Compared with other terrestrial environments,the stream environment generally presents a linear spatial structure and relatively simple *** a stream landscape,the dispersal direction of stream-type organisms usually presents a linear structure along the stream,which results in the limited dispersal and the genetic differentiation of stream-type organisms across different stream *** Shangcheng Stout Salamander(Pachyhynobius shangchengensis)is a narrowly distributed stream salamander in Dabie Mountains of East *** the present study,we tested for the impact of stream landscape(*** and underground river)on genetic structure and dispersal pattern in *** based on 12 nuclear microsatellite loci from 195 individuals in 3 populations(A,B and C)from three closely connected sections within one *** diversity results suggested that Population B contains relatively high genetic diversity for *** when compared to the other populations(A and C).Detectable genetic differentiation was found(FST=0.008,P=0.007)among three populations,which was also supported by the Structure,FCA analysis and relatedness estimates of each pair of individuals among *** assignment test suggested that *** has philopatric males and female-biased dispersal(mean female Alc=.0.031,SE=0.225;mean male Alc=0.026,SE=0.198).Female-biased dispersal was also supported by analyses for each sex(*** autocorrelation,Genetic distance,Relatedness analysis).Our study indicated that small and isolated populations(A and C)had relatively low genetic diversity due to the limited population *** stream salamanders,landscape features(*** and underground river)can influence the ability of an individual to disperse through the landscape,and consequently influence the formation of strong genetic differentiation of ***.

To study the causation and ecological effect of "Corridor" phenomena in the Longitudinal Range-Gorge Region (LRGR) in South China and South-East Asian. Supported by the geographic information system (GIS), vegetation, climate and topography database of the LRGR are founded. The northernmost limit of the tropical rain forest is 28 22, which has been promoted 3 or 4 latitude by Vapor "Corridor Phenomenon". Through ANN analysis, landform proves to be a very important factor affecting NPP distribution. Affected by longitudinal valley landform and monsoon, moisture and quantity of heat has a longitudinal belt distribution, and NPP distribution has seemly distribution. Take Lyonia ovalifolia, Myrica nana scrub as an example, high NPP value-scrub distributes on a wet-tongue area in the valleys. The minimum temperature sensitive value to NPP is 1.588, and altitude is 1.053, precipitation is 1.006, aspect is 1.003. Corridor phenomenon in the LRGR formed special moisture and heat patterns and brings about a series of ecological effects, such as influencing space distribution of vegetation form and NPP spatial patterns of both vegetations and plants.

This paper discusses theories and methods of climate change risk studies for the research expansion in China. Climate change risks consist of three basic components including sensitivity, exposure, and possibility. Uncertainty, future events, damages, and relativity are the major features of climate change risk. Climate change risk research includes two key steps: risk assessment and risk management, the former is the process, and the latter is the ultimate goal which is the basis for actions to address climate change. We present the main framework and methods for climate change risk research. A case study on China's floods risk is taken as an example of climate change risk study. Finally, we point out main aspects of climate change risk research, including ensemble-based probabilistic projection, quantitative risk assessment, risk zoning and mapping, and risk management.

The combined effects of martensite-austenite（MA）constituent and pearlite colony on cleavage crack initiation in the simulated coarse-grained heat-affected zone（CGHAZ）of V-N-Ti microalloyed offshore platform steel under different heat inputs were *** results of welding simulation,instrumented impact test,and quantitative analysis indicated that the size of the MA constituent decreased with the increase in cooling time,and by contrast,the size of the pearlite colony *** to Griffith theory,the critical sizes of cleavage microcracks were *** the increase of cooling time,the calculated microcrack size could be characterized by the size of the MA constituent first,and then fitted with the size of the pearlite ***,the calculated microcrack size variation was opposite to the microcrack initiation *** phenomenon is probably due to the combined effects of the MA constituent and pearlite colony with increasing the cooling time of the specimen′s temperature from800 to 500 ℃.

Frictional Heat-Induced Phase Transformation on Train Wheel Surface

By combining thermomechanical coupling finite element analysis with the characteristics of phase transformation [continuous cooling transformation （CCT） curve], the thermal fatigue behavior of train wheel steel under high speed and heavy load conditions was analyzed. The influence of different materials on the formation of the phase transformation zone of the wheel tread was discussed. The result showed that the peak temperature of wheel/track friction zone could be higher than the austenitizing temperature for braking. The depth of the austenitized region could reach a point of 0.9 mm beneath the wheel tread surface. The supercooled austenite is transformed to a hard and brittle martensite layer during the following rapid cooling process, which may lead to cracking and then spalling on the wheel tread surface. The decrease in carbon contents of the train wheel steel helps inhibit the formation of martensite by increasing the austenitizing temperature of the train wheel steel. When the carbon contents decrease from 0.7% to 0.4%, the Ac3 of the wheel steel is increased by 45 ℃, and the thickness of the martensite layer is de creased by 30 %, which is helpful in reducing the thermal cycling fatigue of the train wheel tread such as spalling.

