —intensified, suggesting a higher material removal rate. This phenomenon indicated that while the oil maintains stable friction, its wear protection capabilities were compromised under heavy.loading. In experiments with high loads, the dissipated energy.required for plastic deformation and the creation of new interfaces within the work of friction increases compared to experiments with low loads. A Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared through hot-pressed sintering,and the material was subsequently.solution *** hot-pressed sintered and solution treated materials were rolled and *** precipitation behavior and performance changes were sy.tematically.studied by.using scanning electron microscopy.and transmission electron *** contrast to the hot-pressed sintered specimen,the solution treatment significantly.affects the thermal stability.and properties of the Cu-10wt%Fe *** Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared after solid solution,cold rolling and aging at 773 K for 1 h,and it obtained excellent tensile strength of 494 MPa,uniform elongation of 16.3%,electrical conductivity.of 51.1%IACS and softening temperature of 838 *** for the distinct difference in thermal stability.and properties between hot-pressed sintered and solution treated specimens were *** findings provide a theoretical basis for designing high-performance Cu-based in-situ composites by.post treatment.

The differential thermal analy.is （DTA） curves were measured at different heating rates in flowing air for study.ng the sy.thesis of the spinel LiMn2O3 with Li2CO3 and MnO2, The reaction began at about 503K, and finished at about 873K. The apparent activation energy.of Kissinger method was about ***^-1, the reaction orderwas 1.67, the frequency.factor was 7.81×10^9, and therefore the dinetic epuation was dδ/dt=A·exp（- E/RT）·（1-δ）^n=7.81×10^9, exp（-122770/RT）·（l-δ）^1.67 . Coats-Redfem integral method was used to analy.e the DTA curves of the samples at different heating rates, and the calculated apparent activation energy.and frequency.factor were 112. 13kJ· mol^-1 and 1.18 × 10^9, respectively. rather close to that of Kissinger method. X-ray.diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscope （SEM） results shown that the sy.thesized LiMn2O3 possesses pure phase, regular shape and normal particle distribution.

Organic solar cells(OSCs) have drawn considerable attention in the last decade due to the great potential of light weight,flexibility. and low-cost solution processing. Particularly. y.series non-fullerene acceptors(NFAs) including small molecular acceptors(SMAs) and poly.erized small molecular acceptors(PSMAs) have become research hot spots due to their excellent power conversion efficiency. Side chain engineering is crucial to adjust the solubility.and cry.tallinity.of NFAs, which will significantly.affect the morphology.of active lay.rs and the efficiency.of OSCs. However, the understanding of side chain engineering on NFAs is still limited and lacks a sy.tematic review. This review aims to provide a brief summary.of the recent developments in side chain engineering of NFAs, with a special focus on the design and application of y.series SMAs and PSMAs for high-efficiency.non-fullerene organic solar cells(NF-OSCs). In addition, the review also points out challenges and provides useful guidance regarding side chain regulation for y.series NFAs.

The automatic cutting of intersecting pipes is a challenging task in *** improved automation and accuracy.this paper proposes a model-driven path planning approach for the robotic plasma cutting of a branch pipe with a single ***,it summarizes the intersection forms and introduces a dual-pipe intersection *** on this model,the moving three-plane structure(a description unit of the geometric characteristics of the intersecting curve)is constructed,and a geometric model of the branch pipe with a single y.groove is ***,a novel mathematical model for plasma radius and taper compensation is ***,the compensation model and groove model are integrated by.establishing movable ***,to prevent collisions between the plasma torch and workpiece,the torch height is planned and a branch pipe-rotating scheme is *** the established models and moving frames,the planned path description of cutting robot is provided in this novel *** accuracy.of the proposed method is verified by.simulations and robotic cutting experiments.

This work reports the use of defect engineering and carbon supporting to achieve metal-doped phosphides with high activities and stabilities for the hy.rogen evolution reaction(HER)and the oxy.en evolution reaction(OER)in alkaline ***,the nitrogen-doped carbon nanofiber-supported Ni-doped CoP_(3) with rich P defects(Pv·)on the carbon cloth(p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC)is sy.thesized through a plasma-assisted phosphorization *** p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC is an efficient and stable cataly.t for the HER and the *** only.needs overpotentials of 107 and 306 mV to drive 100 mA cm^(-2) for the HER and the OER,*** cataly.ic activities are higher than those of other cataly.ts reported *** high activities of the p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC mainly.arise from its peculiar structural *** density.functional theory.calculation indicates that the Pv·richness,the Ni doping,and the carbon supporting can optimize the adsorption of the H atoms at the cataly.t surface and promote the strong electronic couplings between the carbon nanofiber-supported p-NiCoP with the surface oxide lay.r formed during the OER *** gives the p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC with the high activities for the HER and the *** used in alkaline water electroly.ers,the p-NiCoP/NCFs@CC shows the superior activity.and excellent stability.for overall water splitting.

Growth,optical dispersion and magnetic behavior of Dy.(3+) doped y.trium iron garnet cry.tals

y.(3)Fe_(5)O_(12)(y.G)cry.tals are highly.desirable for the fabrication of mid-infrared isolators with the rapid growth of optical communications,although it is rather challenging to grow large size and high-quality.single ***^(3+)doping is expected to improve the optical and magneto-optical prope ***,high quality.Dy.y.G cry.tals and the adjustment of Dy.(3+)on the structure and optical behavior of y.G cry.tal remain unclear,impeding its practical ***,a series of y.(3-x)Dy.(x)Fe_(5)O_(12)(x=0,0.5,1.0,1.5,3)solid solution cry.tals was grown by.the flux-Bridgman method and single cry.tals up to 25 mm were *** the introduction of Dy.(3+),lattice parameters are gradually.enlarged from 1.2379 nm(y.G)to 1.2420 nm(Dy.G).Ty.ical Dy.(3+)absorption peaks are observed around 1070,1265 and 1670 *** refractive index decreases from 2.37(500 nm)to 2.10(2500 nm)for y.G cry.tal,and it reduces from 2.47(500 nm)to 2.16(2500 nm)for Dy.G *** optical bandgaps remain almost unchanged for Dy.y.G *** optical dispersion of the refractive indices was finely.fitted by.the Wemple and DiDomenico(WDD)and the Sellmeier models,*** the increase of Dy.(3+)content,the saturation magnetization(Ms)decreases significantly.from 23.62 emu/g(y.G)to 5.33 emu/g(Dy.G).Small coercive field is persisted for this sy.tem,endowing small external magnetic *** results provide valuable references for the manipulation of rare earths on the properties of magnetooptical cry.tals,which is beneficial to the design of high-performance garnet cry.tals for the application of optical switching and non-reciprocal related devices.

Data-driven rational design of single-atom materials for hy.rogen evolution and sensing

Herein we proposed a data-driven high-throughput principle to screen high-performance single-atom materials for hy.rogen evolution reaction(HER)and hy.rogen sensing by.combing the theoretical computations and a topology.based multi-scale convolution kernel machine learning *** the rational training by.25 groups of data and prediction of all 168 groups of single-atom materials for HER and sensing,respectively.a high prediction accuracy.>0.931 R^(2) score)was achieved by.our *** show that the promising HER cataly.ts include Pt atoms in C_(4) and Sc atoms in C_(1)N_(3) coordination ***,y.atoms in C_(4) coordination environment and Cd atoms in C_(2)N_(2)-ortho coordination environment were predicted with great potential as hy.rogen sensing *** method provides a way.to accelerate the discovery.of innovative materials by.avoiding the time-consuming empirical principles in experiments.
