Objective To report the prevalence and trend of overweight and obesity among students aged 7-22 years in Jiangsu, 2010 to 2013. Methods This cross-sectional study was carried out as part of students physical fitness and health survey in Jiangsu province. A total of 255,581 subjects （50.03% males and 49.97% females） enrolled in 82 school and 10 universities in Jiangsu. Weights and heights were obtained for each subject and its body mass index （BMI） was calculated using the Chinese Working Group on Obesity in China （CWGO）. Results Anthropometric measurement including bodyweight, height, BMI and bust were significantly different between males in urban compared to females living rural areas （P〈0.001）. The total prevalence of overweight and obesity was 12.4% and 5.7%. Males had a significantly higher rate than in female＇s student. The prevalence of overweight and obesity by age groups was （14.5%, 10.3%） at age 7-11 years, （11.2%, 6.8%） at age 12-14 years, （11.7%, 3.1%） at age 15-17 years, and （11.4%, 2.3%） at age 18-22 years. By regions; the highest prevalence of overweight obesity reported in Taizhou （10.0%, 14.2%）, Xuzhou （9.4%, 12.5%）, and Nanjing （9.2%, 15.6%）, respectively. Conclusion The finding declares that overweight and obesity are important health problems among students in Jiangsu Province. Early intervention programme are needed to address this problems.

Background:Childhood obesity(CHO)is a serious global health challenge affecting both developed and developing *** feats attained in addressing this global health challenge can be reflected through the top-cited *** study’s aim was to analyze the features of the 100 top-cited articles concerning ***:We used a bibliometric analysis,and searched for relevant articles from the Web of Science(December 1,2021),using an appropriate keyword search-strategy((child OR childhood OR children OR adolescent)AND(obese OR obesity OR overweight)).The retrieved documents were analysed based on the citation number,publication year,authorship,institution,journal and *** analyses were performed mainly by the Bibliometrix application(using R-studio cloud)and ***:The 100 top-cited articles were published between 1976 and 2018,their citations ranged from 365 to 10789,with a mean citation of 1146.2 and 31 studies had more than 1000 *** articles were published in 31 journals,with the“Pediatrics”journal having the most publications(n=18).The studies were from 12 countries,with the most-productive being the USA(n=68),followed by the United Kingdom(n=12)and France(n=3).The leading institution was the University of Bristol(n=8),while Dietz WH(n=12),and Flegal KM(n=8)were the most productive *** most common research fields covered by these articles were;“General Internal Medicine”(n=34),“Pediatrics”(n=29),and“Nutrition Dietetics”(n=18).The study noted significant correlations between the total article citation and the number of authors(R=0.203),countries involved(R=0.407),institutions(R=0.407),and the publication year(R=0.847),all with P<***:Through these top-cited articles,this analysis provides discernment into the historical advancements,including the prime roles performed by various stakeholders in addressing the issue of ***,Asian countries’contribution is not adequately reflected in these articles,and thus

Objective:To explore the medicinal importance of the stem of Desmodium elegans,methanolic extract,and its different solvent fractions were evaluated for brine shrimp lethality,insecticidal and phytotoxicity,antifungal,and antibacterial ***:The methanolic extract and its solvent fractions were tested for cytotoxic,phytotoxic,insecticidal,antifungal,and antibacterial effects using our previous published ***:The methanolic,DCM,ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions exhibited insecticidal effect against Callosobruchus analis and Rhyzopertha *** methanolic extract,n-hexane,DCM ethyl acetate and n-butanol showed 75,85,85,65 and 5%phytotoxicity at the tested concentration of 500μg/*** solvent fractions(DCM and ethyl acetate)were effective against ***(10%and 20%,inhibition respectively).All the tested samples were devoid of cytotoxic and antibacterial ***:It was concluded diat diis plant can be practiced for control of weeds and insects.

