considering the large number of returns in online sales and the network externalities of e-platforms,we develop a decentralized model and a centralized model to explore the impacts of returns and network externalities on e-commerce supply chain(ecSc)*** show that in the decentralized model,the service level,price,market demand,and ecSc members’profits inc.ease with the network externality ***,the service level and price inc.ease,while the market demand and ecSc members’profits dec.ease with the product return *** centralized model is the optimal operating mode when it is properly *** design the“commission and return cost-sharing”contract to optimize ecSc,in which the proportion of the e-platform’s sharing of the return handling cost is exactly equal to the proportion of the system profit after *** on the decentralized model,we develop two extended models in which we endogenize the impacts of the service level and return rate on the network externality *** comparisons between the extended and decentralized models,we show that high-quality service can improve ecSc’s profitability,while a high return rate hurts its economic performance.

The crystal-structure symmetry in real space can be inherited in the reciprocal space,making high-symmetry materials the top candidates for thermoelectrics due to their potential for significant electronic band degeneracy.A practical indicator that can quantitatively describe structural changes would help facilitate the advanced thermoelectric material *** face-centered cubic structures,the spatial environment of the same crystallographic plane family is isotropic,such that the distances between the close-pac.ed layers can be derived from the atomic distances within the *** by this,the relationship between inter-and intra-layer geometric information can be used to compare crystal structures with their desired cubic *** close-pac.ed layer spacing was found to be a practical guideline of crystal structure symmetry in IV-VI chalcogenides and I-V-VI_(2) ternary semiconductors,both of which are historically important *** continuous structural evolution toward high symmetry can be described by the layer spacing when temperature or/and composition change,which is demonstrated by a series of pristine and alloyed thermoelectric materials in this *** layerspacing-based guideline provides a quantitative pathway for manipulating crystal structures to improve the electrical and thermal properties of thermoelectric materials.

This study presents the development and evaluation of a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate)(P34HB)ultrafine fiber slow-release system for in vivo osteogenic induction of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(HUcMScs).Utilizing dual-nozzle and cell electrospinning techniques,the system encapsulates L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate magnesium(AsP),βB-glycerophosphate sodium and dexamethasone(DeX)within the'fbers,ensuring sustained osteogenic *** scaffold's morphology,charac.erization,hydrophilicity,mechanical properties and cellular behavior were *** subcutaneous implantation in rabbits was con-duc.ed to observe its ectopic osteogenic induction *** fabricated P34HB ultrafine fiber slow-release *** ization *** distribution of HUcMScs and inducing components within the scaffold,with no c.emical reactions affecting the active *** vitro tests showcased a prolonged release of DeX and ASP,while biocompatibility assays highlighted the scaffold's suitability for cellular *** Red,type I collagen,and osteopontin(OPN)staining verifed the scaffold's potent osteogenic induction effect on ***,immediate implantation into New Zealand White rabbits led to significant new bone formation within 8 *** findings underscore the system's potential for immediate in vivo implantation without prior in vitro induction,marking a promising advancement in bone tissue engineering.

chinese medicine(cM)diagnosis intellectualization is one of the hotspots in the research of cM *** traditional cM intelligent diagnosis models transform the cM diagnosis issues into classification issues,however,it is difficult to solve the problems such as excessive or similar *** the development of natural language processing techniques,text generation technique has become inc.easingly *** this study,we aimed to establish the cM diagnosis generation model by transforming the cM diagnosis issues into text generation *** semantic context charac.eristic learning capacity was enhanced referring to Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(BILSTM)with Transformer as the backbone ***,the cM diagnosis generation model Knowledge Graph enhanced Transformer(KGeT)was established by introducing the knowledge in medical field to enhance the inferential *** KGeT model was established based on 566 cM case texts,and was compared with the classic text generation models including Long Short-Term Memory sequence-to-sequence(LSTM-seq2seq),Bidirectional and Auto-Regression Transformer(BART),and chinese Pre-trained Unbalanced Transformer(cPT),so as to analyze the model ***,the ablation experiments were performed to explore the influence of the optimized part on the KGeT *** results of Bilingual evaluation Understudy(BLeU),Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting evaluation 1(ROUGe1),ROUGe2 and edit distance of KGeT model were 45.85,73.93,54.59 and 7.12,respectively in this *** with LSTM-seq2seq,BART and cPT models,the KGeT model was higher in BLeU,ROUGe1 and ROUGe2 by 6.00–17.09,1.65–9.39 and 0.51–17.62,respectively,and lower in edit distance by 0.47–*** ablation experiment results revealed that introduction of BILSTM model and prior knowledge could significantly inc.ease the model ***,the manual assessment indicated that the cM diagnosis results of the KGeT model used
