Cenozoic reactivation along the late triassic Ganzi-litang suture,eastern tibetan Plateau

the spatial-temporal development of Cenozoic reactivation along Mesozoic suture zones in the tibetan Plateau are first-order parameters needed for assessing models of plateau *** Ganzi-litang suture,in the eastern tibetan Plateau,developed in the late triassic because of subduction and closure along the eastern branch of the Paleo-tethys *** the city of litang,the Ganzi-litang suture is defined by a melange sequence with faultbound,synorogenic nonmarine strata along the western and eastern flanks,suggesting post-triassic structural *** present detrital zircon u-Pb geochronology and field data to determine the timing and style of reactivation along the Ganzi-litang suture,as well as sedimentary provenance of nonmarine strata.A reverse fault placing melange rock on top of nonmarine strata along the eastern flank of the Ganzi-litang suture indicates a contractional deformational regime during *** clast counts indicate a local sediment source of recycled Ganzi-litang suture and Yidun terrane *** zircons indicate a localized provenance consisting of recycled material from triassic Yidun Arc plutons and triassic Yidun Group turbidite rock.A weighted mean average of Cenozoic zircon grains(n=10) establishes a maximum depositional age of41.5 ± 1.2 Ma for nonmarine strata in the Ganzi-litang *** interpret the maximum depositional age of the nonmarine strata to represent the upper-limit for structural reactivation along the Ganzi-litang suture while undeformed Neogene strata in the suture zone represent the lower-limit;thereby bracketing structural reactivation from ca.42-25 *** results provide enhanced spatial-temporal resolution for Cenozoic deformation in the eastern tibetan Plateau.

the research presented here is focused on the vibration condition of a small volume solder solder ball,which is placed on the surface of a soldering pad and is exerted a pulse modulated continuous wave laser heat source. Finite element method is applied to analyzed the temperature field in the solder ball, and experi- ment is conducted to test the vibration. the results show that,that, the temperature field flucturates with the same frequency as that of the laser pulse, which in turn causes a forced vibration of the same frequency in the liquid solder ball.

Distribution of Be in a ti-Based Bulk Metallic Glass Composite Containing B-ti

In order to obtain a glassy matrix during quenching, Be is often selected as a constituent of the compositions of ti/Zr-based bulk metallic glass composites（BMGCs）. the in situ formed β phase in Be-bearing BMGCs was reported to be Be-free. However, a thorough investigation of the distribution of Be in BMGCs is still missing to date. In this work, the distribution of Be in a ti_（47.5）Zr_（33）Cu_（5.8）Co_3Be_（12.5）（at.%） BMGC was studied by the secondary ion mass spectrometry（SIMS） and the electron energy loss spectroscopy（EElS）.It is found that Be almost totally dissolves in the glassy matrix, but a very weak intensity of Be in β phase is still detectable by SIMS, and the content of Be in β-ti is estimated to be about 0.3 at.%. Based on the recently established two-phase quasi-equilibrium of BMGCs, the distinct solubility of Be in the glassy matrix and in β-ti has been explained.

the resistance brazing of 2024Al reinforced with15 volume percent of Sic particulate was simulated by using a Gleeble - 1500 tharmal/Mechanical sindator. the results show that too high or too low brazing temperature and pressure result in decrease in shear strength of joint,but brazing time influenc- es it slightly. the action between filler metals and the composite was analyzed by SEM and EPAM. the use of simulation method helped in the design and predication of welding technology,which re- duced the rejection rate as well as the cost of production.

Competition among the two-plasmon decay of backscattered light,filamentation of the electron-plasma wave and side stimulated Raman scattering

Competition among the two-plasmon decay(tPD)of backscattered light of stimulated Raman scattering(SRS),filamentation of the electron-plasma wave(EPW)and forward side SRS is investigated by two-dimensional particlein-cell *** previous work[*** et al.,*** 58,096035(2018)]showed that in a plasma with the density near 1/10 of the critical density,the backscattered light would excite the tPD,which results in suppression of the backward ***,this work further shows that when the laser intensity is so high(>10^(16)W/cm^(2))that the backward SRS cannot be totally suppressed,filamentation of the EPW and forward side SRS will be *** the tPD of the backscattered light only occurs in the early stage and is suppressed in the latter *** distribution functions further show that trapped-particle-modulation instability should be responsible for filamentation of the *** research can promote the understanding of hot-electron generation and SRS saturation in inertial confinement fusion experiments.

Recently, glass ceramic materials doped with rare earth(RE) ions has been drawing significant attention for their potential application in laser, plasma display panels(PDP), solid-state lighting and temperature sensors. In this work, tb/Eu co-doped glass ceramics containing NaCaPO nanocrystals were successfully synthesized via traditional melt-quenching route with further heat-treatment and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(tEM) and photoluminescence spectroscopy. the energy transfer process of tb→Eu was confirmed by excitation and emission spectra and luminescence decay curves, and the energy transfer efficiency was also estimated. the results indicated that the efficient emission of Eu was sensitized by tb under the excitation of 378 nm, realizing tunable emission in the transparent bulk glass ceramics containing NaCaPO nanocrystals. Furthermore, optical thermometry was achieved by the fluorescence intensity ratio between tb: D→F(42 nm) and Eu: D→F(12 nm). the maximum absolute sensitivity of 4.55% K at 293 K and the maximal relative sensitivity of 0.66% K at t=573K for tb/Eu co-doped transparent NaCaPO glass ceramic are obtained. It is expected that the investigated transparent NaCaPO glass ceramics doped with tb/Eu have prospective applications in display technology and optical thermometry.

