V0405 Dra is a W UMa-type binary *** on the TESS data,we have conducted an orbital period study and performed a light curve analysis for the *** orbital period study reveals that the O-C curve for V0405 Dra exhibits secular decrease at an extremely high rate of d P/dt=-2.71×10^(-6)day year^(-1),along with periodic variations characterized by an amplitude of A_(3)=0.0032 day and a period of P_(3)=1.413 *** orbital periodic change is possibly due to the light-travel time effect resulting from an additional third body in the system,for which we estimate a minimum mass of M_(3)=0.77M_(⊙).By employing the 2013 version of the Wilson-Devinney(W-D)method to synthesize a light curve,we derived photometric solutions indicating that V0405 Dra is a new deep(f=68.7%)and low-mass ratio(q=0.175)contact *** fast decrease in its orbital period is likely caused by mass transfer from the more massive primary star to the less massive secondary star,or due to angular momentum *** further mass transfer and loss of angular momentum,the binary will gradually evolve into a tighter contact configuration,eventually leading to a merger into a single star,following the evolutionary paths suggested for such deep and low mass ratio contact binaries.

目的探索改良型富血小板纤维蛋白(A-PRF)促进脂肪移植存活的最适混合比例。方法酶消化法分离脂肪干细胞并培养,传代至第三代,抽取健康患者静脉血一次性制备A-PRF,以1:6、1:8、1:10、1:12、1:14五种混合比例分别与脂肪干细胞混合。取6周龄SPF级雌性裸鼠60只,随机分为5组,每组12只,分别将A-PRF以体积比1:6、1:8、1:10、1:12、1:14五种混合比例分别与人脂肪颗粒混合后注射至5组裸鼠背部,分别记为1:6、1:8、1:10、1:12、1:14组。于移植后4、8、12周以断颈法处死裸鼠,比较脂肪标本体积及质量变化;HE染色观察脂肪标本的血管密度及分布;分析囊腔/空泡占比、炎症反应程度、间质化纤维程度;免疫组化测定CD31蛋白含量。结果第24小时,5组迁移变化均不明显,在第48小时及72小时1:12组的细胞迁移程度明显高于其他组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在第4、8及12周,1:12组的脂肪质量组织体积及质量的保留率最高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HE染色结果显示,1:12组的囊腔/空泡占比、间质化纤维程度均为最低并伴有大量新生毛细血管,5组在第4周时炎性反应程度均较严重,在第8及第12周的炎性反应程度均较轻且差异不明显。CD31染色结果显示,1:12组的CD31蛋白含量较其他组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良型富血小板纤维蛋白促进脂肪移植存活的最适混合比例是1:12。

本研究对崂山奶山羊泌乳初期、高峰期和末期乳腺组织RNA-Seq数据进行可变剪接分析,共鉴定到151503个可变剪接事件,对应17627个可变剪接基因,6323个差异剪接基因,显著富集到细胞器、蛋白质结合、mRNA加工和RNA剪接等相关GO条目,主要参与催产素信号通路、钙信号通路、内质网中的蛋白质加工等,与乳腺组织生理活性密切相关的KEGG通路,筛选出PTEN作为参与乳腺发育及泌乳相关生理过程中调控网络的核心基因。研究结果表明,可变剪接在奶山羊不同泌乳期的乳腺组织具有发育阶段特异性,特有可变剪接基因与乳腺组织生理活性特点密切相关,在调控奶山羊乳腺组织发育及泌乳生理中发挥重要作用。本研究可为探究可变剪接机制调控奶山羊乳腺发育与泌乳性状的分子机理提供理论依据。

Cloning and sequence analysis of the partial sequence of the rbcL from Bryopsis hypnoides

The partial sequence of the rbcL from Bryopsis hypnoides, including the sequences of the upstream, extron and partial intron, was amplified by PCR and their sequences were determined. With Spinacia oleracea as the outgroup, neighbor-joining method and maximum parsimony method were used respectively to build phylogenetic trees according to the rbcL exon sequence among 13 species that were the typical species of six phyla. Two kinds of trees showed clearly that there were two groups among those species, the green lineage and the non-green lineage. And the relationships of algae in the green lineage were similar in the two trees but those in the non-green lineage were not consistent. Analysis of codon preference indicated that the codon preference of the rbcL exon of Bryopsis hypnoides distinctly differed from that of the relevant sequence of photosynthetic bacteria.

