Osteoporosis is a widely observed condition characterized by the systemic deterioration of bone mass and microarchitecture,which increases patient susceptibility to fragile *** intricate mechanisms governing bone homeostasis are substantially impacted by extracellular vesicles(EVs),which play crucial roles in both pathological and physiological *** derived from various sources exert distinct effects on ***,EVs released by osteoblasts,endothelial cells,myocytes,and mesenchymal stem cells contribute to bone formation due to their unique cargo of proteins,miRNAs,and ***,EVs secreted by osteoclasts and immune cells promote bone resorption and inhibit bone ***,the use of EVs as therapeutic modalities or biomaterials for diagnosing and managing osteoporosis is ***,we review the current understanding of the impact of EVs on bone homeostasis,including the classification and biogenesis of EVs and the intricate regulatory mechanisms of EVs in ***,we present an overview of the latest research progress on diagnosing and treating osteoporosis by using ***,we discuss the challenges and prospects of translational research on the use of EVs in osteoporosis.

目的探讨呼吸训练对痉挛型四肢瘫(spastic quadriplegia,SP)患儿步行耐力及平衡能力的影响。方法选取2021年11月至2023年11月中国康复研究中心北京博爱医院SP患儿60例,随机分为对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30)。对照组接受常规康复训练(60 min/次),试验组接受常规康复训练(40 min/次)和呼吸训练(20 min/次);两组训练频率为1次/d,5 d/周,连续4周。分别采用10米步行测试(10-meter work test,10MWT)速度、6分钟步行测试(6-minute walk test,6MWT)距离、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)评分和肺活量(vital capacity,VC)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)、1秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in first second,FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(peak expiratory flow,PEF)评估患儿训练前后步行耐力、平衡能力和肺功能。结果60例患儿中,男31例、女29例,年龄6~12岁,平均(9.0±1.7)岁。两组性别、年龄、粗大运动功能分级系统(gross motor function classification system,GMFCS)的比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练4周后,两组患儿的6MWT距离、BBS评分、10MWT速度、FVC、FEV1、PEF均高于训练前,且试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸训练能有效改善SP患儿的步行耐力、平衡能力,提高肺功能,增强有氧运动的耐力,降低跌倒风险,提高日常生活质量。

Iron-sulfur clusters(ISC)are essential cofactors for proteins involved in various biological processes,such as electron transport,biosynthetic reactions,DNA repair,and gene expression *** assembly protein IscA1(or MagR)is found within the mitochondria of most ***(MagR)is a highly conserved A-type iron and iron-sulfur cluster-binding protein,characterized by two distinct types of iron-sulfur clusters,[2Fe-2S]and[3Fe-4S],each conferring unique magnetic *** forms a rod-like polymer structure in complex with photoreceptive cryptochrome(Cry)and serves as a putative magnetoreceptor for retrieving geomagnetic information in animal *** the N-terminal sequences of MagR vary among species,their specific function remains *** the present study,we found that the N-terminal sequences of pigeon MagR,previously thought to serve as a mitochondrial targeting signal(MTS),were not cleaved following mitochondrial entry but instead modulated the efficiency with which iron-sulfur clusters and irons are ***,the N-terminal region of MagR was required for the formation of a stable MagR/Cry ***,the N-terminal sequences in pigeon MagR fulfil more important functional roles than just mitochondrial *** results further extend our understanding of the function of MagR and provide new insights into the origin of magnetoreception from an evolutionary perspective.

Relying on seed method,a double template ZIF-8@ZIF-67 with a layered core-shell structure was made,which is used as a sacrificial template in the next *** going through loading process with solvent thermal method and calcination process,ZIF-8@ZIF-67 was etched and calcined into ternary ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO ***,benefiting from right amount of the addition of inorganic salts,the optimized ZnO/Co_(3)O_(4)/NiO-2(ZCN-2)shows the outstanding performance in its morphologic structure and electrochemical *** the case of a current density of 1 Ag^(-1),the high specific capacitance of 1119.11 Cg^(-1) can be calculated in *** addition,at 10 Ag^(-1),the capacitance value can maintain 93.75%after experiencing 5000 cycles of charging and *** maximum energy density of the assembled ZCN-2//activated carbon(AC)asymmetric supercapacitor can reach 95.82 Wh kg^(-1),which is really outstanding in the present research *** experiencing charge-discharge cycles with the number of 10,000 times in the case of a current density of 10 Ag^(-1),the cycling stability of this supercapacitor can reach 94.53%of the initial *** after a charge,the device connected by two supercapacitors can make a light emitting diode(LED)shine up to 30 min successfully.

