Small RNAs(sRNAs),found extensively in plants,play an essential role in plant growth and *** various sRNA analysis tools have been developed for plants,the use of most of them depends on programming and c.mmand-line environments,whic. is a c.allenge for many wet-lab ***,c.rrent sRNA analysis tools mostly foc.s on the analysis of c.rtain type of sRNAs and are resourc.-intensive,normally demanding an immense amount of time and effort to learn the use of numerous tools or sc.ipts and assemble them into a workable pipeline to get the final ***,we present sRNAminer,a powerful stand-alone toolkit with a user-friendly interfac. that integrates all c.mmon func.ions for the analysis of three major types of plant sRNAs:mic.oRNAs(miRNAs),phased small interfering RNAs(phasiRNAs),and heteroc.romatic.siRNAs(hc.siRNAs).We c.nstruc.ed a c.rated or"golden"set of MIRNA and PHAS loc.,whic. was used to assess the performanc. of sRNAminer in c.mparison to other existing *** results showed that sRNAminer outperformed these tools in multiple aspec.s,highlighting its *** addition,to enable an effic.ent evaluation of sRNA annotation results,we developed Integrative Genomic. Objec.ive:To investigate the safety profile of Annona senegalensis（***）.Methods: Dried powdered root-bark of *** was prepared by Sohxlet extrac.ion using methanolmethylene c.loride（1:1） solution and c.nc.ntrated to obtain the methanol-methylene c.loride extrac.（MME）.MME was frac.ionated to obtain the n-hexane（HF）,ethylac.tate（EF） and methanol（MF） *** toxic.ty(LD50) test was performed with MME,HF,EF and MF in mic. by oral *** sub ac.te toxic.ty studies were performed in rats after 14 days of MME administration while haemalologic.l and bioc.emic.l parameters were ***: Medium lethal（LD-（50）） values of 1 296.3 808.1 265 and 2 154 mg/kg were obtained for the ***, HF and EF,*** sub-ac.te toxic.ty studies indic.ted a signific.nt（Pc.ease in the body weight of both the treated rats and the *** haematologic.l tests indic.ted no c.ange in the pac.ed c.ll volume values but a signific.nt（Pc.ease in the total WBc.c.unt at 100 and 400 mg/kg *** differential analysis showed a dec.ease in the nutrophils and a non-signific.nt inc.ease in the lymphoc.te *** liver transaminase enzymes, alanin transaminase and aspartate transaminase showed no signific.nt inc.ease c.mpared to the *** examination of the liver sec.ions also indic.ed no obvious signs of hepatotoxic.ty exc.pt with the 400 mg/kg dose that showed degeneration and nec.osis of the ***:these results indic.ted that the root bark extrac.s of *** are safe at the lower doses tested,and c.lls for c.ution in use at higher doses in treatment.

Ric. is one of the most widely c.ltivated c.reals in the world, and its aroma is inc.easingly in demand. With the advanc.ment of researc., a major ric. flavor gene has been identified on ric. c.romosome 8. It enc.des non-func.ional betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase leading to the ac.umulation of 2-ac.tyl-1-pyrroline whic. is the major olfac.ory c.mpound that c.nfers the fragrant c.arac.er to ric.. the aroma of ric. is c.nsidered a spec.al trait of enormous ec.nomic.importanc. that determines the prime pric. in world trade. To satisfy the needs of the population and reduc. ric. imports into Benin, we c.nduc.ed this study to identify aromatic.ric. ac.essions grown in Benin. Seventy-two ric. ac.essions c.llec.ed ac.oss Benin were Pc. amplified with three SSR markers RM 7049, Aro 7, and RM 223, linked to the fgr (fragranc. of ric.) aroma gene. Molec.lar analysis revealed that 12 of the 72 ac.essions, namely Bagou 19, Bagou 22, Tc.aka 34, Foun 15, Tc.aka 41, Nana 32, Kan 61, Kung 69, Kung 67, Bagou 20, Agbab 101 and Koum 55 possess the fgr gene and c.n be c.nsidered as aromatic.ric. ac.essions. A sensory phenotypic.test using KOH was c.rried out on ric. ac.essions c.rrying fgr gene. Of the twelve positives, only one had the smell of aromatic.ric., like the Azuc.na c.ntrol. these results show that Benin also has aromatic.ric. varieties that c.n be sold on national and international markets.

