Varying-coefficient models with longitudinal observations are very useful in epidemiology and some other practical *** this paper,a reducing component procedure is proposed for es- timating the unknown functions and their derivatives in very general models,in which the unknown coefficient functions admit different or the same degrees of smoothness and the covariates can be time- *** asymptotic properties of the estimators,such as consistency,rate of convergence and asymptotic distribution,are *** asymptotic results show that the asymptotic variance of the reducing component estimators is smaller than that of the existing estimators when the coefficient functions admit different degrees of *** sample properties of our procedures are studied through Monte Carlo simulations.

Cellular senescence is closely associated with age-related *** aging,a special type of organ senescence,is the pathophysiological foundation of the diseases of the reproductive *** is characterized by the loss of integrity of the surface epithelium and a gradual decrease in the number of human ovarian surface epithelial cells(HOSEpiCs).To contribute to the research on delaying ovarian aging,we aimed to investigate the novel epigenetic mechanism of melatonin in protecting *** discovered that melatonin has antagonistic effects against the oncogene-induced senescence(OIS)of ***,the oncogene Ras decreased the expression of YTHDF2,which is the reader of RNA-m6A,by stimulating the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Moreover,we found that the suppression of YTHDF2 increased the expression of MAP2K4 and MAP4K4 by enhancing the stability of the transcription of their mRNAs,thereby upregulating the expression of the senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP)through the activation of the MAP2K4 and MAP4K4-dependent nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling *** further determined that melatonin has antagonistic effects against the OIS of HOSEpiCs by inhibiting the ROS-YTHDF2-MAPK-NF-κB *** findings provide key insights into the potential avenues for preventing and treating ovarian aging.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism underpinning the effect of Chaihu Shugan San(柴胡疏肝散,CHSGS)on major depressive disorder(MDD).METHODS:We searched the compound components of from seven herbal ingredients of CHSGS from TCMSP,SymMap,ETCM,NPASS databases,and the chemical structure of the compound from PubChem,and collected the compound targets from TCMSP and TargetNet databases,and MDD-related targets from DiseaseGene *** established protein-protein interaction in the STRING *** gene mapping,topology analysis and enrichment analysis,the core targets and pathways of CHSGS for MDD,and the involved biological processes(BP),cell components(CC),and molecular functions(MF)were ***:We collected a total of 1135 CHSGS *** screening by ADME standards and the five rules of Ribinski,we obtained 99 different chemical components with different chemical structures,and related targets of 183 different CHSGS *** the DiseaseGene Network,a total of 740 relevant targets for MDD were *** gene mapping and topological analysis,62 related targets of CHSGS for MDD,24 targets with topological Chinese herbal medicine were *** enrichment analysis,10 relevant pathways and 3 core pathways were obtained with the involvement of 127 BP,27 CC,and 43 ***:There are multiple targets and signaling pathways are involved in the action of CHSGS in the treatment of MDD.

This paper presents a summary of various localized collocation schemes and their engineering *** basic concepts of localized collocation methods(LCMs)are first introduced,such as approximation theory,semianalytical collocation methods and localization *** on these basic concepts,five different formulations of localized collocation methods are introduced,including the localized radial basis function collocation method(LRBFCM)and the generalized finite difference method(GFDM),the localized method of fundamental solutions(LMFS),the localized radial Trefftz collocation method(LRTCM),and the localized collocation Trefftz method(LCTM).Then,several additional schemes,such as the generalized reciprocity method,Laplace and Fourier transformations,and Krylov deferred correction,are introduced to enable the application of the LCM to large-scale engineering and scientific computing for solving inhomogeneous,nonisotropic and time-dependent partial differential *** typical benchmark examples are presented to show the recent developments and applications on the LCM solution of some selected boundary value problems,such as numerical wave flume,potential-based inverse electrocardiography,wave propagation analysis and 2D phononic crystals,elasticity and in-plane crack problems,heat conduction problems in heterogeneous material and nonlinear time-dependent Burgers’***,some conclusions and outlooks of the LCMs are summarized.