The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)global public health emergency,has exposed the fragility of health *** to healthcare became a scarce commodity as healthcare providers and resource-poor populations became victims of the novel corona ***,this study focuses on Africa’s readiness to integrate telemedicine into the weak health systems and its adoption may help alleviate poor healthcare and poverty after *** conducted a narrative review through different search strategies in Scopus on January 20,2021,to identify available literature reporting implementation of various telemedicine modes in Africa from January 1,2011 to December 31,*** summarized 54 studies according to geographies,field,and implementation *** results show a willingness to adopt telemedicine in the resource-poor settings and hard-to-reach populations,which will bring relief to the inadequate healthcare systems and alleviate poverty of those who feel the burden of healthcare cost the *** adequate government financing,telemedicine promises to enhance the treating of communicable and non-communicable diseases as well as support health *** can also alleviate poverty among vulnerable groups and hard-to-reach communities in Africa with adequate government ***,given the lack of funding in Africa,the challenges in implementing telemedicine require global and national strategies before it can yield promising *** is especially true in regards to alleviating the multidimensionality of poverty in post-COVID-19 Africa.

研究目的：体质是身体素质的综合反映,包括人体形态结构、生理机能、运动能力等,是评价一个人健康状况的综合指标。国外对学生的体质健康研究以监测和实证研究为主。日本、美国、英国和瑞典等具有较完整的定期体质监测资料。体质监测在身体形态的基础上,逐步增加身体素质、运动能力、健康指标、指导体质健康促进行动,经过了较为漫长的过程。上世纪70年代,WHO等公布了体质测试方案,受到普遍关注。近年来,许多国家提出了本国韵体质测试计划。如澳大利亚的“Active Australia"、芬兰的《提高全民身体素质计划》、日本的“体力测试”等。早在20世纪初,中国就对青少年体质进行过相关普查调研。新中国成立后,随着教育、卫生和体育各项事业的发展,这项事业开始得到重视,从1950-1956年,具一定规模的测试调查14次。1975年,中国医学科学院对9城市的27.3万名青少年儿童进行了身高、体重、胸围、坐高、头围的测试;从1979年起,由教育部等每5年组织了一次全国多民族学生体质健康调研。2005年,教育部等组织了“全国学生体质与健康调研”,指标包括身体形态、机仫素质和健康状况四方面24项指标,涵盖了31个省、自治区、直辖市,25个民族、1320余所学校的383216人。结果表明,中国学生的身体状况总体是好的。但仍然存在不少不容忽视的问题,特别是耐力、速度、爆发力、力量素质呈进一步下降趋势,学生超重与肥胖检出率不断增加,视力不良检出率居高不下等,引起了社会广泛。2010年全国学生体质健康调研数据(覆盖31个省、27个民族、约35万人;24项指标)与2005年比较,中国19至22岁大学生的爆发力、力量、耐力等身体素质指标进一步下降。中国的青少年占总人口的比例约为13%,是个庞大特殊群体。儿童青少年的体质健康关系到民族、国家未来。2005年监测结果表明,中国青少年学生的体质健康状况出现了20年持续下降的状况,并存在地区间差异。江苏从2010年开始,每年组织一次全省13个地级市和10所高校学生的体质健康监测工作,引起较大的社会反响。同时,江苏出台《江苏省学生体质健康促进行动计划。开展“健康素养提升行动、体育活动推进行动、卫生服务改善行动、心理健康促进行动”等四大行动,提出了学校体育工作整体水平明显提升;学生耐力、力量、柔韧性等体能素质明显提升;体育后备人才数量和质量明显提升;肥胖和近视发生率明显下降“三升一降”目标,使江苏学生体质健康水平进入全国先进行列。本研究通过对江苏省2010-2013江苏7-22岁学生健康素养监测数据进行分析,旨在：1、分析比较学生形态指标、身体机能、健康指标在性别、年龄组别、地区间的差异;2、探讨分析学生形态、机能、健康指标与身体素质之间的相关性;3、提出进一步提升江苏学生体质健康水平的对策。研究方法：江苏省学生体质健康促进中心统一规划和落实各地区中小学、高校开展学生体质健康监测工作,组织建立了一支专业的体质健康监测实施队伍,以《江苏省学生体质健康监测标准》为指导,于每年的10月-11月份再全省范围内开展学生体质健康监测工作。1.抽样方法：本研究采用横断面研究,以江苏省学生体质健康促进中心监测的82所中小学校和10所高校为调查对象。采用整群抽样对纳入研究的学校全体学生进行体质健康指标监测。监测年限为2010～2013年,共4年。2.监测指标：形态学指标,如：身高、体重、BMI、胸围等;功能学指标,如：肺活量、血压、心率等;体能指标,如：50m短跑、耐力、握力、立定跳远、长跑、坐位体前屈等,高血压患病率,近视率和龋齿率等。3.统计方法：运用SPPS 20软件分析江苏省2010-2013年学生体质监测资料。定量资料分析比较采用t检验、方差分析;定性资料分析运用卡方检验;影响因素分析采用logistic回归。研究结果：1.江苏省学生超重和肥胖情况√ 4年共监测7岁-22岁在校学生255,581人,其中包括127,866名男性和127,715名女性。√ 将调查对象分为7-11岁、12-14岁、15-17岁和18-22岁4组,4组男性的BMI指数分别为17.99±3.07,19.844±3.33,21.13±3.10,21.68±2.94(kg/m2),女性分别为16.98±±2.58,19.41±±2.83,20.58±±2.53,20.40±2.35(kg/m2)。√ 这四个年龄段男性的超重率分别为18.90%,12.83%,13.80%,16.36%,肥胖率分别为12.86%,10.47%,4.64%,3.68%,女性四个年龄段的超重率分别为9.98%,9.50%,9.57%,6.58%,肥胖率则为7.76%,3.23%,1.60%,0.86%。√ 2010-2013年间,男性每年的超重率分别为15.40% 14.40%,15.80%,18.

