Acupuncture can reduce cognitive deficits in Alzheimer’s ***,whether electroacupuncture can prevent or alleviate the cognitive deficits in animal models of aging remains poorly *** have shown that disordered epigenetic modifications play a critical role in age-related cognitive ***,we hypothesized that preventive electroacupuncture might improve cognitive functions during aging by regulating epigenetic modifications.A rat model of aging was produced by intraperitoneal injection of 120 mg/kg D-galactose for 8 *** and Shenshu acupoints were stimulated by electroacupuncture for 8 weeks from the first day of D-galactose *** electroacupuncture alleviated memory impairment,decreased tau hyperphosphorylation,and reduced glycogen synthase kinase-3βprotein and mRNA expression levels in the brainstem dorsal raphe nucleus,where intracellular neurofibrillary tangle lesions first *** addition,the DNA methylation level in the promoter region of the glycogen synthase kinase-3βgene was *** effects of preventive electroacupuncture were stronger than those of preventive *** injection of 0.4 mg/kg 5-aza-2ʹ-deoxycytidine,an inhibitor of DNA methyltransferase that blocks epigenetic modifications,antagonized the effects of preventive *** results suggest that preventive electroacupuncture treatment alleviates cognitive impairment in aging rats probably by affecting the epigenetic modification of the glycogen synthase kinase-3βgene in the dorsal raphe *** study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,China(approval ***201712001)on November 28,2017.

This paper presents a novel bilateral filtering using fuzzymedian for image manipulations such as denoising and tone *** proposed bilateral filtering consists of the standard bilateral filter and the estimation of the pixel values by the fuzzy median *** have applied the proposed fuzzy filtering for image denoising with both the impulse and Gaussian random noise,which achieves better results than the bilateral filtering based denoising approaches,the Perona-Maliks anisotropic diffusion filter,the fuzzy vector median filter and the Non-Local Means ***,we develop the tone mapping algorithm of high dynamic range images incorporating the proposed fuzzy filtering,which does not introduce unpleasant visual halo artifacts.

A biosynthetic gene cluster for the bioactive fungal sesterterpenoids variecolin(1)and variecolactone(2)was identified in Aspergillus aculeatus ATCC *** production of 1 and 2 was achieved in Aspergillus oryzae by expressing the sesterterpene synthase VrcA and the cytochrome P450 ***,the replacement of VrcB with homologous P450s from other fungal terpenoid pathways yielded three new variecolin analogues(5-7).Analysis of the compounds’anticancer activity in vitro and in vivo revealed that although 5 and 1 had comparable activities,5 was associated with significantly reduced toxic side effects in cancer-bearing mice,indicating its potentially broader therapeutic *** study describes the first tests of variecolin and its analogues in animals and demonstrates the utility of synthetic biology for creating molecules with improved biological activities.

目的探索不同包装方式对颗粒形绿茶贮藏品质和抗氧化活性的影响。方法本研究将颗粒形绿茶分别采用单一铝箔包装和脱氧剂包装,在温度(15±1)℃、相对湿度65%下贮藏24个月,采用高效液相色谱法、感官审评方法和色差分析法,研究贮藏过程中风味成分和抗氧化活性的动态变化。结果与第0月比,两种包装方式颗粒形绿茶含水量整体呈上升趋势(P0.05)。贮藏第24个月,单一铝箔和脱氧包装颗粒形绿茶茶汤L分别为93.88和94.49,a分别为-2.25和-2.43,b分别为14.14和13.75,1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除率分别为48.96%和60.87%。相关性结果表明,不同包装方式颗粒形绿茶的DPPH自由基清除率与b/a、茶多酚、表儿茶素含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。感官审评表明,采用脱氧包装的颗粒形绿茶的汤色、滋味和感官总分始终高于单一铝箔包装。结论相较于单一铝箔包装,采用脱氧包装更有利于保持颗粒形绿茶贮藏品质,从而延长颗粒形绿茶货架期。本研究为颗粒形绿茶贮藏品质控制提供了理论依据和技术指导。

目的探讨卵巢透明细胞癌(ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma,OCCA)的临床病理特征和预后,以提高对该病的诊断、治疗与预后。方法收集136例OCCA患者的临床资料,分析患者的临床病理特征与预后的关系。采用Cox比例风险回归模型分析影响患者预后的因素。结果 136例OCCA患者的总体5年生存率为40.8%,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期分别为70.7%、66.4%、15.9%、0。国际妇产科联合会(International federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,FIGO)术后病理分期为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期者分别为47.1%(64/136)、11.8%(16/136)、33.8%(46/136)、7.4%(10/136)。并发子宫内膜异位症38例(38/136,27.9%)。复发率41.9%(40/136)。单因素分析结果显示FIGO分期、是否并发子宫内膜异位症、淋巴结转移、残存肿瘤大小、足够的化疗疗程、无进展生存时间(progression free survival,PFS)是影响患者预后的因素(P0.05)。多因素分析结果显示PFS是OCCA患者预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论满意的肿瘤细胞减灭术加上术后规范的辅助化疗可能改善OCCA患者的预后。
