Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT)is a key driver of *** glycolysis is increased in the endothelium of atheroprone areas,accompanied by elevated lactate *** lactylation,mediated by lactate,can regulate gene expression and participate in disease ***,whether histone lactylation is involved in atherosclerosis remains ***,we report that lipid peroxidation could lead to EndMT-induced atherosclerosis by increasing lactatedependent histone H3 lysine 18 lactylation(H3K18la)in vitro and in vivo,as well as in atherosclerotic patients’***,the histone chaperone ASF1A was first identified as a cofactor of P300,which precisely regulated the enrichment of H3K18la at the promoter of SNAI1,thereby activating SNAI1 transcription and promoting *** found that deletion of ASF1A inhibited EndMT and improved endothelial *** analysis based on Apoe^(KO)Asf1a^(ECKO) mice in the atherosclerosis model confirmed the involvement of H3K18la in atherosclerosis and found that endotheliumspecific ASF1A deficiency inhibited EndMT and alleviated atherosclerosis *** of glycolysis by pharmacologic inhibition and advanced PROTAC attenuated H3K18la,SNAI1 transcription,and EndMT-induced *** study illustrates precise crosstalk between metabolism and epigenetics via H3K18la by the P300/ASF1A molecular complex during EndMT-induced atherogenesis,which provides emerging therapies for atherosclerosis.

mean-field plus extended pairing force with multi-pair interaction for the description of well-deformed nuclei is ***-energies of the model and the corresponding wave functions can easily be evaluated by using a numerical algorithm based on the exact *** application of the model,binding energies,pairing excitation energies,even-odd mass differences of Er,Yb,Hf isotopes are calculated in proton pair excitation frozen *** with the corresponding experimental data,the BCS model and the nearest-orbit pairing model,the results show that the extended pairing model is suitable to be used to describe well-deformed nuclei in rare-earth region and it is more exactly than the other two models.

Petrology of Spinel-Lherzolite Xenoliths from Mazéléand Others Northen Xenoliths Localities of Cameroon Volcanic Line: Exchange Reactions and Equilibrium State

The alkaline volcanism of the Cameroon Volcanic Line in its northern domain has raised many fresh enclaves of peridotites. The samples selected come from five (05) different localities (Liri, in the plateau of Kapsiki, Mazélé in the NE of Ngaoundéré, Tello and Ganguiré in the SE of Ngaoundéré and Likok, locality located in the west of Ngaoundé). The peridotite enclaves of the above localities show restricted mineralogical variation. Most are four-phase spinel-lherzolites, indicating that this is the main lithology that forms the lithospheric mantle below the shallow zone. No traces of garnet or primary plagioclase were detected, which strongly limits the depth range from which the rock fragments were sampled. The textures and the wide equilibrium temperatures (884˚C - 1115˚C) indicate also entrainment of lherzolite xenoliths from shallow depths within the lithosphere and the presence of mantle diapirism. The exchange reactions and equilibrium state established in this work make it possible to characterize the chemical composition of the upper mantle of each region and test the equilibrium state of the phases between them. Variations of major oxides and incompatible elemental concentrations in clinopyroxene indicate a primary control by partial melting. The absence of typical “metasomatic” minerals, low equilibration temperatures and enriched LREE patterns indicate that the upper mantle below septentrional crust of Cameroun underwent an event of cryptic metasomatic enrichment prior to partial melting. The distinctive chemical features, LREE enrichment, strong U, Ce and Pr, depletion relative to Ba, Nb, la, Pb, and T, fractionation of Zr and Hf and therefore ligh high Zr/Hf ratio, low la/Yb, Nb/la and Ti/Eu are all results of interaction of refractory peridotite residues with carbonatite melts.

