本文在政策分析的基础上,建立VAR-BEKK-GARCH模型进行实证分析。首先,国际玉米价格的波动幅度比中国价格波动幅度大,临储政策取消后,中国价格波动幅度变大。其次,临储期间,中国价格的预期波动可以影响国际价格的波动,而国际价格的随机波动可以影响中国价格的波动。在生产者补贴期间,中国价格的预期波动和随机波动均可影响国际价格的波动。再次,中国价格的影响力在中国市场和进口市场占据主导地位,与国产玉米供给本国市场的数量地位相符。最后,中国玉米进口的不断增加将降低对本国市场价格的主导能力,需重视通过“期货+保险”规避价格风险,并分散玉米进口源,以提高市场主导力。

BACKGROUND Pancreatitis is a severe inflammatory pancreatic disease commonly due to bile duct stones or excessive alcohol usage,with clinical manifestations of abdominal pain,nausea,fever,and fluid collections.Healthy persons with less symptomatic pancreatitis are quite rare.Herein,we report a case of a patient with an undetermined onset of pancreatitis mimicking left arm cellulitis due to thrombotic vasculitis of the brachiocephalic vein.CASE SUMMARY A 50-year-old woman visited our hospital for tenderness in the left arm over several recent days.She was diagnosed with cellulitis on the left arm due to left elbow tenderness.Intravenous antibiotics administration did not improve symptoms and laboratory data worsened;thus,chest and abdominal computed tomography(CT)was performed.CT demonstrated pancreatitis with pseudocyst around the pancreas extending to the mediastinum.Thrombotic vasculitis of the brachiocephalic to left brachial vein was observed,which could be the cause of left elbow pain.A pancreatic fistula was found in the head of the pancreas by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,so a pancreatic cyst drainage tube via the duodenum was placed in the pseudocyst.Cyst content culture was positive for Escherichia coli infection.Clinical symptoms,imaging findings,and inflammatory reactions resolved gradually after starting therapeutic intervention.The mediastinal pancreatic pseudocysts shrunk,and the venous thrombi remained but shrunk.CONCLUSION The case of a patient with pancreatitis with an undetermined onset that mimics left arm cellulitis is reported.Deep vein thrombosis should be kept in mind when treating patients with severe inflammatory disease.

The frequency of primary small intestinal adenocarcinoma is increasing but is still low.Its frequency is approximately 3%of that of colorectal adenocarcinoma.Considering that the small intestine occupies 90%of the surface area of the gastrointestinal tract,small intestinal adenocarcinoma is very rare.The main site of small intestinal adenocarcinoma is the proximal small intestine.Based on this characteristic,dietary animal proteins/lipids and bile concentrations are implicated and reported to be involved in carcinogenesis.Since most nutrients are absorbed in the proximal small intestine,the effect of absorbable intestinal content is a suitable explanation for why small intestinal adenocarcinoma is more common in the proximal small intestine.The proportion of aerobic bacteria is high in the proximal small intestine,but the absolute number of bacteria is low.In addition,the length and density of villi are greater in the proximal small intestine.However,the involvement of villi is considered to be low because the number of small intestinal adenocarcinomas is much smaller than that of colorectal adenocarcinomas.On the other hand,the reason for the low incidence of small intestinal adenocarcinoma in the distal small intestine may be that immune organs reside there.Genetic and disease factors increase the likelihood of small intestinal adenocarcinoma.In carcinogenesis experiments in which the positions of the small and large intestines were exchanged,tumors still occurred in the large intestinal mucosa more often.In other words,the influence of the intestinal contents is small,and there is a large difference in epithelial properties between the small intestine and the large intestine.In conclusion,small intestinal adenocarcinoma is rare compared to large intestinal adenocarcinoma due to the nature of the epithelium.It is reasonable to assume that diet is a trigger for small intestinal adenocarcinoma.

