Let ■:=（a1,..,a_n）∈[1,∞)~n,p∈（0,1）,and α:=1/*** any x∈R~n and t∈[0,∞),let ■where ■ denotes the anisotropic quasi-homogeneous norm with respect to ■,and ■be,respectively,the anisotropic Hardy space,the anisotropic Campanato space,and the anisotropic Musielak-Orlicz Hardy space associated with Φpon R~*** this article,via first establishing the wavelet characterization of anisotropic Campanato spaces,we prove that for any ■and ■,the product of f and g can be decomposed into S（f,g）+t（f,g） in the sense of tempered distributions,where S is a bilinear operator bounded from ■ and t is a bilinear operator bounded from ■.Moreover,this bilinear decomposition is sharp in the dual sense that any ■ that fits into the above bilinear decomposition should satisfy■.As applications,for any non-constant ■ and any sublinear operator t satisfying some mild bounded assumptions,we find the largest subspace of ■,denoted by ■,such that the commutator [b,t] is bounded from ■.In addition,when t is an anisotropic CalderónZygmund operator,the boundedness of [b,t] from ■ is also *** key of their proofs is the wavelet characterization of function spaces under consideration.

Mammalian t-cell responses require synergism between the first signal and co-stimulatory ***,whether and how dual signaling regulates the t-cell response in early vertebrates remains *** the present study,we discovered that the Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus)encodes key components of the LAt signalosome,namely,LAt,ItK,GRB2,VAV1,SLP-76,GADS,and PLC-γ*** components are evolutionarily conserved,and CD3εmAb-induced t-cell activation markedly increased their ***,at least ItK,GRB2,and VAV1 were found to interact with LAt for signalosome *** of the first signal,the NF-κB,MAPK/ERK,and PI3K-AKt pathways were activated upon CD3εmAb ***,treatment of lymphocytes with CD28 mAbs triggered the AKt-mtORC1 pathway downstream of the co-stimulatory *** CD3εand CD28 mAb stimulation enhanced ERK1/2 and S6 phosphorylation and elevated NFAt1,c-Fos,IL-2,CD122,and CD44 expression,thereby signifying t-cell ***,rather than relying on the first or co-stimulatory signal alone,both signals were required for t-cell *** t-cell activation was accompanied by marked apoptosis and cytotoxic *** findings suggest that tilapia relies on dual signaling to maintain an optimal t-cell response,providing a novel perspective for understanding the evolution of the adaptive immune system.

Heterogeneous nucleation plays a critical role in the phase transition of water,which can cause damage in various ***,we report that heterogeneous nucleation can be inhibited by utilizing hydrogel coatings to isolate solid surfaces and ***,which contain over 90%water when fully swelled,exhibit a high degree of similarity to *** to this similarity,there is a great energy barrier for heterogeneous nucleation along the water-hydrogel ***,hydrogel coatings,which possess polymer networks,exhibit higher fracture energy and more robust adhesion to solid surfaces compared to *** high fracture and adhesion energy acts as a deterrent for fracture nucleation within the hydrogel or along the hydrogel-solid *** a hydrogel layer approximately 100μm thick,the boiling temperature of water under atmospheric pressure can be raised from 100 to 108℃.Notably,hydrogel coatings also result in remarkable reductions in cavitation pressure on multiple solid *** have demonstrated the efficacy of hydrogel coatings in preventing damages resulting from acceleration-induced *** coatings have the potential to alter the energy landscape of heterogeneous nucleation on the water-solid interface,making them an exciting avenue for innovation in heat transfer and fluidic systems.

Although metallic rhodium(Rh)is regarded as a promising platinum-alternative anode catalyst of direct methanol fuel cell(DMFC),the conventional"particle-to-face"contact model between Rh and matrix largely limits the overall electrocatalytic performance due to their insufficient cooperative ***,we report a controllable and robust heterointerface engineering strategy for the bottom-up fabrication of rhombic Rh nanosheets in situ confined on ti_3C_(2)t_x MXene nanolamellas(Rh NS/MXene)via a convenient stereoassembly *** unique design concept gives the resulting 2D/2D Rh NS/MXene heterostructure intriguing textural features,including large accessible surface areas,strong"face-toface"interfacial interactions,homogeneous Rh nanosheet distribution,ameliorative electronic structure,and high electronic *** a consequence,the as-prepared Rh NS/MXene nanoarchitectures exhibit exceptional electrocatalytic methanol oxidation properties in terms of a large electrochemically active surface area of 126.2 m~2 g_(Rh)~(-1),a high mass activity of 1056.9 mA mg_(Rh)-~1,and a long service life,which significantly outperform those of conventional particle-shaped Rh catalysts supported by carbon black,carbon nanotubes,reduced graphene oxide,and MXene matrixes as well as the commercial Pt nanoparticle/carbon black and Pd nanoparticle/carbon black catalysts with the same noble metal loading *** functional theory calculations further demonstrate that the direct electronic interaction at the well-contacted 2D/2D heterointerfaces effectively enhances the adsorption energy of Rh nanosheets and induces a left shift of the d-band center,thereby making the Rh NS/MXene configuration suffer less from CO *** work highlights the importance of rational heterointerface design in the construction of advanced noble metal/MXene electrocatalysts,which may provide new avenues for developing the next-generation DMFC devices.