BACKGROUND Diabetes foot is one of the most serious complications of diabetes and an important cause of death and disability,traditional treatment has poor efficacy and there is an urgent need to develop a practical treatment *** To investigate whether Huangma Ding or autologous platelet-rich gel(APG)treatment would benefit diabetic lower extremity arterial disease(LEAD)patients with foot *** A total of 155 diabetic LEAD patients with foot ulcers were enrolled and divided into three groups:Group A(62 patients;basal treatment),Group B(38 patients;basal treatment and APG),and Group C(55 patients;basal treatment and Huangma Ding).All patients underwent routine follow-up visits for six *** follow-up,we calculated the changes in all variables from baseline and determined the differences between groups and the relationships between *** The infection status of the three groups before treatment was the ***(PCT)improved after APG and Huangma Ding treatment more than after traditional treatment and was significantly greater in Group C than in Group *** regression analysis revealed that PCT was positively correlated with total amputation,primary amputation,and minor amputation *** ankle-brachial pressure and the transcutaneous oxygen pressure in Groups B and C were greater than those in Group *** major amputation rate,minor amputation rate,and total amputation times in Groups B and C were lower than those in Group *** Our research indicated that diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs)lead to major amputation,minor amputation,and total amputation through local infection and poor microcirculation and *** Ding and APG were effective attreating *** clinical efficacy of Huangma Ding was better than that of autologous platelet gel,which may be related to the better control of local infection by Huangma *** finding suggested that in patients with DFUs combined with coinfection,controll

A new ternary compound la8Al13Sn3 was synthesized and studied by means of X-ray powder diffraction technique. The compound la8Al13Sn3 crystallizes in a hexagonal AlB2-type structure with space group P6/mmm （No. 191） and the lattice parameters a = 0.44919（1） nm and c = 0.43835（1） nm. The Smith and Snyder figure of merit for index, FN, is F30 = 197.3（30）. The Rietveld refinement for the crystal structure of the compound was carried out successfully. The liability R-factors of Rietveld refinement are Rp = 0.114 and Rwp = 0.148. The compound la8Al13Sn3 decomposes into laAl2 with cubic structure and space group Fd 3m （227）, laAl3 with hexagonal structure and space group P63/mmc （194）, and Sn at 720°C.

Interface engineering in device fabrication is a significant but complicated *** great successes have been achieved by conventional physical in situ or ex situ methods,it still suffers from complicated *** this work,we present a facile method for fabricating phthalocyanine(Pc)-based two-dimensional conductive metal–organic framework(MOF)*** on PcM-Cu(M=Ni,Cu,H_(2))MOF films,spin valves with a vertical configuration of la_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_(3)/PcM-Cu MOFs/Co were constructed successfully,and exhibited notably high negative magnetoresistance(MR)up to -22% at 50 *** penetrated Co atoms coordinated with the dehydrogenated hydroxy groups in the MOFs resulting in an antiferromagnetic layer of the PcM-Cu-Co hybrid ***,a significant exchange bias effect was demonstrated at the PcM-Cu MOF/Co interface,beneficial for the MR ***,our present study provides new insights into developing high-performance organic spin valves via de novo molecular design.

Background:Prenatal and postnatal factors may have joint effects on cardiovascular health,and we aimed to assess the joint association of birth weight and ideal cardiovascular health metrics(ICVHMs)prospectively in adulthood with incident cardiovascular disease(CVD).Methods:In the UK Biobank,227,833 participants with data on ICVHM components and birth weight and without CVD at baseline were *** ICVHMs included smoking,body mass index,physical activity,diet information,total cholesterol,blood pressure,and hemoglobin *** Cox proportional hazards model was used to estimate the hazard ratios(HRs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)in men and ***:Over a median follow-up period of 13.0 years(2,831,236 person-years),we documented 17,477 patients with incident *** with participants with birth weights of 2.5-4.0 kg,the HRs(95%CIs)of CVD among those with low birth weights was 1.08(1.00-1.16)in men and 1.23(1.16-1.31)in *** association between having a birth weightlar health metrics were jointly related to an increased risk of *** with birth weightslated to CVD *** a normal birth weight and ideal ICVHMs may reduce the risk of CVD,and a simultaneous improvement of both prenatal and postnatal factors could further prevent additional cases in women.