Artificial surfaces, characterized with intensive land-use changes and complex landscape structures, are important indicators of human impacts on terrestrial ecosystems. Without high-resolution land-cover data at continental scale, it is hard to evaluate the impacts of urbanization on regional climate, ecosystem processes and global environment. This study constructed a hierarchical classification system for artificial surfaces, promoted a remote sensing method to retrieve subpixel components of artificial surfaces from 30-m resolution satellite imageries(Globe Land30) and developed a series of data products of high-precision urban built-up areas including impervious surface and vegetation cover in Asia in 2010. Our assessment, based on multisource data and expert knowledge, showed that the overall accuracy of classification was 90.79%. The mean relative error for the impervious surface components of cities was 0.87. The local error of the extracted information was closely related to the heterogeneity of urban buildings and vegetation in different climate zones. According to our results, the urban built-up area was 18.18×104 km2, accounting for 0.59% of the total land surface areas in Asia; urban impervious surfaces were 11.65×104 km2, accounting for 64.09% of the total urban built-up area in Asia. Vegetation and bare soils accounted for 34.56% of the urban built-up areas. There were three gradients: a concentrated distribution, a scattered distribution and an indeterminate distribution from east to west in terms of spatial pattern of urban impervious surfaces. China, India and Japan ranked as the top three countries with the largest impervious surface areas, which respectively accounted for 32.77%, 16.10% and 11.93% of the urban impervious surface area of Asia. We found the proportions of impervious surface and vegetation cover within urban built-up areas were closely related to the economic development degree of the country and regional climate environment. Efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy on advanced cervical cancer

Background and Objective: Concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical carcinoma develops rapidly and has become a common and standard therapy in recent years. Both the local control rate and survival rate of patients were increased and the risk of death fell by 30%-50%. This study aimed to explore the efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy on and the treatment compliance of the patients with advanced cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: A total of 156 patients with stage IIa-IIIb cervical squamous cell carcinoma were randomly divided into the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group (experimental group) and radiotherapy group (control group). Intracavity and external beam radiation therapy were administered. At point A, 40-48 Gy were given by 10-12 fractions; at point B, 46-50 Gy were given by 23-25 fractions. In the same time, experimental group was treated by cisplatin (DDP, 40 mg) on day 1, repeated every week. Ten days after radiation therapy, TP regimen was administered as adjuvant chemotherapy. Results: For the experimental and control groups, the objective response rates were 88.61% and 75.32%, 1-year survival rates were 88.57% and 70.77%, 1-year local control rates were 81.43% and 64.62%, 3-year survival rates were 82.14% and 57.69%, and 3-year local control rates were 75.00% and 46.15%, with significant differences (P < 0.05). Quality of life of all patients were significantly improved after treatment (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer can improve short-term and long-term survival and local control rates of patients, improve the quality of life, and the toxicity can be tolerated.

The electromagnetic environment of laneways in underground coal mines is an important area for the design of new electronic products,as well as a fundamental space for mine monitoring,surveillance,communications and control *** investigation of electromagnetic interference in coal mines is essential for the enhancement of performances of these *** this study,a new field method is provided in which radiated emission tests in coal mine laneways have been carried *** conclude that:1) the wiring motor vehicles can radiate interference with a bandwidth up to 1 GHz and with an amplitude 10 dBμV/m higher than the background noise;2) the PHS(Personal Handy phone System) mobile communication system can cause interference 40 dBμV/m higher than the background noise;3) an interference 25 dBμV/m higher than the background noise can be generated during the communication at a working bandwidth of 48.8 MHz;and 4) power cables,battery vehicles as well as mechanical and electrical dong rooms have little effect on the electromagnetic radiation environment in coal mine tunnels.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of paclitaxel-coated balloon(PCB)in the treatment of extra-long femoropopliteal artery atherosclerotic disease(>30 cm).Materials and methods:Forty-nine patients with extra-long femoropopliteal artery atherosclerotic disease were treated with PCB alone in a single center from July 2016 to May *** patency and freedom from clinically driven target lesion revascularization(FF-CDTLR)rates during 12 months were analyzed ***:All patients were followed up for 18.2±7.5 months,and the mean treated lesion length was 34.9±3.7 *** primary patency rates were 87.8%(43/49)and 71.4%(35/49)at 6 and 12 months,*** was 91.8%(45/49)and 77.6%(38/49)at 6 and 12 months,*** mortality or amputation occurred in these patients during the follow-up ***:PCB has favorable clinical efficacy in patients with extra-long femoropopliteal artery atherosclerotic lesions.
