An investigation on the wind profiles and gravity wave dynamics in MLT region based on the meteor radars from the Meridian Project

The meteor radar can detect the zenith angle,azimuth,radial velocity,and altitude of meteor trails so that one can invert the wind profiles in the mesosphere and low thermosphere(MLT)region,based on the Interferometric and Doppler *** this paper,the horizontal wind field,gravity wave(GW)disturbance variance,and GW fluxes are analyzed through the meteor radar observation from 2012−2022,at Mohe(53.5°N,122.4°E)and Zuoling(30.5°N,114.6°E)stations of the(Chinese)Meridian *** Lomb−Scargle periodogram method has been utilized to analyze the periodic variations for time series with observational data *** results show that the zonal winds at both stations are eastward dominated,while the meridional winds are southward *** variance of GW disturbances in the zonal and meridional directions increases gradually with height,and there is a strong pattern of annual *** zonal momentum flux of GW changes little with height,showing weak annual *** meridional GW flux varies gradually from northward to southward with height,and the annual periodicity is *** both stations,the maximum values of zonal and meridional wind occur close to the peak heights of GW flux,with opposite *** observational evidence is consistent with the filtering *** horizontal wind velocity,GW flux,and disturbance variance of the GW at Mohe are overall smaller than those at Zuoling,indicating weaker activities in the MLT at *** power spectral density(PSD)calculated by the Lomb−Scargle periodogram shows that there are 12-month period and 6-month period in horizontal wind field,GW disturbance variance and GW flux at both stations,and especially there is also a 4-month cycle in the disturbance *** PSD of the 12-month and 6-month cycles exhibits maximum values below 88 km and above 94 km.

The mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinases(MAP4Ks)signaling pathway plays a pivotal role in axonal regrowth and neuronal degeneration following *** targeting this pathway is beneficial to brain injury remains *** this study,we showed that adeno-associated virus-delivery of the Citron homology domain of MAP4Ks effectively reduces traumatic brain injury-induced reactive gliosis,tauopathy,lesion size,and behavioral *** inhibition of MAP4Ks replicated the ameliorative effects observed with expression of the Citron homology ***,the Citron homology domain acted as a dominant-negative mutant,impeding MAP4K-mediated phosphorylation of the dishevelled proteins and thereby controlling the Wnt/β-catenin *** findings implicate a therapeutic potential of targeting MAP4Ks to alleviate the detrimental effects of traumatic brain injury.

年画丰富的图像及内涵承载着人们关于传统节日的视觉记忆。近百年来,受工业的发展、审美观念的改变、年俗的衰落以及城镇化发展等因素影响,传统年画的日常使用和技艺传承逐渐式微。大众对年画的固有认知在一定意义上限制了年画的当代发展。自我国启动非物质文化遗产保护工作以来,年画这一公共文化领域内的图像艺术在视觉生产、审美观念、表现形式、传播方式等方面均呈现出与以往的巨大差异。对传统的延续和保护不应成为年画创新发展的限制,在政府主导和民间主动求新的双重背景下,传统年画的创新发展在智能时代迎来新的契机。

A new photocatalyst,PdS@NH_(2)-MIL-125(Ti)@ZnS(PdS/M125/ZnS)heterojunction is fabricated for photo-catalytic H_(2)generation for the first time,where PdS nanoparticles are anchored in the pore of M125 by utilizing its confinement effect,and the ZnS is closely wrapped on the surfaces of the *** optimal photocatalyst exhibits a significantly enhanced H_(2)generation rate of 1164.2μmol/g/h,while the pure M125 only displays a H_(2)generation rate of 16.7μmol/g/*** resultant improvement can be ascribed to the following comprehensive *** hierarchical structure built by PdS,M125,and ZnS can form lots of intimate interfaces,offer abundant sites for reaction,and smooth channels for charge carri-ers due to the porous characteristics of ***,M125 and ZnS with inner defect levels form an analogous type-II heterojunction assisted by PdS co-catalyst,which greatly promotes charge *** work may supply a new avenue to design MOFs photocatalysts for energy conversion.

[目的]基于安德森模型,以农村老年人为研究对象,探讨其养老方式选择及影响因素,为制定更贴合农村老年人实际需求的养老政策和服务提供参考。[方法]利用CHARLS 2020年数据,纳入451例样本,采用SPSS 26.0进行克鲁斯卡尔-沃利斯单因素非参数检验和多分类Logistic回归,探讨各因素与农村老年人养老方式选择之间的关系。[结果]农村老年人养老方式以家庭养老为主(占76.9%),社区养老次之(占14.9%),机构养老最少(占8.2%)。单因素分析显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、社交活动、家庭总收入、是否有医疗保险和ADL显著影响农村老年人养老方式选择(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示,以家庭养老方式为参照,倾向因素中的性别和婚姻状况、需求因素中ADL对农村老年人机构养老选择具有显著性影响(P<0.05),倾向因素中的性别、使能因素中社交活动对于农村老年人社区养老选择具有显著性影响(P<0.05)。[结论]我国农村老年人养老方式以家庭养老为主,不同养老方式的选择受到倾向因素、使能因素和需求因素的综合影响,在制定养老政策和服务时,应进一步优化农村社区和机构养老服务,充分考虑老年人的需求差异,提供多元化、个性化的养老选择。

Influence of Isoflavones on Cadmium-induced Adverse Effects in Vascular Endothelial Cells (ECV 304)

Objective To study the possible intervention of isoflavones in cytotoxicity induced by cadmium in vascular endothelial cells. Methods An ECV 304 cell line derived from human umbilical vein endothelial cells was adopted. Genistein / daidzein was added prior to or simultaneously with CdCl2, cell viability was determined by MTT assay, and metallothionein mRNA expression was monitored by RT-PCR method. Results Cell viability was higher in isoflavone and CdCl2 co-treated groups than that in CdCl2 treated group, with CdCl2 concentration at 10, 20, 40, and 80 μmol/L, respectively. However this increase was not observed in the group treated with CdCl2 at a concentration of 60 μmol/L. Isoflavones (10-10 mol/L to 10-5 mol/L) were added 24 h before cells were challenged with 80 μmol/L CdCl2 for 24 h or simultaneously with 80 μmol/L CdCl2. Genistein increased cell viability only at 10-5 mol/L, while daidzein caused a dose-dependent increase from 10-10 mol/L to 10-5 mol/L in co-treatment with CdCl2. In pre-treatment, genistein (10-7 to 10-5 mol/L) increased cell viability whereas only 10-5 mol/L of daidzein exerted protection. Apparent protection could be found when the cells were pre-treated with 10-5 mol/L isoflavones for over 12 h, whereas 24 h incubation was required in such a co-treatment, with the exception of daidzein that had a significant protection in only 3 h. Isoflavones (10-6 mol/L) incubated for 3 h to 24 h, increased MT IIA and MT IF mRNA expression, but the induction could not last for more than 24 h. Co-treatment with isoflavones could induce an additional induction of MT IIA mRNA expression in cells exposed to cadmium. However, the additional induction of MT IIA and MT IF mRNA was not seen when pre-treatment was carried out with isoflavones, with the exception of an increase in MT IIA mRNA expression in the daidzein pre-treated group.
