Resistive switching characteristics of hafnium oxide are studied for possible nonvolatile memory device *** HfOx films with different oxygen contents are deposited by rf magnetron sputtering under different O_(2) flow *** films are amorphous,and the stoichiometric of the film is improved by increasing the O_(2) flow ***-voltage characteristics of the TiN/HfOx/ITO device are investigated with 1 mA *** bipolar resistive switching behavior is observed for the TiN/HfOx/ITO structure,and the resistive switching mechanism of the TiN/HfOx/ITO structure is explained by trap-controlled space charge limit current conduction.

Hafnium oxide films are deposited on Si(100)substrates by means of rf magnetron *** interfacial structure is studied using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and the electrical properties of the Au/HfO_(2)/Si stack are analyzed by frequency−dependent capacitance-voltage(C–V–f)*** amorphous interfacial layer between HfO_(2) and the Si substrate is observed by the HRTEM *** the results of XPS,the interfacial layer comprises hafnium silicate and silicon *** C–V–f measurements,the C–V plots show a peak at a low frequency and the change in frequency has effects on the intensity of the *** expected,rapid thermal annealing can passivate the interface states of the HfO_(2)/Si stack.

The structural,electronic and mechanical properties of cubic SrHfO_(3) under hydrostatic pressure up to 70 GPa are investigated using the first-principles density functional theory(DFT).The calculated lattice parameter,elastic constants and mechanical properties of cubic SrHfO_(3) at zero pressure are in good agreement with the available experimental data and other calculational *** pressure increases,cubic SrHfO_(3) will change from an indirect band gap(Γ-R)compound to a direct band gap(Γ-Γ)*** densities reveal the coexistence of covalent bonding and ionic bonding in cubic SrHfO_(3).With the increase of pressure,both the covalent bonding(HfO)and ionic bonding(SrO)are *** SrHfO_(3) is mechanically stable when pressure is lower than 55.1 GPa,whereas that is instable when pressure is higher than 55.1 *** the increasing pressure,enthalpy,bulk modulus,shear modulus and Young's modulus increase,whereas the lattice parameter ***,cubic SrHfO_(3) under pressure has higher hardness and better ductility than that at zero pressure.

Hafnium dioxide （HfO2） thin films are prepared by rf magnetron sputtering. The influences of rf power on the structure, chemical states and electrical properties of the thin films were investigated through x-ray diffraction, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, capacitance-voltage and leakage current density-voltage measurement and UV-VIS spectrophotometry. The results show that the HfO2 thin films have a mixed structure of amorphous and polycrystalline phases. With increasing rf power, the crystallinity is enhanced and the crystallite size of the thin films is increased. The oxidation of Hf atoms is improved with increasing rf power for the HfO2 thin films. The flat band shift, oxide charge density and leakage current density of the thin films all decrease as the rf power increases from 50 to 110 W, and then increase as the rf power is increased to 140 W. The band gap energy is smaller for the thin film deposited at 110 W.

Changing Practices on Fatherhood in Postmodern Sweden

Sweden has transformed into a considerable gender equality and family-friendly society over the past half-century. Meanwhile, Swedish involved fathers have been not only regarded as the role model in many countries, but also been the focus of extensive research. However, the trajectory trends of shifting practices on fatherhood in postmodem Sweden and the reasons underlying the whole gender equality reforms are still not clearly illustrated and explored. Therefore, this paper tries to answer these questions by reviewing related literature from 1960 to 2017. It is found that although dual-earner and dual-carer models were proposed together as early as the mid-1960s, it was the former that proved easier to achieve. Since 1990s substantial shifts in the practices on fatherhood have occurred in Sweden. Nowadays, it becomes quite nature and common for Swedish fathers to take parental leave and share housework and childcare with their partners. The findings also highlight that in the transition towards a father-friendly state, the following causes and factors have interplayed with each other in Sweden：（a） Comprehensive and thorough grassroots feminist cultures and strategists have laid the foundations of gender equality in education, politics, economics and religion; （b） New images of fatherhood in the literature and medium programs have further shaped the values of respecting nurturing and soft fathers; （c） Father-friendly social policies have significantly constructed the dual-earner and dual-carer models; and （d） Organizational culture on balancing work and life has strongly supported the practices on involved and active fathering. Last, this paper concludes with a discussion on the importance of oral history and comparative studies on shifting fatherhood.

