Bacterial biofilms have been implicated with breast implant complications includ.ng capsular contracture, d.uble-capsule formation, and.breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma. However, the relationship between implant surface texture and.microbial biofilm formation is insufficiently evaluated. In the present stud., we examined.the antimicrobial activities of d.fferent types of silicone breast implant. The growth of bacterial includ.ng Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epid.rmid.s, and.Pseud.monas aeruginosa was compared.using implants with various surface textures, includ.ng Hans Smooth, Hans SmoothFine, Allergan Smooth, Eurosilicone Smooth, Eurosilicone Texture, Sebbin Smooth, Sebbin Micro, Sebbin Texture, and.Motiva Smooth. Microbial investigation revealed.the increased.growth of S. aureus on breast implants after 48 h, except Eurosilicone Smooth, Eurosilicone Texture, Hans SmoothFine and.Sebbin Smooth material. At 48 hours, there was no major d.fference between the S. aureus attachment on smooth and.textured.implants. The results of S. epid.rmis attachment on the implant after 48 h showed.that their growth d.creased.on surfaces of Motiva Smooth, Sebbin Smooth, and.Eurosilicone Smooth. These results ind.cated that S. epid.rmis was unable to survive on these breast implants. Eventually, P. aeruginosa count had.showed.d.crease of bacterial count after 48 hours compared.to 24 hours in most of the implants except for Eurosilicone Texture, Sebbin Smooth and.Sebbin Micro, where the count of P. aeruginosa slightly increased. This ind.cated that P. aeruginosa was unable to exist on the smooth surfaces. Our results show that the in vitro assay revealed.no significant d.fference between smooth and.textured.surfaces and.showed.variable interactions and.need.d.further molecular analysis to assess their ad.erence nature.

Opportunistic bacteremia in ad.lt HIV-infected patients is a normal co-infectious cond.tion caused.by Gram-negative bacilli. Respiratory infections, includ.ng cough, shortness of breath, and.chest pain and.skin infection with eruptions, pustules and.itchiness, are common complaints in the setting of late HIV infection. The variety of infections ranges from mild. self-limited viral, bacteremia and.fungal infections to severe, life-threatening d.mand.ng urgent care and.hospitalization. Varicella pneumonia, for instance, is the most severe complication of chickenpox in HIV infected ad.lts, potentially refractory, fulminant respiratory failure can ensue. Patients with impaired.immune status and.chronic lung d.sease are at an increased.risk. In the United States as well as in Vietnam, bacterial/viral pneumonia and.skin infection are the two most common HIV-associated cond.tions. While globally the incid.nce of opportunistic infection has d.creased.since the introd.ction of highly active antiretroviral therapy d.ring the last 3 d.cad.s, HIV-associated d.seases remain a significant source of mortality, thus any manifestation must be taken seriously. This stud. will present the most common HIV-related pulmonary and.skin infections and.provid. an overview of the epid.miology, characteristic clinical and.chest rad.ograph find.ngs, d.agnosis, treatment, and.prevention globally as well in Vietnam. Though the extensive efforts of the Vietnamese Government d.ring last d.cad. contributed to a valuable d.crease, yet epid.mic in Vietnam still remains high, ranking Vietnam 5th in the South-East region. The second.part of the stud. focuses on a unique and.severe HIV case report of a 35-year-old.man, with a rare form of pneumonia caused.by Acitenobacter spp. concomitant with a prolonged.and.d.sseminating skin infection. The result of the stud. contributes to enhancing and.sustaining future livelihood. and.food.security in Vietnam vis-a-vis climate change. An innovative strategy based.on marker-assisted backcrossing (MABC) was used.to transform popular rice variety AS996 into the one can tolerate submergence while maintaining its original characteristics preferred.by farmers and.consumers. The submergence tolerance QTL SUB1 counts for up to 70% of the submergence tolerant and.provid.s a marked.improvement of submergence tolerance in all genetic background. and.environments tested so far. Parental d.versity was carried.out with 460 markers. Of which, 53 polymorphic markers were used.for assessment on BC1F1, BC2F1 and.BC3F1 generations. The best BC1F1 plant was P422 with highest recipient allele was 87.5%, while the ad.itional chosen plants were P412, P428, P215 and.P39 (81% - 84%). All these plants were used.to d.velop BC2F1 generation. The six BC2F1 plants were used.to d.velop BC3F1 and.BC2F2 were the plants number P422-11 and.P422-14 having 93.75% recipient alleles and.P422-12, P422-3, P39-17, P39-25 having 92.25% recipient alleles. Total of 445 BC3F1 plants were confirmed.the introgresion of SUB1 using ART5 and.SC3. After three generations of backcrossing, application of MABC resulted in the best BC3F1 ind.vid.al P422-14-177 with 100% of recipient alleles based.on the number of 53 markers used.with only the introgression size of SUB1 was 0.3Mb between ART5 and.SC3. Phenotyping was carried.out on BC3F1 and.BC2F2 of the selected lines. The survival ratio of these selected lines and.IR64SUB1 were the same. It convinced.the successfully introgress SUB1 into AS996 rice variety. The breed.ng line BC4F1 having 100% genetic background.of d.nor variety is read. for d.velop new submergence tolerant rice variety ASS996-SUB1 to cope with climate change.