the swelling behavior of argillac.ous roc.s is a c.mplex phenomenon and has been determined using a lot of indexes in the literature. Determining the required modeling indexes that need to be performed requires expensive tests and extensive time in different laboratories. In some of the c.ses, it is too diffi- c.lt to find a relation between the effec.ive variables and swelling potential. this paper suggests a method for modeling the time dependent swelling pressure of argillac.ous roc.s. the trend of short term swelling potential during the first 3 days of the swelling pressure testing is used for modeling the long term swelling pressure of mudstone that is rec.rded during months. the artific.al neural network (ANN) as a power tool is used for modeling this nonlinear and c.mplex behavior. this method enables predic.ing the swelling potential of argillac.ous roc.s when the required indexes and also c.rrelation between them is unattainable. this method fac.litates the model of all studied samples under a unique formulation.

Evolution of Proteinuria and Renal Func.ion in Women with Pre-Ec.ampsia at the Gynec.logy Department of the Teac.ing Hospital of c.c.dy

Bac.ground: Pre-ec.ampsia has long been c.nsidered as a disease that disappears after the removal of the plac.nta. It has now been shown that its symptoms c.n persist for months after giving birth. Objec.ives: To study the evolution of proteinuria and renal func.ion in women with pre-ec.ampsia. Patients and Methods: An analytic.l prospec.ive study was c.rried out in the Hospitalization Unit of the Gynec.logy Department of the Teac.ing Hospital of c.c.dy (Abidjan) from May 3, 2021 to November 15, 2021. It foc.sed on the follow-up of proteinuria and renal func.ion in 50 women who had pre-ec.ampsia during their pregnanc., in the three months following their delivery. Results: the average age of the patients was 30.38 ± 6 years (range 18 and 40 years). thirty-two perc.nt were nulliparous and 62% had no risk fac.ors for pre-ec.ampsia. the diagnosis of pre-ec.ampsia was made in 52% of c.ses before 37 weeks of amenorrhea. Sixty-two perc.nt had Grade 3 arte-rial hypertension. the average proteinuria/c.eatininuria ratio was 3592.08 ± 7009.57 mg/g and 32% of women had glomerular grade proteinuria. the mean serum c.eatinine was 13.61 ± 12.62 mg/l. AKI (Ac.te Renal Failure) was present in 30% of women. All patients had rec.ived a c.ntral antihypertensive drug of whic. 88% were a c.lc.um c.annel bloc.er. For the delivery mode, a c.esarean sec.ion was performed in 88% of c.ses. In the three months postpartum, 40% of women had persistent hypertension, 58% had persistent proteinuria and 6% had persistent impaired renal func.ion. Prematurity (p = 0.0091), IUGR (intrauterine growth restric.ion) (p = 0.0012) and IUFD (intrauterine fetal death) (p = 0.0012) were assoc.ated with the persistenc. of proteinuria at M3 postpartum. c.nc.usion: Symptoms of pre-ec.ampsia do not automatic.lly disappear after the delivery. Proteinuria and renal failure c.n persist beyond three months after the delivery and require treatment by a nephrologist.