Immunotherapy has great promise in improving malignant tumor ***,the efficacy of existing strategies is often limited by the immunosuppressive ***,we demonstrate an in situ bionic immunoactivator,PLt-Bec1/DtA-1,with possessed natural advantages of platelets for tumor recruitment and activation,on which DtA-1(CD357 monoclonal antibody)and Bec1 were tethered as combined immune ***-Bec1/DtA-1,as a self-triggered release repository,can deliver the pre-tethered Bec1 and DtA-1 deeply through the secretion of platelet microparticles(PMPs),thereby cooperate tacitly and exhibit superiority in immune activation of dendritic cells(DCs)and t cells via autophagy inducibility,coupled with glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor(GItR)-triggered t_(Reg) suppression,remodeled the immunosuppressive network of tumor ***-Bec1/DtA-1 promoted antigen presentation and t cell proliferation,and alleviated the low activity state of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs)in tumor suppressive ***-Bec1/DtA-1 inhibited tumor recurrence(5-and 13-fold lower of control group in tumor volume)and CD8^(+)t/t_(Reg) ratio(6.3-and 8.8-fold *** group)in mouse tumor model after intravenous or subcutaneous ***,PLt-Bec1/DtA-1 prevented tumor colonization in lung through in situ immune activation,and was slightly superior to the combined of Bec1 and *** findings highlight the promise of delivering immunostimulatory payloads via bionic carriers,eliciting automatic in situ activation of effector immune cells in tumor microenvironment for tumor *** these results provide promising prospects into the application of immunoactivator in improving cancer synergistic immunotherapy to overcome the bottlenecks in clinic.

Single-atom catalysts(SACs)provide an oppor-tunity to elucidate the catalytic mechanism of complex reactions in heterogeneous *** low-temperature water-gas shift(WGS)reaction is an important industrial technology to obtain high purity ***,we study the catalytic activity of Pt1@ti_(3)C_(2)t_(2)(t=O,S)SACs,where one subsurface ti atom with three t vacancies in the functionalized ti_(3)C_(2)t_(2)(t=O,S)MXene is substituted by one Pt atom,for the low-temperature show that Pt1@ti_(3)C_(2)t_(2)provides an excellent platform for the WGS reaction by its bowl-shaped vacancy derived from the Pt1 single atom and three t defects surrounding ***,Pt1@ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2)SAC has higher catalytic performance for the WGS reaction,due to the weaker electronegativity of the S atom than the O atom,which significantly reduces the energy barrier of H*migration in the WGS reaction,which is often the rate-determining *** the most favorable redox mechanism of the WGS reaction on Pt1@ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2),the rate-determining step is the dissociation of OH*into O*and H*with the energy barrier as low as 1.12 *** results demonstrate that Pt1@ti_(3)C_(2)S_(2)is promising in the application of MXenes for low-temperature WGS reactions.

this study addresses the resilient sliding mode control(SMC) problem for two-dimensional cyber-physical systems(2D CPSs) characterized by the Roesser model under denial-of-service attack(DoSA), which can interfere with signal transmission over the communication network. First, the DoS-A model is established by introducing constraints on the Do S frequency and duration. then, based on active or silent attack situations, the considered system is described as a switched mode. Furthermore, together with Lyapunov theory, the average dwell time technique is employed to deduce sufficient criteria that assure the existence of the desired sliding mode controller. Finally, verification examples are provided to show the validity of the established SMC scheme.

Using first-principles calculations,we predict a new type of two-dimensional(2D)beryllium(Be)-decorated t-graphene named BeC_(2),where Be atoms are inserted into C–C bonds linking the carbon tetrarings of *** band structure shows that BeC_(2)is metallic,thus,the possible phonon-mediated superconductivity is explored based on the Eliashberg *** calculated electron-phonon coupling(EPC)constantλis up to 4.07,and the corresponding superconducting critical temperature(tc)is 72.1 K,approaching the liquid nitrogen *** reason for the high tc is the strong *** it is proved to be an anisotropic single-gap superconductor by analyzing the superconducting gap?kof BeC_(2).the electronic susceptibility calculation shows strong nesting effect in BeC_(2).Since rare 2D superconductors show such a strong EPC constantλwhich originates from the coupling between electrons in C-pzorbital and in-plane vibrations of Be and C atoms,the predicted BeC_(2)provides a new platform for investigating strong EPC 2D superconductor.

Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-associated lymphoproliferative diseases(EBV-LPDs)are common complications that occur after solid organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation(HSCt).However,their occurrence and treatment post-chimeric antigen receptor-modified t(CAR-t)cell therapy has not been *** patients had been diagnosed with EBV-positive aggressive B-cell lymphoma and experienced relapses after multiple lines of *** receiving CAR-t cell therapy in tandem with autologous HSCt,the patients achieved complete ***,with a median time of 38.5 months after CAR-t cell therapy,B-cell-derived EBV-LPDs were diagnosed,and they were relieved through the administration of immune checkpoint inhibitor or B-cell-depleting ***,our report suggests that EBV-LPDs may represent a long-term adverse event after CAR-t cell therapy,especially in patients who previously had EBV-positive disorders,and they can be resolved by immune normalization strategy or B-cell depleting therapy.
