Current image-editing tools do not match up to the demands of personalized image manipulation,one application of which is changing clothes in usercaptured images. Previous work can change single color clothes using parametric human warping *** this paper, we propose an image-based clothes changing system, exploiting body factor extraction and content-aware image warping. Image segmentation and mask generation are first applied to the user ***, we determine joint positions via a neural network. Then, body shape matching is performed and the shape of the model is warped to the user's shape. Finally, head swapping is performed to produce realistic virtual results. We also provide a supervision and labeling tool for refinement and further assistance when creating a dataset.

X-ray photon correlation spectroscopy(XPCS)has emerged as a powerful tool for probing the nanoscale dynamics of soft condensed matter and strongly correlated materials owing to its high spatial resolution and penetration *** technique requires high brilliance and beam coherence,which are not directly available at modern synchrotron beamlines in *** facilitate future XPCS experiments,we modified the optical setup of the newly commissioned BL10U1 USAXS beamline at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF).Subsequently,we performed XPCS measurements on silica suspensions in glycerol,which were opaque owing to their high *** were collected using a high frame rate area detector.A comprehensive analysis was performed,yielding correlation functions and several key dynamic *** the results were consistent with the theory of Brownian motion and demonstrated the feasibility of XPCS at ***,by carefully optimizing the setup and analyzing the algorithms,we achieved a time resolution of 2 ms,which enabled the characterization of millisecond dynamics in opaque systems.

In the carbonate industry,deep decarbonization strategies are necessary to effectively remediate CO_(2).These strategies mainly include both sustainable energy supplies and the conversion of CO_(2)in downstream *** study developed a coupled process of biomass chemical looping H2 production and reductive calcination of CaCO_(3).Firstly,a mass and energy balance of the coupled process was established in Aspen *** this,process optimization and energy integration were implemented to provide optimized operation ***,a life cycle assessment was carried out to assess the carbon footprint of the coupled *** reveal that the decomposition temperature of CaCO_(3)in an H_(2)atmosphere can be reduced to 780℃(generally around 900℃),and the conversion of CO_(2)from CaCO_(3)decomposition reached 81.33%with an H2:CO ratio of 2.49 in gaseous *** optimizing systemic energy through heat integration,an energy efficiency of 86.30%was ***,the carbon footprint analysis revealed that the process with energy integration had a low global warming potential(GWP)of-2.624 kg·kg^(-1)(CO_(2)/CaO).Conclusively,this work performed a systematic analysis of introducing biomass-derived H_(2)into CaCO_(3)calcination and demonstrated the positive role of reductive calcination using green H_(2)in mitigating CO_(2)emissions within the carbonate industry.

Acetylene is produced from the reaction between calcium carbide(CaC_(2))and water,while the production of CaC_(2) generates significant amount of carbon dioxide not only because it is an energy-intensive process but also the raw material for CaC_(2) synthesis is from ***,a comprehensive biomass-to-acetylene process was constructed that integrated several units including biomass pyrolysis,oxygen-thermal CaC_(2) fabrication and calcium *** comparison,a coal-to-acetylene process was also established by using coal as *** carbon efficiency,energy efficiency and environmental impacts of the bio-based calcium carbide acetylene(BCCA)and coal-based calcium carbide acetylene(CCCA)processes were systematically ***,the environmental impacts were further evaluated by applying thermal integration at system level and energy substitution in CaC_(2) *** though the BCCA process showed lower carbon efficiency and energy efficiency than that of the CCCA process,life cycle assessment demonstrated the BCCA(1.873 kgCO_(2eq) kg-prod^(-1))a lower carbon footprint process which is 0.366 kgCO_(2eq) kg-prod^(-1) lower compared to the CCCA *** sustainable energy(biomass power)substitution in CaC_(2) furnace,an even lower GWP value of 1.377 kgCO_(2eq) kg-prod^(-1) can be achieved in BCCA *** work performed a systematic analysis on integrating biomass into industrial acetylene production,and revealed the positive role of biomass as raw material(carbon)and energy supplier.

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the major microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus and a major cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD).The pathogenesis of DN is unknown,but it is closely related to disorders of glucolipid metabolism,abnormal hemodynamics,chronic inflammatory response,oxidative stress,and *** DN develops into ESRD,it is often more difficult to treat than ESRD caused by other kidney ***,a deeper knowledge of the pathophysiological mechanisms of DN and the discovery of candidate markers for early diagnosis are *** secreted by renal cells can regulate a series of pathophysiological processes such as translation and transcription by releasing miRNAs or proteins,thereby regulating the biological functions and phenotype of recipient kidney *** has been found that miRNA secreted by urinary exosomes in patients with DN is involved in the occurrence and development of DN and may become biological markers.1 However,studies on exosome proteins are relatively few and lack validation in *** the present study,we identified an altered pathway in urinary exosomes from DN patients for the first ***,the altered ferroptosis-related proteins may represent novel candidate markers for early progression of disease and/or early treatment effects.

ZNF554 Inhibits Endometrial Cancer Progression via Regulating RBM5 and Inactivating WNT/β-Catenin Signaling Pathway

The farming of Scylla paramamosain with specific flavors has a higher commercial value, and the flavors are related to the integrated farming environment and non-volatile flavor substances, while the survival environment is one of the important ways to source gut microorganisms in the organism. In this study, the levels of dominant taxa in the gut flora of S. paramamosain from Mong Cai, Vietnam (VN), taishan City, Guangdong Province (TS) of China, and Ninghai County, Ningbo City (NB) Zhejiang Province of China converged with those of S. paramamosain from Sanmen County, Ningbo City (CK1, CK2, and CK3) at 28 d of domestication. The top 15 genera with the highest abundance of VN, TS, and NB gut flora were the same as CK1, CK2, and CK3, but with different percentages, and gradually converged to CK1, CK2, and CK3, respectively, at 28 d of domestication. Correlation between intestinal flora and non-volatile flavor substances in the hepatopancreas at the percentage level of relative abundance of bacterial genera found that above 28 d of domestication, muribaculaceae, Psychrilyobacter, Clostridia_vadinBB60_group, Halarcobacter Carboxylicivirga, Sediminispirochaeta may be the most important genera affecting flavor amino acids of VN. Sediminispirochaeta, Carboxylicivirga, Halarcobacter, Photobacterium, ZOR0006, Psychrilyobacter, and Pseudomonas may be the most important genera affecting flavor amino acids of NB. Sediminispirochaeta, Carboxylicivirga, Halarcobacter, Photobacterium, ZOR0006, Vibrio, and Sphingomonas may be the most important genera affecting flavor amino acids of TS. These results show that the intestinal flora structure of crabs from different areas were domesticated in the same area for at least 28 d before they converged to that of the domesticated crab, and the most important genera affecting the flavor amino acids of TS, VN, and NB were also identified.
