This.paper pres.nts.data on the s.udy of antimicrobial activity of 16 medications.us.d for wound treatment. Antimicrobial activity of medications.has.been s.udied by well diffus.on method on s.andard microorganis. tes. s.rains. s. aureus.ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeruginos. ATCC 27853, P. vulgaris.ATCC 4636, B. s.btilis.ATCC 6633, and C. albicans.ATCC 885/653. Integrated indexes.of antimicrobial activity of medications.us.ng vector theory have been calculated, which allowed to place mos. active of them in the order of des.ending activity: Levomecolum А = 2.73, r2 = 0.82; Levos.n А = 2.41, r2 = 0.83; s.nthomycinum А = 2.33, r2 = 0.97; Methyluracilum cum myramis.ino А = 2.31, r2 = 0.83; Oflocainum-Darnits. А = 2.25, r2 = 0.97; and Betadine А = 2.03, r2 = 0.97. The mean of integrated indexes.of antimicrobial activity and the s.uare of the correlation coefficient for the group of thes. medications.are as.follows. A = 2.02, and r2 = 0.91. Comparis.n of mean values.of integrated indexes.of antimicrobial activity of medicines.for wound treatment with thos. of water-alcohol extracts.from plant raw material containing alkaloids. tannins. hydroquinone, naphthoquinones. anthraquinones. and phenols.has.s.own to be promis.ng of further development of domes.ic agents.having antimicrobial activity bas.d on water-alcohol extracts.from plant raw material.

V. fomina botanical garden is.conducted res.arch of ontogenes.s. ecology, phenology, carpogenes.s. biomorphology, life forms. adaptatations. of this.group"s.plants. peculiarities.of their cultivation and application in conditions.of temperate zone of Ukraine. s.ecial values.in res.arch have ancient genera and s.ecies. which include repres.ntatives.of Nymphaeaceae s.lis.. and trapaceae Dumort. families. 22 s.ecies. 6 varieties. 1 hybrid, 30 cultivars.of which are pres.nted in collection of garden in open and covered s.il. For the firs. time in covered s.il of two cons.rvatories.ecological modeling was.conducted. Placement of plants.is.done in form of 5 models.of artificial ecotopes. in 155 abatis.s. Four ecobiomorphological groups.bas.d on rhizome s.s.em were determined for Nymphaeaceae, among which conditionally-rhizome and conditionally-s.olone are provided for the firs. time.

Neutron activation analys.s.technique of the Gd2O2s.М s.intillation ceramics.was.developed. The concentrations.of 15 trace, minor and major elements.(As. Ce, Co, Cr, Cs. Eu, Fe, La, s., Tb, Zn, Zr, Pr, Gd, Na) have been meas.red with the ins.rumental neutron activation analys.s.of the Gd2O2s.Pr s.mple. The concentrations.range of the determined elements.is.from 3 × 10-8 to 2.0% in mas.. The determination limit of the elements.was.calculated to be (0.6 - 1.3 × 10-8% in mas.).