SARS-CoV-2 mutations contribute to increased viral transmissibility and immune escape,compromising the effectiveness of existing vaccines and neutralizing *** in-depth investigation on COVID-19 pathogenesis is urgently needed to develop a strategy against SARS-CoV-2 ***,we identified CD147 as a universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and its ***,Meplazeumab,a humanized anti-CD147 antibody,could block cellular entry of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants-alpha,beta,gamma,and delta,with inhibition rates of 68.7,75.7,52.1,52.1,and 62.3%at 60μg/ml,***,humanized CD147 transgenic mice were susceptible to SARS-CoV-2 and its two variants,alpha and *** infected,these mice developed exudative alveolar pneumonia,featured by immune responses involving alveoli-infiltrated macrophages,neutrophils,and lymphocytes and activation of IL-17 signaling ***,we proposed that severe COVID-19-related cytokine storm is induced by a"spike protein-CD147-CyPA signaling axis":Infection of SARS-CoV-2 through CD147 initiated the JAK-STAT pathway,which further induced expression of cyclophilin A(CyPA);CyPA reciprocally bound to CD147 and triggered MAPK ***,the MAPK pathway regulated the expression of cytokines and chemokines,which promoted the development of cytokine ***,Meplazumab could effectively inhibit viral entry and inflammation caused by SARS-CoV-2 and its ***,our findings provided a new perspective for severe COVID-19-related ***,the validated universal receptor for SARS-CoV-2 and its variants can be targeted for COVID-19 treatment.

随着近年来地质研究程度的提高,青藏高原晚古生代-中生代的板块构造演化过程已经日趋清晰,但是对于青藏高原前寒武纪-早古生代演化历史的认知程度仍然很低。本文报道了青藏高原拉萨地块安多地区花岗岩的LA-ICP-MS锆石UPb定年、岩石地球化学和锆石Hf同位素分析结果。这些花岗岩形成于早奥陶世(481~487Ma),为Ⅰ型花岗岩具有不均一的锆石ε_(Hf)(t)值(-5.8~+0.6),可能形成于壳源和幔源岩浆的混合作用,随后经历了广泛的结晶分异过程。拉萨地块的埃迪卡拉纪-奥陶纪Ⅰ型花岗岩具有Sr/Y比值降低和锆石ε_(Hf)(t)值升高的演化趋势,指示伸展环境下的幔源岩浆上涌过程。综合前人研究成果可知,安多地区奥陶纪花岗岩可能形成于后碰撞环境与早古生代冈瓦纳大陆北缘的洋壳俯冲和陆块拼贴相关。

本文报道了青藏高原北拉萨地块纳木错西缘变质辉长岩和花岗片麻岩的锆石U-Pb定年、岩石地球化学和锆石Hf同位素分析结果。锆石LA-ICP-MS定年结果表明,变质辉长岩和花岗片麻岩的原岩形成时代分别为720±6Ma和732±7Ma,相当于新元古代中期。变质辉长岩为钙碱性系列,具有Nb、Ta和Ti负异常,与岛弧玄武岩类似。变质辉长岩中锆石具有较高的εHf(t)值(+5. 2^+9. 7),应当是源自俯冲环境下相对亏损的地幔楔。花岗片麻岩原岩为I型花岗质岩石,并且具有较为均一的锆石εHf(t)值(-3. 3^+0. 3),可能形成于地壳内古元古代变质火成岩的部分熔融作用。结合区域地质资料,变质辉长岩和花岗片麻岩的原岩应当形成于新元古代中期的洋壳俯冲消减过程。北拉萨地块上的前寒武纪岩浆和变质记录与东非造山带的活动时限较为一致,因而北拉萨地块可能与东非造山带具有亲缘性。

心悸是临床中常见病证之一,严重影响患者的身心健康和工作生活,中医治疗具有一定作用。王庆国教授行医五十余载,临床经验丰富,认为对于心悸的诊治,只有把“病证症”有机结合起来辨识,才能抓住疾病的主要矛盾,预判疾病演变的趋势,有针对性地用药,最大化地减轻患者痛苦。本文介绍了王庆国教授对心悸的病因病机认识,从中西结合辨疾病,虚实为纲辨证治,随症加减复心律三个方面归纳了其学术思想及常用方药,并附典型病案1例以供参考。