Expected energy spectrum of cosmic ray protons and helium below4 PeV measured by lHAASO

the large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(lHAASO) is a composite cosmic ray observatory consisting of three detector arrays: kilometer square array(KM2 A), which includes the electromagnetic detector array and muon detector array, water Cherenkov detector array(WCDA) and wide field-of-view Cherenkov telescope array(WFCtA). One of the main scientific objectives of lHAASO is to precisely measure the cosmic rays energy spectrum of individual components from 10^14 eV to 10^18 eV. the hybrid observation will be employed by the lHAASO experiment, in which the lateral and longitudinal distributions of extensive air shower can be observed simultaneously. thus, many kinds of parameters can be used for primary nuclei identification. In this paper, high purity cosmic ray simulation samples of the light nuclei component are obtained using multi-variable analysis. the apertures of 1/4 lHAASO array for pure proton and mixed proton and helium(H&He) samples are 900 m^2 Sr and1800 m^2 Sr, respectively. Prospect of obtaining proton and H&He spectra from 100 teV to 4 PeV is discussed.

Clinical Nursing Recommendations for the treatment of the BtX-A Injections Due to Neurological Detrusor Overactivity

Background: Neurological detrusor overactivity (NDO) is commonly associated with various neurogenic diseases. Botulinum toxin A (BtX-A) has been proposed as alternatives to traditional treatments. Objective: to summarize the clinical experience of nursing care for the treatment of the Botulinum toxin A (BtX-A) injections due to neurological detrusor overactivity (NDO). Methods: We reviewed the data of 32 inpatients who received BtX-A injections between August 2014 to July 2016. their mean age was 27.4 years old (range: 19 - 38). they were all on clean intermittent catheterization. All patients presented detrusor overactivity resistant to oral anticholinergic treatment. Results: there were significant difference between outcomes at baseline and week12 for Pdetmax (60.08 cmH2O vs. 28.04 cmH2O, P Conclusions: Patients were satisfied with the treatment and nursing by targeted perioperative nursing.

Preparation of endothelial cell monolayer for thrombocyte research

It is generally accepted that the lining vascular endothelium is a major inhibitor of coagulation and thrombus formation. Destroying the protective properties of endothelial cells is shown to have a devastating effect on coronalry atherosclerotic patients. In our investigation on the role of endothelial cells in thrombocyte activation, the preparation of endothelial cell monolayer is the first important step. the endothelial cells used in our study were prepared from human umbilical vein (HuVEC) and utilized in the experiments at passage 4. the cell culture media contained a basal media supplemented with 5% fetal bovine serum, antibiotics, cortisone and human growth factor. the cells were incubated in a Forma (3193) IR sensored, water jacketed, humidified 5% CO_2 incubator and culture media was replaced with fresh media every 48 hours. Endothelial cell confluence was usually achieved within 2 3 days after plating Institute of Physiology, Ruhr university Bochum, Bochum, Germany (liu B and Pott l) Platelet Research unit, university of Muenster, Muenster, Germany (Fassnacht u, Filler t and Zhao B) and the monolayers were utilized for experiments within 5 days. Prior to each experiment, the cells were examined for any abnormalities which might indicate non-confluent or atypical HuVEC monolayers. For calcium mobilization experiments, HuVEC were seeded on 6 well culture plates that were coated with gelatin and were maintained in endothelial growth media without heparin or growth factors for at least 24 hours. For the calcium mobilization cytoskeletal experiments, the media was changed and a basal media supplemented with 5% fetal bovine serum and 20 mmol/l Hepes, pH 7.4 was used to insure constant pH. For the thrombocyte adhesion experiments, washed human thrombocytes were adjusted to a concentration of 2×10~3 cells/ml with a medium containing 1 mmol CaCl_2 and added to the culture falsks. A Systems Biology Approach for Studying Heterotopic Ossification： Proteomic Analysis of Clinical Serum and tissue Samples

Heterotopic ossification （HO） refers to the abnormal formation of bone in soft tissue. Although some of the underlying processes of HO have been described, there are currently no clinical tests using validated biomarkers for predicting HO formation. As such, the diagnosis is made radiographically after HO has formed. to identify potential and novel biomarkers for HO, we used isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation （itRAq） and high-throughput antibody arrays to produce a semi-quantitative proteomics survey of serum and tissue from subjects with （HO ＋） and without （HO-） heterotopic ossification. the resulting data were then analyzed using a systems biology approach. We found that serum samples from subjects experiencing traumatic injuries with resulting HO have a different proteomic expression controls. Subsequent quantitative ElISA identified profile compared to those from the matched five blood serum proteins that were differentially regulated between the HO-- and HO- groups. Compared to HO- samples, the amount of insulin-like growth factor I （IGF1） was up-regulated in HO＋ samples, whereas a lower amount of osteopontin （OPN）, myeloperoxidase （MPO）, runt-related transcription factor 2 （RuNX2）,and growth differentiation factor 2 or bone morphogenetic protein 9 （BMP-9） was found in HO ＋ samples （Welch two sample t-test; P 〈 0.05）. these proteins, in combination with potential serum biomarkers previously reported, are key candidates for a serum diagnostic panel that may enable early detection of HO prior to radiographic and clinical manifestations.
