Aqueous Zn-ion batteries （AZIBs） h.ve received considerable attention owing to th.ir various advantages such.as safety,low cost,simple battery assembly conditions,and h.gh.ionic ***,th.y still suffer from serious problems,including uncontrollable dendrite growth.corrosion,h.drogen evolution reaction （h.R） from water decomposition,electrode passivation,and unexpected *** creation of a uniform artificial nanocrystal layer on th. Zn anode surface is a promising strategy for resolving th.se ***,we propose th. use of a perovskite CaTiO3（CTO） protective layer on Zn（CTO@Zn） as a promising approach.for improving th. performance of *** CTO artificial layer provides an efficient path.ay for Zn ion diffusion towards th. Zn metal because of th. h.gh.dielectric constant （εr=180） and ferroelectric ch.racteristics th.t enable th. alignment of dipole moments and redistribute th. Zn2+ions in th. CTO *** avoiding th. direct contact of th. Zn anode with.th. electrolyte solution,th. uneven dendrite growth.corrosion,parasitic side reactions,and h.R are mitigated,wh.le CTO retains its mech.nical and ch.mical robustness during ***,CTO@Zn demonstrates an improved lifespan in a symmetric cell configuration compared with.bare ***@Zn sh.ws steady overpotential （～68 m V） for 1500 h.at 1 mA cm-2/0.5 mA h.cm-2,excelling bare ***,wh.n paired with.th. V2O5-C cath.de,th. CTO@Zn//V2O5-C full battery delivers 148.4 mA h.g-1（based on th. mass of th. cath.de） after 300 *** study provides new insigh.s into Zn metal anodes and th. development of h.gh.performance AZIBs.

In th.s paper we present a synch.onization meth.d for ch.otic Lur＇e systems by constructing a new piecewise Lyapunov function. Using a delayed feedback control sch.me, a delay-dependent stability criterion is derived for th. synch.onization of ch.otic systems th.t are represented by Lur＇e systems with.deadzone nonlinearity. Based on th. Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by using some properties of th. nonlinearity, a new delay-dependent stabilization condition for synch.onization is obtained via linear matrix inequality （LMI） formulation. Th. criterion is less conservative th.n existing ones, and it will be verified th.ough.a numerical example.

In th.s paper, new delay-dependent stability criteria for asymptotic stability of neural networks with.time-varying delays are derived. Th. stability conditions are represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） by constructing new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. Th. proposed functional h.s an augmented quadratic form with.states as well as th. nonlinear function to consider th. sector and th. slope constraints. Th. less conservativeness of th. proposed stability criteria can be guaranteed by using convex properties of th. nonlinear function wh.ch.satisfies th. sector and slope bound. Sluggish.oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)kinetics are a major obstacle to developing intermediate-temperature solid-oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs).In particular,engineering th. anion defect concentration at an interface between th. cath.de and electrolyte is important for facilitating ORR kinetics and h.nce improving th. electroch.mical *** developed th. yttria-stabilized zirconia(YSZ)nanofiber(NF)-based composite cath.de,wh.re th. oxygen vacancy concentration is controlled by varying th. dopant cation(Y2O3)ratio in th. YSZ *** composite cath.de with.th. optimized oxygen vacancy concentration exh.bits maximum power densities of 2.66 and 1.51 W cm^(−2)at 700 and 600℃,respectively,with.excellent th.rmal stability at 700℃ over 500 h.under 1.0 A cm^(−2).Electroch.mical impedance spectroscopy and distribution of relaxation time analysis revealed th.t th. h.gh.oxygen vacancy concentration in th. NF-based scaffold facilitates th. ch.rge transfer and incorporation reaction occurred at th. interfaces between th. cath.de and *** results demonstrate th. h.gh.feasibility and potential of interface engineering for ach.eving IT-SOFCs with.h.gh.r performance and stability.
