Background:tumor microenvironment promotes immune suppression through recruiting and expanding suppressive immune cells such as regulatory t cells(tregs) to facilitate cancer ***4+ tregs are considered as the major immunosuppressive t cells in many cancers including human colorectal cancer(CRC).However,this conclusion is not definitive as most of those studies did not extensively examine the whole suppressive t cell *** fact,the role of CD4+tregs in CRC is controversial in terms of their prognostic ***,it is drastically needed to understand the exact role of those regulatory t cells in human *** regulatory t cells are heterogeneous population,it is tempting to speculate that there may be another immunosuppressive t cell population that plays a pivotal role in facilitating CRC progression and immune *** previous studies have demonstrated that innate Il-17-producing γδt cells(γδt17)could recruit and expand polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(PMN-MDSCs) in the tumor that inhibit effector t cell function and establish an immunosuppressive microenvironment thus promoting CRC progression,suggesting that γδt cell subpopulation exhibited specific significance in immune regulation of human colorectal *** research showed that approximately 50%of tumor-infiltrating γδt cells expressed high levels of CD39 ***39+ γδt cells were significantly increased in the tumor tissues compared to the paired normal *** a few model studies have unraveled that CD39+ γδt cells could in vitro inhibit CD3+ t cell proliferation,implicating CD39 is a specific marker of γδ***,based on our previous findings,we believe that human CRC-infiltrating CD39+γδt cells are likely to be a novel immunosuppressive *** preliminary functional assay shows that tumor-infiltrating CD39+ γδt cells conventional CD4+ tregs and paired normal tissue sourced CD39+ γδt *** suggests tumor-infiltrating CD39+ γδt cells

目的探究E-learning+思维导图在神经内科护理实习教学中的应用价值。方法选取2021年2月入院进行实习的215例护生作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组采用E-learning+思维导图,对照组采用常规教学。比较两组护生实习考核成绩、学习投入情况(学习投入量表)、临床思维能力(临床思维能力评价表)以及学生自我认可度。采用SPSS 20.0进行t检验和卡方检验。结果实习1个月后,观察组实习护生理论和实践操作考核成绩[(90.05±3.02)vs.(85.29±4.17);(81.33±5.26)vs.(78.62±4.69)]高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组实习护生护生学习投入量表、临床思维能力评价表评分、自我认可度率均高于对照组(均Plearning+思维导图能显著增强神经内科实习护生的学习效率,提高其临床护理思维能力,值得推广应用。

Objective: the purpose of this study was to assess the effect of maternal age on the rate of stillbirth in a large, nationwide sample of deliveries in the United States. Study design: Data were derived from the Nationwide Inpatient Sample for the years 1995 through 2002. With the use of ICD- 9 codes, the rate of stillbirth was determined as a function of maternal age. Multivariate regression analysis was used to assess the effect of maternal age on the odds of stillbirth, with adjustment for multiple known risk factors for stillbirth. Results: there were 5,874,203 deliveries that were identified for analysis. the unadjusted rate of stillbirth was elevated for teenagers and for women aged ≥ 35 years. In the multivariate analysis, compared with women 20 to 34 years old, women who were ≤ 19 years old were more likely to have a pregnancy outcome of stillbirth (odds ratio, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.08- 1.14), as were women who were 35 to 39 years old (odds ratio, 1.28; 95% CI, 1.24- 1.32) and women who were ≥ 40 years old (odds ratio, 1.72; 95% CI, 1.63- 1.81). Conclusion: the extremes of maternal age are associated with an increased risk for stillbirth, even after adjustment for a large number of known predisposing conditions.

Microstructure evolution during the homogenization heat treatment of an Al?Mg?Si?Fe?Mn(AA6xxx)alloy wasinvestigated using a combination of modelling and experimental *** model is based on the CAlPHAD-coupledhomogenization heat treatment model originally developed for AA3xxx alloys(i.e.,Al?Mn?Fe?Si).In this work,the model wasadapted to the more complex AA6xxx system(Al?Mg?Si?Mn?Fe)to predict the evolution of critical microstructural features suchas the spatial distribution of solute,the type and fraction of constituent particles and dispersoid number density and size *** were also conducted using three direct chill(DC)cast AA6xxx alloys with different Mn levels subjected to varioushomogenization *** resulting microstructures were characterized using a range of techniques including scanning electronmicroscopy,electron microprobe analysis(EPMA),XRD,and electrical resistivity *** model predictions werecompared with the experimental measurements,and reasonable agreement was found.

