The g-C3 N4/Fe3 O4/MnWO4 nanocomposites were prepared by a refluxing-calcination procedure. Visiblelight-induced photocatalytic experiments showed that the g-C3 N4/Fe3 O4/MnWO4（10%） nanocomposite has excellent ability to degrade a range of contaminants including rhodamine B, methylene blue, methyl orange, and fuchsine, which is about 7, 10, 25, and 31 times of the g-C3 N4 photocatalyst, *** species trapping experiments revealed that superoxide anion radicals play major role in the photodegradation reaction of rhodamine B（RhB）. After the treatment process, the utilized photocatalyst was magnetically recovered and reused with negligible loss in the photocatalytic activity, which is vital in the photocatalytic processes. Finally, a mechanism was proposed for the enhanced interfacial carrier separation and transfer and the improved photocatalytic performance.

The paper studies Sard's problem on construction of optimal quadrature formulas in the space W_(2)^((m,0))by Sobolev's *** problem consists of two parts:first calculating the norm of the error functional and then finding the minimum of this norm by coefficients of quadrature *** the norm of the error functional is calculated with the help of the extremal *** using the method of Lagrange multipliers the system of linear equations for coefficients of the optimal quadrature formulas in the space W_(2)^((m,0)) is obtained,moreover the existence and uniqueness of the solution of this system are ***,the discrete analogue D_(m)(hβ)of the differential operatord^(2m)/dx^(2m)-1 is ***,Sobolev's method of construction of optimal quadrature formulas in the space W_(2)^((m,0)),which based on the discrete analogue D_(m)(hβ),is ***,for m=1 and m=3 the optimal quadrature formulas which are exact to exponential-trigonometric functions are ***,at the end of the paper the rate of convergence of the optimal quadrature formulas in the space W_(2)^((3,0))for the cases m=1 and m=3 are presented.

AIM: To evaluate the incidence and severity of ocular graft versus host disease(o GVHD) in patients who underwent allogeneic stem cell transplant(SCT) in King Abdul-aziz Medical City, Saudi ***: This is a retrospective cohort study conducted in King Abdul aziz Medical City on patients who underwent allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant(allo-HCT) from 2010 to 2017. The ocular examination findings including visual acuity, meibomian gland dysfunction, corneal and conjunctival staining with severity, corneal scarring, tear film meniscus and breakup time, anterior and posterior segment examination findings, intraocular pressure, treatment given, punctual plugs used or not, and follow up response were ***: The five years cumulative incidence of o GVHD among post-transplant patients was 56.98%(95%CI 38.6%-71.7%). The potential risk factors assessed for developing ocular manifestation were age, gender, donor’s age, donor gender mismatch CD3 and CD34 infusion, while none of the correlates were identified as statistically significant risk factors of developing ocular manifestation. However, the incidence was statistically significantly different betweenpatients diagnosed with acute myelocytic leukemia and acute lymphocytic leukemia(P=0.038). The mean latent period to develop ocular symptoms was 20.5 mo. All patients had variable degree of dry eyes. None of the patients developed any posterior segment ***: The incidence of o GVHD is low in King Abdul-aziz Medical City. This can be attributed to the preconditioning and immunosuppressive regime.

Assessment of the magnitude and pattern of wall shear stress(WSS)in vivo is the prerequisite for studying the quantitative relationship between exercise-induced WSS and arterial endothelial *** the previous studies,the calculation of the WSS modulated by exercise training was primarily based upon the rigid tube model,which did not take non-linear effects of vessel elastic deformation into *** this study,with an elastic tube model,we estimated the effect of a bout of 30-minute acute cycling exercise on the WSS and the flow rate in the common carotid artery according to the measured inner diameter,center-line blood flow velocity,heart rates and the brachial blood pressures before and after exercise ***,the roles of exerciseinduced arterial diameter and blood flow rate in the change of WSS were also *** numerical results demonstrate that acute exercise significantly increases the magnitudes of blood flow rate and ***,the vessel elastic deformation is a non-negligible factor in the calculation of the WSS induced by exercise,which generates greater effects on the minimum WSS than the maximum ***,the contributions of exercise-induced variations in blood flow rate and diameter are almost identical in the change of the mean WSS.