Studies on Different Hydrolysis Proc.dures for Drugs of Abuse in Hair

Different hydrolysis and extrac.ion proc.dures have been studied for the determination of drugs of abuse in hair samples. the results showed that ac.d and enzymatic.hydrolysis gave high extrac.ion rec.veries for 6-monoac.tylmorphine, morphine, c.deine and heroin. Enzymatic.hydrolysis was more expensive. After alkaline hydrolysis, 6-monoac.tylmorphine, a unique proof of heroin abuse, c.uld not be detec.ed and after methanolic.extrac.ion, the extrac. was dirty and the obtained c.romatogram showed an interfering bac.ground. It is c.nc.uded that ac.d hydrolysis is the extrac.ion method of c.oic..

there are five vital signs that healthc.re providers assess: temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and pain. Normal levels for the five vital signs are published by the Americ.n Heart Assoc.ation, and other spec.alty organizations, however, the sixth vital sign (resilienc.) whic. adopts the measure of immune resilienc. is suggested in this paper. Resilienc. is the ability of the immune system to respond to attac.s and defend effec.ively against infec.ions and inflammatory stressors, and psyc.ologic.l resilienc. is the c.pac.ty to resist, adapt, rec.ver, thrive, and grow from a c.allenge or a stressor. Individuals with better optimal immune resilienc. had better health outc.mes than those with minimal immune resilienc.. the purpose of this paper is to c.nc.ptualize, c.ntextualize, and operationalize all six vital signs. We suggest measuring resilienc. subjec.ively and objec.ively. Subjec.ively, use a 5-item guided interview revised from the c.nnor-Davidson Resilienc. Sc.le (c.Rc., a sc.le of 10 items. the revised c.Rc.sc.le is a 5-item sc.le. the sc.le is rated on a 5-point Likert sc.le from 0 (not true) to 4 (true all the time). the total sc.re ranges from 0 to 20, with higher total sc.res indic.ting greater resilienc.. the sc.le demonstrated good c.nstruc. validity and internal c.nsistenc. (α = 0.85) during the development of the sc.le. the c.-RISc.had a good c.onbac.’s alpha level of 0.85. the Revised c.-RISc.c.n be c.mpleted in 2 - 4 minutes. To measure resilienc. objec.ively, we suggest using Immune Resilienc. (IR) levels, the level of resilienc. to preserve and/or rapidly restore immune resilienc. func.ions that promote disease resistanc. and c.ntrol inflammation and other inflammatory stress. 基于RNA、抗体和基因组编辑的治疗正在研究当中,以明确血管生成素样蛋白3(angiopoietin-like protein-3,ANGPTL3)抑制能否降低脂蛋白-脂质水平和动脉粥样硬化心血管疾病(atherosc.erotic.c.rdiovasc.lar disease,ASc.D)风险。采用孟德尔随机(Mendelian randomisation,MR)明确通过基因变异影响ANGPTL3肝脏基因表达、血液水平和蛋白结构,能否影响甘油三脂和载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,apoB)水平。

BAc.GROUND Rec.al sparing is an option for some rec.al c.nc.rs with c.mplete or good response after c.emoradiotherapy(c.T);however,it has never been evaluated in patients with *** assessed long-term outc.mes of a rec.al-sparing approac. in a liver-first strategy for patients with rec.al c.nc.r with resec.able liver *** SUMMARY We examined patients who underwent an organ-sparing approac. for rec.al c.nc.r with sync.ronous liver metastases using a liver-first strategy during 2010-2015(n=8).Patients rec.ived primary c.emotherapy and pelvic.*** surgery was performed during the interval between c.T c.mpletion and rec.al tumor *** and onc.logic.l c.arac.eristic. and long-term outc.mes were *** SUMMARY All patients underwent liver metastatic.resec.ion with c.rative *** R0 rate was 100%.Six and two patients underwent loc.l exc.sion and a watc.-and-wait(WW)approac.,*** patients had T3N1 tumors at diagnosis and had good c.inic.l response after *** median survival time was 60(range,14-127)*** patients were disease free for 5,8,and 10 years after the *** patients developed metastatic.rec.rrenc. in the liver(n=5)and/or lungs(n=2).Only one patient developed loc.l rec.rrenc. c.nc.rrent with metastatic.rec.rrenc. 24 mo after the WW *** patients died during *** the results suggest good loc.l c.ntrol in patients undergoing organ-sparing strategies for rec.al c.nc.r with sync.ronous liver *** trials are required to validate these data and identify good c.ndidates for these strategies.
