The nitrogen alloyed ultralow carbon stainless steel is a good candidate material for primary loop pipes of AP1000 nuclear power plant. These pipes arc manufactured by hot forging, during which dynamic recrystallization acts as the most important microstructural evolution mechanism. A physically based model was proposed to describe and predict the microstructural evolution in the hot forging process of those pipes. In this model, the coupled effects of dislocation density change, dynamic recovery, dynamic recrystallization and grain orientation function were con sidered. Besides, physically based simulation experiments were conducted on a Gleeble 3500 thermo-mcchanical sire ulator, and the specimens after deformation were observed by optical metallography （OM） and clectron back scat toted diffraction （EBSD） method. The results confirm that dynamic recrystallization is easy to occur with increasing deformation temperature or strain rate. The grains become much finer after full dynamic recrystallization. The model shows a good agreement with experimental results obtained by OM and EBSD in terms of stress strain curves, grain size, and recrystallization kinetics. Besides, this model obtains an acceptable accuracy and a wide applying scope for engineering calculation.

A facile and improved route for the synthesis of the orally active spiroindoline-based growth hormone secretagogue, MK-677 was described. The key step adopted the Fischer indole/reduction strategy. The preparation of the key intermediates N-protected piperidine carboxaldehyde 5 and the N-Boc-O-benzyl-D-serine （2） are also optimized.

Selective growth of oxidation coating was observed on Mg alloy AZ91 D when this alloy was treated by microarc oxidation （MAO） technique, and then the role of intermetallic phase Mg17AI12 （β phase） during MAO was investigated. Corrosion resistance and anti-corrosion mechanism of the MAO coating were also studied. Optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy （SEM） were used to characterize β phase and coating microstructure. Corrosion properties of the coated alloy were studied by potentiodynamic polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） in 3.5% NaCI solution. Results showed that sparking discharge preferentially occurred on ^-Mg phase rather than on β phase at the early stage of MAO; however selective growth of the coating disappeared gradually with the increasing oxidation time and β phase would not further inhibit coating growth at the prolonged stage of MAO. MglTAI12 phase ultimately was unable to destroy the integrity and continuity of MAO coating. The MAO coating could restrain charge transfer process and then greatly enhance corrosion resistance of AZ91D alloy. Sealing treatment of MAO coating by stearic acid could further improve the corrosion resistance of AZ91 D alloy.

We report the realization of closed-loop operation of an optical lattice clock based on 171Yb atoms. We interrogate the 1So →3p0 clock transition using single Rabi pulses of 578nm laser light. The two It-transitions from mE = 4-1/2 ground states are alternatively interrogated, and the clock laser frequency is locked to the center of the two resonances. The in-loop error signal stability of the clock reaches 3 × 10-17 for an average time of 3500s. We also perform interleaved operations of the clock with two independent servo loops, and the fractional frequency difference averages down to 2 × 10-16 in 7200s.

Zinc ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHS)have received much attention due to the enhanced potential window range and high specific ***,the appropriate positive materials with high electrochemical performance are still a ***,NH_(4)^(+)and glycerate anions pre-inserted Mo glycerate(N-MoG)spheres are synthesized and serve as the template to form NH_(4)^(+)intercalated Ni_(3)S_(2)/Ni_(3)O_(2)(OH)_(4)@MoS_(2)core–shell nanoflower(N-NiMo-OS)in-situ grown on nickel foam(NF)(N-NiMo-OS/NF)by sulfurization *** with the product using traditional MoG as a template,N-NiMo-OS/NF inheriting a larger core structure from N-MoG delivers enhanced space for ions transport and volume expansion during the energy storage process,together with the synergistic effects of multi-components and the heterostructure,the as-prepared N-NiMo-OS/NF nanoflower exhibits excellent performance for the battery-type hybrid supercapacitors(BHS)and ZHS ***,the ZHS device delivers superior electrochemical performance to the BHS device,such as a higher specific capacity of 327.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 1 A·g^(−1),a preeminent energy density of 610.6 Wh·kg^(−1)at 1710 W·kg^(−1),long cycle *** in-situ Raman,ex-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),theoretical calculation demonstrate the extra Zn^(2+)insertion/extraction storage mechanism provides enhanced electrochemical performance for ZHS ***,the dual-ion pre-inserted strategy can be extended for other advanced electrode materials in energy storage fields.