Recent experimental works suggested that the confinement into a cylindrical nanopore induced the microphase separation of a binary liquid,despite the miscible character of its bulk counterpart.A core–shell organization was evidenced such that one of the liquids was strongly anchored to the solid surface whereas the other was confined at the center of the *** the same time,a study based on atomistic simulations suggested a strong heterogeneity and the absence of a *** this work,by refining the solid–liquid interactions to qualitatively reproduce the experimental adsorption isotherms of both single liquids,the microphase separation and the core–shell structure are *** tuning the surface chemistry of the nanopore to mimic hydrophilic and hydrophobic confinement,we show that it is possible to control the structural characteristics of the core–shell *** molecular origin of the microphase separation is then ascribed to the strong hydrogen bonds and a commensurate arrangement between the confining material and both liquids.

Aim:This study was conducted to determine if short-term treatment of N-nitrosomethylbenzylamine (NMBA)-induced tumors in the rat esophagus withdietary freeze-dried black raspberries (FBR) would result in tumor regression andenhanced survival of the ***:Four-week-old male Fisher-344 ratswere administered an AIN-76A control diet and injected subcutaneously with 0.5mg/kg NMBA once per week for 15 *** 19 weeks,when rats had an averageof 5-6 tumors (papillomas) per esophagus,they were given a control diet contain-ing either 5%,10%,or 20% *** 7 weeks of berry treatment,all survivingrats were killed and tumor incidence,number and volume were ***:Esophageal tumor incidences,numbers and volumes in NMBA-treated rats werenot influenced by any of the berry *** were progressive increasesin the survival of NMBA-treated rats fed 5%-20% FBR diets;however,theseincreases were not ***:FBR at 5%,10%,and 20% of the diethad no effect on the development of NMBA-induced tumors in the rat esophagusor on animal survival when administered for 7 weeks beginning at the papillomastage of tumor ***,FBR appear to have no therapeutic value inthe treatment of esophageal *** contrast,dietary FBR are highly effectivein preventing the development of NMBA-induced esophageal tumors in rats whenadministered before and during NMBA treatment or shortly after NMBA treat-ment when the esophagi contain preneoplastic (dysplastic) lesions of varyingdegrees of severity.

Pancreatitis is the most common complication after endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP); the reported incidence of this complication varies from less than 1% to 40%, but a rate of 4%-8% is reported in most prospective studies involving non-selected patients. Differences in criteria for defining pancreatitis, methods of data collection, and patient populations (i.e. number of high-risk patients included in the published series) are factors that are likely to affect the varying rates of post-ERCP pancreatitis. The severity of post-ERCP pancreatitis (PEP) can range from a minor inconvenience with one or two days of added hospitalization with full recovery to a devastating illness with pancreatic necrosis, multiorgan failure, permanent disability, and even death. Although, most episodes of PEP are mild (about 90%), a small percentage of patients (about 10%) develop moderate or severe pancreatitis. In the past, PEP was often viewed as an unpredictable and unavoidable complication, with no realistic strategy for its avoidance. New data have aided in stratifi cation of patients into PEP risk categories and new measures have been introduced to decrease the risk of PEP. As most ERCPs are performed on an outpatient basis, the majority of patients will not develop PEP and can be discharged. Alternatively, early detection of those patients who will go on to develop PEP can guide decisions regarding hospital admission and aggressive management. In the last decade, great efforts have been addressed toward prevention of this complication. Points of emphasis have included technical measures, pharmacological prophylaxis, and patient selection. This review provides a comprehensive, evidence-based assessment of published data on PEP and current suggestions for its avoidance.

We investigate in this work a quantum error correction on a five-qubits graph state used for secret sharing through five noisy channels. We describe the procedure for the five, seven and nine qubits codes. It is known that the three codes always allow error recovery if only one among the sent qubits is disturbed in the transmitting channel. However, if two qubits and more are disturbed, then the correction will depend on the used code. We compare in this paper the three codes by computing the average fidelity between the sent secret and that measured by the receivers. We will treat the case where, at most, two qubits are affected in each one of five depolarizing channels.