A Chinese geosynchronous satellite was launched on June 23,*** carried a plasma detection package to monitor the space environment around the *** we report the inflight performance of a low energy ion spectrometer(LEIS),one of the primary instruments in the plasma detection package,and its initial observations in *** from the state-of-the-art design of a top-hat electrostatic analyzer cooperated with angular scanning deflectors,three-dimensional measurement of ions in space with a large field of view of 360°×90°and a wide energy range from 50 eV to 25 keV per charge has been *** differential energy flux spectra of ions around the orbit have shown clear signatures of surface charging and storm/substorm ion *** occurrence of surface charging could be caused by the lack of photoemission at the Earth's eclipse(near the midnight)or the storm energetic electron injection at the dawn *** present results demonstrated a good performance of the LEIS payload in flight for monitoring the space ion environment around the *** situ measurements of the LEIS payload provide us an opportunity to understand the magnetospheric ion dynamics and forecast the associate space weather impacts.

A cooperative fast annealing coevolutionary algorithm for protein motif extraction

By integrating the cooperative approach with the fast annealing coevolutionary algorithm (FAEA), a so-called cooperative fast annealing coevolutionary algorithm (CFACA) is presented in this paper for the purpose of solving high-dimensional problems. After the partition of the search space in CFACA, each smaller one is then searched by a separate FAEA. The fitness function is evaluated by combining sub-solutions found by each of the FAEAs. It demonstrates that the CFACA outperforms the FAEA in the domain of function optimization, especially in terms of convergence rate. The current algorithm is also applied to a real optimization problem of protein motif extraction. And a satisfactory result has been obtained with the accuracy of prediction achieving 67.0%, which is in agreement with the result in the PROSITE database.

目的:探讨粤北地区将经尿道输尿管镜下碎石术日间手术化的安全有效性。方法:回顾性分析2020年8月至2022年2月在本院收治的638例输尿管结石患者的临床资料,均采用经尿道输尿管镜下碎石术治疗。按患者意愿将患者分为研究组(行日间手术,338例)和对照组(住院手术治疗,300例)。分析两组患者的年龄、结石长径、体质量指数(BMI)、性别、手术时间、住院费用、术前等待时间、住院时间、手术成功率及术后并发症发生率等指标。结果:两组患者的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的住院费用、术前等待时间、住院时间显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。研究组有5例碎石不成功,碎石成功率为98.52%(333/338),8例出现并发症,并发症发生率为2.37%(8/338)。对照组有4例碎石不成功,碎石成功率为98.67%(296/300),6例出现并发症,并发症发生率为2.00%(6/300),两组患者的碎石成功率、术后并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.021、0.102,P=0.881、0.753)。结论:把握手术适应证的条件下,术前充分评估与准备,熟练规范的操作,日间手术模式下的经尿道输尿管镜下碎石术是安全可行的,并且可以降低住院费用,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。

Developing high-performance aqueous Zn-ion batteries from sustainable biomass becomes increasingly vital for large-scale energy storage in the foreseeable ***,γ-MnO_(2) uniformly loaded on N-doped carbon derived from grapefruit peel is successfully fabricated in this work,and particularly the composite cathode with carbon carrier quality percentage of 20 wt%delivers the specific capacity of 391.2 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1),outstanding cyclic stability of 92.17%after 3000 cycles at 5 A g^(−1),and remarkable energy density of 553.12 Wh kg^(−1) together with superior coulombic efficiency of~100%.Additionally,the cathodic biosafety is further explored specifically through in vitro cell toxicity experiments,which verifies its tremendous potential in the application of clinical ***,Zinc ion energy storage mechanism of the cathode is mainly discussed from the aspects of Jahn–Teller effect and Mn domains distribution combined with theoretical analysis and experimental ***,a novel perspective of the conversion from biomass waste to biocompatible Mn-based cathode is successfully developed.

Computed tomography-based radiomics diagnostic approach for differential diagnosis between early-and late-stage pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