BACKGROUND The role of the hepatic nervous system in liver development remains unclear.We previously created functional human micro-hepatic tissue in mice by co-culturing human hepatic endodermal cells with endothelial and mesenchymal cells.However,they lacked Glisson’s sheath[the portal tract(PT)].The PT consists of branches of the hepatic artery(HA),portal vein,and intrahepatic bile duct(IHBD),collectively called the portal triad,together with autonomic nerves.AIM To evaluate the development of the mouse hepatic nervous network in the PT using immunohistochemistry.METHODS Liver samples from C57BL/6J mice were harvested at different developmental time periods,from embryonic day(E)10.5 to postnatal day(P)56.Thin sections of the surface cut through the hepatic hilus were examined using protein gene product 9.5(PGP9.5)and cytokeratin 19(CK19)antibodies,markers of nerve fibers(NFs),and biliary epithelial cells(BECs),respectively.The numbers of NFs and IHBDs were separately counted in a PT around the hepatic hilus(center)and the peripheral area(periphery)of the liver,comparing the average values between the center and the periphery at each developmental stage.NF-IHBD and NF-HA contacts in a PT were counted,and their relationship was quantified.SRYrelated high mobility group-box gene 9(SOX9),another BEC marker;hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α(HNF4α),a marker of hepatocytes;and Jagged-1,a Notch ligand,were also immunostained to observe the PT development.RESULTS HNF4αwas expressed in the nucleus,and Jagged-1 was diffusely positive in the primitive liver at E10.5;however,the PGP9.5 and CK19 were negative in the fetal liver.SOX9-positive cells were scattered in the periportal area in the liver at E12.5.The Jagged-1 was mainly expressed in the periportal tissue,and the number of SOX9-positive cells increased at E16.5.SOX9-positive cells constructed the ductal plate and primitive IHBDs mainly at the center,and SOX-9-positive IHBDs partly acquired CK19 positivity at the same period.PGP9.5-positive bodies were first found at E16

Solar energy is considered the most promising renewable energy source.Solar cells can harvest and convert solar energy into electrical energy,which needs to be stored as chemical energy,thereby realizing a balanced supply and demand for energy.As energy storage devices for this purpose,newly developed photo-enhanced rechargeable metal batteries,through the internal integration of photovoltaic technology and high-energy-density metal batteries in a single device,can simplify device configuration,lower costs,and reduce external energy loss.This review focuses on recent progress regarding the working principles,device architectures,and performances of various closed-type and open-type photo-enhanced rechargeable devices based on metal batteries,including Li/Zn-ion,Li-S,and Li/Zn-I_(2),and Li/Zn-O_(2)/air,Li-CO_(2),and Na-O_(2) batteries.In addition to provide a fundamental understanding of photo-enhanced rechargeable devices,key challenges and possible strategies are also discussed.Finally,some perspectives are provided for further enhancing the overall performance of the proposed devices.

Sample data in the Earth and environmental sciences are limited in quantity and sampling location and therefore,sophisticated spatial modeling techniques are indispensable for accurate imaging of complicated structures and properties of geomaterials.This paper presents several effective methods that are grouped into two categories depending on the nature of regionalized data used.Type I data originate from plural populations and type II data satisfy the prerequisite of stationarity and have distinct spatial correlations.For the type I data,three methods are shown to be effective and demonstrated to produce plausible results: (1) a spline-based method,(2) a combination of a spline-based method with a stochastic simulation,and (3) a neural network method.Geostatistics proves to be a powerful tool for type II data.Three new approaches of geostatistics are presented with case studies: an application to directional data such as fracture,multi-scale modeling that incorporates a scaling law,and space-time joint analysis for multivariate data.Methods for improving the contribution of such spatial modeling to Earth and environmental sciences are also discussed and future important problems to be solved are summarized.

BACKGROUND Comprehensive genomic analysis has shown that small bowel adenocarcinoma(SBA)has different genomic profiles from gastric and colorectal cancers.Hence,it is essential to establish chemotherapeutic regimens based on SBA characteristics.The expression of programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)and programmed cell death-ligand 2(PD-L2)in SBA is not fully understood.Anti-PD-L1/PD-1 therapy uses tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs);therefore,the status of TILs in the tumor microenvironment(TME)may influence their efficacy.The ratio of FoxP3+to CD8+T cells has been reported to be useful in predicting the prognosis of digestive system cancers.AIM To investigate the clinicopathological significance of PD-L1/2 expression according to the status of TILs in SBA tissues.METHODS We performed immunohistochemical analysis for PD-L1,PD-L2,CD8,FoxP3,and DNA mismatch repair(MMR)proteins using formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded tissues from 50 patients diagnosed with primary SBA.The immunoreactivities of PD-L1 and PD-L2 were determined separately in tumor cells and tumor-infiltrating immune cells throughout the tumor center and invasive margins,and finally evaluated using the combined positive score(CPS).We assessed CD8+and FoxP3+T cells in the intratumoral and tumor-surrounding stroma.Subsequently,we calculated and summed the ratio of FoxP3 to CD8+T cell counts.Immune-related cell densities were graded as low or high.Immunohistochemical results were compared with clinicopathological factors and patient prognosis.The distribution of cancer-specific survival(CSS)was estimated using the Kaplan–Meier method,and the log-rank test was used to test for significant differences in CSS.A Cox proportional hazard model was also used to assess the effect of tumor variables on CSS.RESULTS PD-L1 expression was positive in 34%in tumor cells(T-PD-L1)and 54%in tumor-infiltrating immune cells(I-PDL1)of the cases examined.T-PD-L2 was positive in 34%and I-PD-L2 was positive in 42%of the cases.PD-L1 CPS≥10 and PD-L2 CPS≥10 were observed in 50%and
