BACKGROUND Light chain(AL)amyloidosis is a plasma cell dyscrasia characterized by the pathologic production and extracellular tissue deposition of fibrillar proteins derived from immunoglobulin AL fragments secreted by a clone of plasma cells,which leads to progressive dysfunction of the affected *** two most commonly affected organs are the heart and kidneys,and liver is rarely the dominant affected organ with only 3.9%of cases,making them prone to misdia-gnosis and missed *** SUMMARY A 65-year-old woman was admitted with a 3-mo history of progressive jaundice and marked ***,based on enhanced computed tomography scan and angiography,Budd-Chiari syndrome was considered and balloon dilatation of significant hepatic vein stenoses was ***,addi-tional diagnostic procedures,including liver biopsy and bone marrow-exami-nation,revealed immunoglobulin kapa AL amyloidosis with extensive liver involvement and hepatic vascular *** disease course was progre-ssive and fatal,and the patient eventually died 5 mo after initial presentation of *** AL amyloidosis with isolated liver involvement is very rare,and can be easily misdiagnosed as a vascular disease.

Abnormal grain growth(AGG)easily takes place in Mg alloys during high-temperature solutions,result-ing in deterioration of mechanical ***,the compression prior to solution(pre-compression)was conducted to suppress AGG,and the microstructure evolution as well as suppressing mechanisms was investigated based on quasi-in-situ *** compression along the transverse direction,//ED grains preferentially nucleated and rapidly grew up,and the initial//ED texture was *** grain growth modes of heat-induced and strain-induced grain boundary migrations were *** former was attributed to the high interfacial energy of grain boundaries with large *** latter consumed the adjacent grains with high storage energy,forming abnormal grains with irregular *** compression with a reduction>6%could obviously suppress *** suppressing effects were mainly attributed to weakening the size advantage of//ED grains,increasing nucleation,reducing grain boundary character distribution,and redistributing storage energy *** 12%compression along the transverse direction,30°misorientation of//ED grains and high energy grain boundaries were ***{10-12}tensile twins and{10-15}high index twins induced by com-pression increased the nucleation of static ***,compression introduces high-density dislocations,which also contributed to suppressing AGG behavior during solution.

Vertical Federated Learning(VFL)has many applications in the field of smart healthcare with excellent ***,current VFL systems usually primarily focus on the privacy protection during model training,while the preparation of training data receives little *** real-world applications,like smart healthcare,the process of the training data preparation may involve some participant's intention which could be privacy information for this *** protect the privacy of the model training intention,we describe the idea of Intention-Hiding Vertical Feder-ated Learning(IHVFL)and illustrate a framework to achieve this privacy-preserving ***,we construct two secure screening protocols to enhance the privacy protection in feature ***,we implement the work of sample alignment bases on a novel private set intersection ***,we use the logistic regression algorithm to demonstrate the process of *** show that our model can perform better efficiency(less than 5min)and accuracy(97%)on Breast Cancer medical dataset while maintaining the intention-hiding goal.

The elliptic azimuthal anisotropy coefficient(v_(2))of the identified particles at midrapidity(|η|del(AMPT).The calculations of differential v_(2)based on the advanced flow extraction method of light flavor hadrons(pions,kaons,protons,andΛ)in small collision systems were extended to a wider transverse momentum(p_(T))range of up to 8 GeV/c for the first *** string-melting version of the AMPT model provides a good description of the measured p_(T)-differential v_(2)of the mesons but exhibits a slight deviation from the baryon v_(2).In addition,we observed the features of mass ordering at low p_(T)and the approximate number-of-constituentquark(NCQ)scaling at intermediate p_(T).Moreover,we demonstrate that hadronic rescattering does not have a significant impact on v_(2)in p-Pb collisions for different centrality selections,whereas partonic scattering dominates in generating the elliptic anisotropy of the final *** study provides further insight into the origin of collective-like behavior in small collision systems and has referential value for future measurements of azimuthal anisotropy.

Discrete element method(deM)is an effective approach for studying the screening process of flip-flow ***,there have been few studies focusing on the thick layer of sticky-wet particles on flip-flow *** achieve accurate simulations of the thick layer of sticky-wet particles on a flip-flow screen,firstly,the movement law of particle flow was studied,and a multi-regime combination cali-bration method based on characteristics of particle flow regimes was *** on the Plackett-Burman experiment,the curse of dimensionality caused by multi-state and multi-contact parameters was ***,the lifting cylinder,rotating drum,and trampoline tests were carried out to obtain macroscopic reference values under various granular flow *** calibration results were then determined using the response surface method and climbing ***,the calibration results were tested at both macroscopic and mesoscopic scales and compared with a commonly used calibration *** results demonstrate that the calibration method,which considers the multi-state characteristics,improves simulation accuracy by 2%-10%and reduces the simulation error to less than 10%,thus meeting the requirements for engineering optimization of flip-flow screens.

Motivated by the Bagging Partial Least Squares(Bagging PLS)and Principal Component Analysis(PCA)algorithms,a novel approach known as Principal Model Analysis(PMA)method is introduced in this *** the proposed PMA algorithm,the PCA and the Bagging PLS are *** this method,multiple PLS models are trained on sub-training sets,derived from the training set using the random sampling with replacement *** regression coefficients of all the sub-PLS models are fused in a joint regression coefficient *** final projection direction is then estimated by performing the PCA on the joint regression coefficient ***,the proposed PMA method is compared with other traditional dimension reduction methods,such as PLS,Bagging PLS,Linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and *** results on six public datasets demonstrate that our proposed method consistently outperforms other approaches in terms of classification performance and exhibits greater ***,it is employed in the application of financial statement fraud *** and other five algorithms are utilized to financial statement fraud which concerned by the academic community,and the results indicate that the classification of PMA surpassed that of the other methods.

The Kherlen River is the main water source for Hulun Lake,the largest lake in northern *** to reduced inflow from the Kherlen River,Hulun Lake experienced rapid shrinkage at the beginning of the 21st century,posing a serious threat to the ecological security of northern ***,there is still a significant lack of projections regarding future climate change and its hydrological response in the Kherlen River *** study analyzed the projected climate and streamflow changes in the Kherlen River basin,a vital yet vulnerable international semi-arid steppes type basin.A combination of multi-model ensemble projection techniques,and the soil and water assessment tool(SWAT)model was employed to examine the spatio-temporal changes in precipitation,temperature,streamflow,and the associated uncertainties in the *** temperature(an increase of 1.84-6.42℃)and the precipitation(an increase of 15.0-46.0 mm)of Kherlen River basin are projected to increase by 2100,leading to a rise in streamflow(1.08-4.78 m^(3) s^(-1)).The upstream of the Kherlen River exhibits remarkable increasing trends in precipitation,which has a dominant influence on streamflow of Kherlen *** increases in streamflow are observed in April,August,September,and October compared to the reference period(1971-2000).These findings suggest a partial alleviation of water scarcity in the Kherlen River,but also an increased likelihood of hydrological extreme *** projected temperature increase in the Kherlen River basin exhibits the smallest uncertainty,while more pronounced uncertainties are found in precipitation and *** spread among the results of CMIP6 models is greater than that of CMIP5 models,with lower signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)values for temperature,precipitation,and streamflow.