Microsatellite-Based Genetic Differentiation and Phylogeny of Sheep Breeds in Mongolia Sheep Group of China

In the present study we studied the genetic structure of five Chinese sheep populations of Hu sheep, Tong sheep, Small-tailed Han sheep, Tan sheep, and Wadi （WD） sheep using 15 microsatellite loci. The results showed that the FIT, FST, and FIS statistics computed for the complete dataset had the following values, 0.523±0.140, 0.363±0.131 and 0.263±0.092, respectively. All loci were significantly contributed to the genetic differentiation among population （P0.001）. There is no relationship between the scatter of pairwise FST geographical distance points as geographical distance increases between the five populations. Membership probabilities and genetic structure of sheep populations were estimated when K=2, the populations were classified into Hu, Tong, Han and WD, and Tan sheep group. However, when K=3, the populations were classified into Hu and Tong, Han and WD, and Tan sheep group. The findings supported the previous literatures that these populations are originated on different time stages from the primogenitor population and communicated genetically with each other by natural and artificial selection in different ecological environment.

The aim of the current study is to review the medicinal properties of the plants found in Brunei Darussalam namely Litsea elliptica, Dillenia suffruticosa, Dillenia excelsa, Aidia racemosa, Vitex pinnata and Senna alata. The known phytochemical constituents of these plants and their ability to bring about a range of biological activities are included in this review. These plants have been used traditionally for a multitude of diseases and illnesses. There is a lot of untapped potential in these medicinal plants which could cure multiple diseases.

OBJECTIVE To compare the outcomes of transapical transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TA-TAVR)and surgical aortic valve replacement(SAVR)using a large US population *** The *** Inpatient Sample was queried for all patients who underwent TA-TAVR or SAVR during the *** primary outcome was all-cause in-hospital *** outcomes were in-hospital stroke,pericardiocentesis,pacemaker insertion,mechanical ventilation,vascular complications,major bleeding,acute kidney injury,length of stay,and cost of *** were modeled using multi-variable logistic regression for binary outcomes and generalized linear models for continuous *** A total of 1560 TA-TAVR and 44,280 SAVR patients were *** who underwent TA-TAVR were older and *** to SAVR,TA-TAVR correlated with a higher mortality(4.5%vs.2.7%,effect size(SMD)=0.1)and higher periprocedural *** multivariable analysis,both TA-TAVR and SAVR had a similar adjusted risk for in-hospital ***-TAVR correlated with lower odds of bleeding with(adjusted OR(aOR)=0.26;95%CI:0.18-0.38;P<0.001),and a shorter length of stay(adjusted mean ratio(aMR)=0.77;95%CI:0.69-0.84;P<0.001),but higher cost(aMR=1.18;95%CI:1.10-1.28;P<0.001).No significant differences in other study *** subgroup analysis,TA-TAVR in patients with chronic lung disease had higher odds for mortality(aOR=3.11;95%CI:1.37-7.08;P=0.007).CONCLUSION The risk-adjusted analysis showed that TA-TAVR has no advantage over SAVR except for patients with chronic lung disease where TA-TAVR has higher mortality.