Oxaliplatin(Oxa) is the first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC). However, long-term Oxa chemotherapy can induce inflammation and increase the levels of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2), which can promote tumor metastasis. Moreover,high glutathione(GSH) levels in CRC cells significantly reduce Oxa sensitivity and seriously restrict the clinical application of Oxa. Herein, an Oxa(Ⅳ) prodrug with anti-inflammatory properties(desmethyl naproxe, DN) and GSH-depleting cyclodextrin pseudo-polyrotaxane carriers were prepared and further self-assembled into micellar nanoparticles(designated DNPt@PPRI). The relesae of DN from DNPt@PPRI can reduce the level of PGE2 to inhibit inflammation and tumor metastasis by decreasing COX-2 protein,and also synergize with Oxa to inhibit tumor. More importantly, GSH depletion can reduce the detoxification of Oxa and further enhance chemotherapy-induced apoptosis. DNPt@PPRI have a good GSH depletion ability to enhance the sensitivity of Oxa, indicating a potential in the synergistic chemotherapy and chemo-sensitization of colorectal cancer.

Birds exhibit extraordinary mobility and remarkable navigational skills,obtaining guidance cues from the Earth’s magnetic field for orientation and long-distance *** species also show tremendous diversity in navigation strategies,with considerable differences even within the same taxa and among individuals from the same *** highly conserved iron and iron-sulfur cluster binding magnetoreceptor(MagR)protein is suggested to enable animals,including birds,to detect the geomagnetic field and navigate ***,MagR is also implicated in other functions,such as electron transfer and biogenesis of iron-sulfur clusters,raising the question of whether variability exists in its biochemical and biophysical features among species,particularly *** the current study,we conducted a comparative analysis of MagR from two different bird species,including the migratory European robin(Erithacus rubecula)and the homing pigeon(Columba livia).Sequence alignment revealed an extremely high degree of similarity between the MagRs of these species,with only three sequence ***,two of these variations underpinned significant differences in metal binding capacity,oligomeric state,and magnetic *** findings offer compelling evidence for the marked differences in MagR between the two avian species,potentially explaining how a highly conserved protein can mediate such diverse functions.

China’s Grain to Green Program(GTGP),which is one of the largest payments for ecosystem services(PES)in the world,has made significant ecological improvements to the ***,current understanding of its outcomes on the social-ecological system(SES)remains ***,taking the South China Karst as an example,a SES resilience evaluation index system was constructed followed by an exploratory spatial analysis,root mean square error,and Self-Organizing Feature Map to clarify the spatiotemporal changes and relationship of SES resilience,achieve the zoning of SES resilience and provide restoration *** results showed an upward trend in social resilience from 2000 to 2020,especially its subsystem of social *** ecological resilience was stable,owing to a slightly declined ecosystem services and increased landscape ***,nearly half of the counties exhibited a distribution mismatch in SES *** was an obvious inverted U-shaped relationship of SES resilience,indicating a clear threshold effect,and the constraint relation-ship of SES resilience eased over time,demonstrating the effectiveness of the ecological restoration *** played a positive role in reducing regional SES trade-off,but this positive effect was limited,reflecting the limitations of overemphasizing the conversion from farmland to forest and *** SES resilience can be divided into four clusters,which were the key optimization zone for social system,the SES resilience safety zone,the key restoration zone for SES resilience,and the key optimization zone for ecological *** adjustments for the GTGP in these zones should be taken to achieve maximum SES benefits in the future.

Powdery mildew,caused by Blumeria graminis ***(Bgt),is a devastating disease that seriously threatens wheat yield and *** control this disease,host resistance is the most effective *** with the resistance genes from common wheat,alien resistance genes can better withstand infection of this highly variable *** of elite alien germplasm resources with powdery mildew resistance and other key breeding traits is an attractive strategy in wheat *** this study,three wheat-rye germplasm lines YT4-1,YT4-2,and YT4-3 were developed through hybridization between octoploid triticale and common wheat,out of which the lines YT4-1 and YT4-2 conferred adult-plant resistance(APR)to powdery mildew while the line YT4-3 was susceptible to powdery mildew during all of its growth *** genomic in situ hybridization,multi-color fluorescence in situ hybridization,multi-color GISH,and molecular marker analysis,YT4-1,YT4-2,and YT4-3 were shown to be cytogenetically stable wheat-rye 6R addition and T1RS.1BL translocation line,6RL ditelosomic addition and T1RS.1BL translocation line,and T1RS.1BL translocation line,*** with previously reported wheat-rye derivative lines carrying chromosome 6R,YT4-1 and YT4-2 showed stable APR without undesirable pleiotropic effects on agronomic ***,these novel wheat-rye 6R derivative lines are expected to be promising bridge resources in wheat disease breeding.

“上岸”作为当代青年在“内卷式奋斗”与“佛系式躺平”之间寻求暂时平衡与稳定的权宜之计,是青年在文凭通胀、就业难和个体发展路径不确定性激增的背景下,走向成年个体、探索自我生平的“悬浮”之旅,也是在生命事件“夹缝”中形成自我身份认同与成年社会角色的“两难”之旅。青年在社会时间表与制度结构中,发挥自主性与反思性建构个人生命历程,探索生活方式,寻找人生的意义与价值。面对“岸”的想象和现实困境,社会应当给予青年试错与探索的机会,营造包容友好的社会氛围,帮助青年寻找“生活之趣”,拓宽“人生之岸”。