PM_(2.5)constitutes a complex and diversemixture that significantly impacts the environment,human health,and climate ***,existing observation and numerical simulation techniques have limitations,such as a lack of data,high acquisition costs,andmultiple *** limitations hinder the acquisition of comprehensive information on PM_(2.5)chemical composition and effectively implement refined air pollution protection and control *** this study,we developed an optimal deep learning model to acquire hourly mass concentrations of key PM_(2.5)chemical components without complex chemical *** model was trained using a randomly partitioned multivariate dataset arranged in chronological order,including atmospheric state indicators,which previous studies did not *** results showed that the correlation coefficients of key chemical components were no less than 0.96,and the root mean square errors ranged from 0.20 to 2.11μg/m^(3)for the entire process(training and testing combined).The model accurately captured the temporal characteristics of key chemical components,outperforming typical machine-learning models,previous studies,and global reanalysis datasets(such asModern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications,Version 2(MERRA-2)and Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service ReAnalysis(CAMSRA)).We also quantified the feature importance using the random forest model,which showed that PM_(2.5),PM_(1),visibility,and temperature were the most influential variables for key chemical *** conclusion,this study presents a practical approach to accurately obtain chemical composition information that can contribute to filling missing data,improved air pollution monitoring and source *** approach has the potential to enhance air pollution control strategies and promote public health and environmental sustainability.

本文基于山东省153个水貂养殖户的调查数据,采用多项Logit模型对养殖户渐次退出意愿的决定因素进行实证研究,结果表明:高市场风险是导致水貂养殖户退出的最重要原因;专用资产投资阻止了养殖户的退出,技术投资却增加了退出概率;市场分工引起的专业化可降低退出,密切的合作关系则可能加速养殖户的职业转换;户主人力资本状况负向影响养殖户的退出决策,劳动力缺乏是当前制约养殖户持续经营的重要因素。当地政府应做好产业规划,合理引导退出,提供政策支持促进规模化农场建设进程。

海产品中的砷通过食物链富集的方式进入人体。海产品中检测出的砷形态有三价的亚砷酸盐(As(III))、五价的砷酸盐(As(V))、砷胆碱(As C)、砷甜菜碱(As B)、砷糖、砷脂等。各种形态的砷通过不同代谢途径产生不同的代谢产物,从而表现出不同的毒性。砷的形态主要是通过高效液相色谱与电感耦合等离子体质谱仪的联用(HPLC-ICP-MS)来测定的。有机砷中砷胆碱(As C)的代谢产物为砷甜菜碱(As B)和砷脂;砷甜菜碱(As B)经尿液直接排出;不同的砷脂代谢产物不一样;砷糖的代谢产物至少12种,最主要的是五价的二甲基砷酸盐(DMA(V))。无机砷(包括砷酸盐和亚砷酸盐)最后代谢产物为五价的二甲基砷酸盐(DMA(V))和三价的二甲基亚砷酸盐(DMA(III))。海产品经过不同烹调处理后,其总砷浓度或多或少都有增加,砷形态也有变化,部分加工会导致毒性增加。对于消费者来说,注意饮食习惯包括海产品摄入量,摄入间隔,日常营养元素摄入与烹调方式的选择等是预防过量摄入有毒砷形态的有效手段。

随着移动通信的发展,数字图书馆的各种知识服务更多地在移动终端上实施,但现有的移动数字图书馆对于用户环境、场景等"情境"的感知能力不足,缺乏为用户提供适应当前情境的个性化知识推荐服务。因此提出基于信息熵度量读者的情境敏感性。基于情境敏感度对读者进行相似性比较,并利用这种比较扩展了协同过滤算法。试验结果表明,该方法为移动数字图书馆具备情境敏感的能力,提高知识推荐的准确性提供了一种新的途径,有利于给读者提供既满足情境又符合其个性化需求的知识资源。