A pentaploid-based linkage map of the ancestral octoploid strawberry Fragaria virginiana reveals instances of sporadic hyper-recombination

the first high-resolution genetic linkage map of the ancestral octoploid(2n=8x=56)strawberry species,Fragaria virginiana,was constructed using segregation data obtained from a pentaploid progeny *** novel mapping population of size 178 was generated by crossing highly heterozygous *** hybrid“lB48”as a paternal parent with diploid(2n=2x=14)Fragaria vesca“Hawaii 4”.the lB48 linkage map comprises 6055 markers genotyped on the Axiom®IStraw90 strawberry SNP *** map consists of 28 linkage groups(lGs)organized into seven homoeology groups of four lGs each,and excludes a small 29th lG of undefined *** member of each homoeology group was assignable to an“A”subgenome associated with ancestral diploid Fragaria vesca,while no other subgenomes were *** an intriguing discrepancy within homoeology group VI,synteny comparisons with the previously published Fragaria×ananassa DA×MO linkage map revealed substantial *** initial map construction,examination of crossover distributions revealed that six of the total 5162(=29 chromosomes/individual×178 individuals)chromosomes making up the data set exhibited abnormally high crossover counts,ranging from 15 to 48 crossovers per chromosome,as compared with the overall mean of 0.66 crossovers per *** of these six hyper-recombinant(HypR)chromosomes occurred in a different lG and in a different *** calculated upon exclusion of the six HypR chromosomes,the canonical(i.e.,broadly representative)lB48 map had 1851 loci distributed over a total map length of 1873 cM,while their inclusion increased the number of loci by 130,and the overall map length by 91 *** of these hyper-recombinant chromosomes points to the existence of a sporadically acting mechanism that,if identified and manipulable,could be usefully harnessed for multiple purposes by geneticists and breeders.

In-situ lDHs growth on PEO coatings on AZ31 magnesium alloy for active protection:Roles of PEO composition and conversion solution

In this work,plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)coatings were produced on magnesium alloy AZ31 in aluminate,silicate and phosphate-based electrolytes,and followed by hydrothermal treatments in order to synthesis layered double hydroxides(lDHs)based *** synthesis was done in three different growth solutions(deionized water,sodium nitrate and aluminum nitrate containing solution).In frame of this work it was shown,that it was difficult to form lDHs on Si-based PEO coating,due to more stable silicate phases in comparison with aluminate and phosphate phases in respective PEO *** obtained hybrid lDH/PEO coatings were characterized using SEM,EDS and GDOES,and then the corrosion protection was further investigated by *** on the obtained results,it was confirmed that,the hydrothermal treatments in Al^(3+)containing solution played an important role on overall corrosion resistance for phosphate and silicate-based PEO coatings,but not for Al-based PEO coatings.

利用PCR技术扩增获得马立克氏病病毒(MDV)囊膜糖蛋白B(gB)基因部分片段,将其克隆入pEt-28a载体中,获得表达载体pEt-gB,将该载体转化宿主菌Bl21,经1.0mmol/lIPtG诱导,外源基因以包涵体的形式获得高效表达。将包涵体溶解于8mol/l的尿素中,利用His·Bind试剂盒获得纯化的蛋白,将纯化的蛋白免疫小鼠,制备多克隆抗体,间接ElISA法测得抗体的效价为1×10-5。此外,通过Western blot实验表明,该抗体具有较高的特异性,为进一步探讨MDVgB所引起的特异的免疫反应奠定基础。

对酸处理后注蜡和注胶的翡翠(B 货),漫反射红外傅里叶交换(DRIFt)光谱法是一个有用的非破坏的识别手段。因此,DRIFt 光谱法可用来鉴别天然的未经处理的翡翠与打蜡翡翠(A 货)。DRIFt 光谱中表现出的强吸收峰可用于检测胶和蜡的存在。利用 DRIFt 光谱法对10个翡翠样品进行综合研究,结果表明,其中一些翡翠样品已经过了酸处理、注蜡或注胶处理。该研究结果已被基础宝石学测试和 X 射线光电子分光光度法(XPS)检测所证实,并可与类似的傅里叶变换红外(FtIR)透射光谱法研究结果进行对比。通过对比,发现 DRIFt 光谱法在检测很厚(厚度大于12 mm)的翡翠样品和较薄的、但不透过红外光的 A 货时更具优势。同时也更适用于检测罕见的全包镶的翡翠首饰。