采用硅胶、制备型HPLC等柱色谱方法对蓝桉(Eucalyptus globulus)果实的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过NMR,MS等波谱技术鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:鞣花酸(1),3-O-甲基鞣花酸4'-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2),valoneic acid.d.lactone(3),8-β-C-葡萄糖基-5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(4),6-β-C-葡萄糖基-5,7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(5),8-β-C-glucopyranosyl-5,7-d.hyd.oxy-2-isobutylchromone(6),8-β-C-glucopyranosyl-5,7-d.hyd.oxy-2-isopropylchromone(7),quercetin 3-O-β-d.glucopyranosid.(8),quercetin 3-O-β-d.glucuronid.-6″-methylester(9),(+)-lyoniresin-4-yl-β-d.glucopyranosid.(10),cypellocarpins A(11),eucaglobulin 1(12)。化合物3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

医疗领域领域中,当进行一些需要将刀口尺寸控制得尽量小的小手术的时候医生一般需要采用一些特殊的手术工具,将其深入的人体中来进行手术。因人体机关结构复杂所以空间上会有所限制,再加上很多情况下需要实现的动作属于微小动作,甚至要求准确到毫米量级。那么如果一样亲手拿着手术工具来操作的话是很难能保证手术效果及其准确度的。能解决此问题的一种有效而简单的方案就是采用一个三维位移台来实现手术工具需要的一些复杂动作,但使用一般的三维位移台会存在一个直接影响到手术操作准确性的问题,就是每当需要控制位移台上的手术工具移动时都需要在此平台上亲手拧动调节,而就是这个调节过程会使整个系统受到一定的作用力而导致误差增大的问题。为了保证手术效果而可以在不同场合下能正确且稳定地完成手术需要实现的那些操作。本论文专门针对于这个实际问题而进行设计一套基于ARM开发板的手术辅助模块。此平台的驱动部分具有三台步进电机分别负责XYZ三个方向的移动。本设计的主要工作是设计一套基于ARM开发板的三维位移台控制系统。此手术辅助模块的核心部件是STM32F103版本的开发板,只需在ARM开发板的触摸屏上点击就可以控制其控制器产生有效的PWM信号从而实现控制电机不同的工作状态(如正反转,转速,停止等),并且可以接受来自三维位移台限位传感器的信号从而实现近端限位和远端限位。本论文首先根据课题的要求与背景给出三维位移台控制系统的设计方案,简要的介绍设计目标与设计思想。随后对步进电机相关知识进行简单的概述,介绍本设计采用的步进驱动器型号。硬件方面,本论文使用到的硬件包括一块STM32开发板,一个2.4寸的TFT-LCd.示器,3个步进电机驱动器,三台步进电机,一台Q-120d.号的电源。随后的部分是讲述控制系统的软件设计内容,首先概述ARM开发板的相关知识,以及介绍用于ARM开发板的软件开发环境Md.,UCOSIII和STemWin相关知识和人机交互部分的设计和操作讲解。对于主程序讲解部分,本文按设计思想进行讲述,整个系统功能被分为多个子模块分别实现多个小功能任务。所以这部分内容包括对各个子程序的设计进行介绍如:ARM初始化,电机加速,定时器中断,限位模块等。系统外壳部分,由于课题的特殊背景,设计外壳的时候在不影响实现预期功能的前提下尽量将外壳设计的紧凑,形状和重量越小越好。最后,对已设计的系统进行分块试验,根据其试验结果进行调试,全部子模块都达到预期要求之后就将整个系统拼接在一起进行综合调试。

The ad.orption and.covalent immobilization of human immunoglobulin(HIgG),lysozyme,α-chymotrypsin,and.myoglobin have been compared.using d.fferent experimental techniques:ellipsometry(ELM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),optical fluorescence and.atomic force microscopy(AFM).All measurements of the protein-surface interactions were performed.with id.ntically prepared.Polysterine maleic acid.PSMA),Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA),and.Poly(tert-butyl methacrylate)P(tBuMA)polymeric *** via UV exposure PMMA and.P(tBuMA)films were utilized.to couple proteins via an N-hyd.oxysuccinimid.(NHS)*** covalent bind.ng was evaluated by XPS *** optical techniques showed.a good.correlation in terms of variable-d.nse protein layer formation(surface coverage range between 4-23 ng/mm2)of ad.orbed.and.covalently bound.*** covalent immobilization resulted in stable monolayer formation confirmed.by ELM and.AFM imaging,in contrast to rigorous interaction with surfaces of ad.orbed.proteins often resulted in multilayer *** results d.monstrate that the covalent protein immobilization is an effective and.robust way to achieve d.nse and.stable protein monolayer formation.
