In the current study,a homogenous ultra-fine grained microstructure with average grain size of 1.0μm is achieved in the Mg-Zn-Ca-Mn alloy through the reduplicative equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)at 300℃,and the mechanical properties are remarkably improved,with room-temperature yield strength of 269.6 MPa and elongation of 22.7%.the twinning deformation results in a discontinuous recrystallization behavior in the initial stage of *** further deformation,the continuously dynamic recrystallization contributes to an obvious grain refinement *** activation of non-basal slip system leads to the formation of a unique basal texture,which is related to the elevated ECAP temperature and the decreased grain *** grain refinement and texture modification derived from ECAP process result in the increase of yield strength,while the cracked secondary phase particles are beneficial to the enhanced ductility,through reducing the stress concentration and hindering premature failure.

In this work we study the correlation function of the ground state of a two-dimensional fully frustrated Ising model as well as spin glass. the Pfaffian method is used to calculate free energy and entropy as well as the correlation function. We estimate the exponent of spin correlation function for the fully frustrated model and spin glass. In this paper an overview of the latest results on the spin correlation function is presented.

目的:采用动态低频振幅技术(dALFF)结合监督学习模型探讨无先兆偏头痛(患者睡眠障碍)的神经影像机制。方法:收集52名确诊为无先兆偏头痛的患者,根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数将其分为偏头痛伴睡眠障碍组(MwSD)与偏头痛不伴睡眠障碍组(MwoSD),并同期招募40名年龄与性别相匹配的健康志愿者作为对照组。使用3.0 t MRI采集其t1WI和BOLD-fMRI图像,通过随机森林(RF)、逻辑回归(LR)、支持向量机(SVM)机器学习算法对其dALFF进行分析。结果:单因素方差分析(one-way ANOVA)显示3组受试者在左侧丘脑、右侧枕中回、左侧楔前叶dALFF有差异;两独立样本t检验显示MwSD组较MwoSD组左内侧和旁扣带回、左侧额中回dALFF值升高,右侧颞上回dALFF值下降;无监督学习模型中SVM性能较好,权重绝对值排名前三的脑区右侧枕中回、左侧楔前叶、左内侧和旁扣带回,均与视觉通路相关。结论:视觉通路相关脑区dALFF值可作为预测MwSD患者的神经影像学标志。

1例既往使用万古霉素治疗后出现皮疹的骨髓炎患者复发入院,拟行“硫酸钙-万古霉素植入术”。该患者既往皮疹,经临床药师鉴别为红人综合征(RMS)而非真性药物过敏反应。同时针对既往发生RMS的患者能否行“硫酸钙-万古霉素植入术”,临床药师进行文献分析,建议可在密切监护下继续进行手术。患者术后未出现RMS及过敏反应,且病情好转。本文临床药师从RMS、速发型过敏反应的鉴别入手,同时对万古霉素局部使用与RMS的发生风险进行文献复习,对后续治疗方案提出建议,为临床安全用药及类似疾病的治疗提供参考。

BACKGROUND Non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)has the highest morbidity and mortality rates among all malignant tumor *** therapies targeting the mutated genes such as KRAS have been used in the clinic for many years,the prognosis remains ***,it is necessary to further study the aberrant expression or mutation of non-target genes affecting the survival and *** to explore the impact of simultaneous abnormalities of multiple genes on the prognosis and survival of *** We used R packages to analyze gene expression data and clinical data downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas(tCGA)*** also collected samples from 85 NSCLC patients from the First People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City and retrospectively followed the *** Cox regression analysis and survival analysis were *** Analysis of gene expression data from tCGA revealed that the overexpression of the following single genes affected overall survival:tP53(P=0.79),PtEN(P=0.94),RB1(P=0.49),CtNNB1(P=0.24),StK11(P=0.32),and PIK3CA(P=0.013).However,the probability of multiple genes(tP53,PtEN,RB1,and StK11)affecting survival was *** analysis of clinical data revealed that sex(hazard ratio[HR]=1.29;[95%CI:0.64-2.62]),age(HR=1.05;[95%CI:1.02-1.07]),smoking status(HR=2.26;[95%CI:1.16-4.39]),tumor histology(HR=0.58;[95%CI:0.30-1.11]),cancer stage(HR=16.63;[95%CI:4.8-57.63]),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)mutation(HR=1.82;[95%CI:1.05-3.16]),abundance(HR=4.95;[95%CI:0.78-31.36]),and treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitors(tKIs)(HR=0.58;[95%CI:0.43-0.78])affected patient ***-occurring mutations of tP53,PtEN,RB1,and StK11 did not significantly affect the overall survival of patients receiving chemotherapy(P=0.96)but significantly affected the overall survival of patients receiving tKIs(P=0.045).CONCLUSION Co-occurring mutation or overexpression of different genes has different effects on the overall survival and prognosis

目的:分析糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和促代谢因子(Betatrophin)与2型糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)的相关性,及对DKD早期诊断的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2021年10月—2022年06月期间在我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病(t2DM)患者90例。依据尿微量白蛋白与肌酐比值(ACR)分为:正常白蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组、大量白蛋白尿组,各30例;同期随机抽取30例健康体检者作为对照组。收集患者一般资料与常规检测指标,分析HbA1c、Betatrophin与上述指标相关性,运用Logistic回归和ROC曲线分析HbA1c、Betatrophin联合检测在DKD诊断中的应用价值。结果:四组性别、BMI、tC、LDL-C水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄、FBG、Scr、tG、mALb、UACR、HbAlc、Betatrophin为DKD2>DKD1>DKD0>NC(PDKD0>DKD1>DKD2(Ptatrophin表达水平与年龄、UREA、Scr、mAlb、UACR呈正相关关系,与eGFR呈负相关关系,HbA1c表达与FBG、tC呈正相关关系,与Scr、eGFR呈负相关(PtG、UREA、Scr、UACR、HbAlc、Betatrophin水平升高是2型DKD发生的危险因素,HDL-C、eGFR是2型糖尿病肾脏病发生的保护因素(Ptatrophin联合检测的敏感性和特异性较单一检测高,HbA1c、Betatrophin及联合检测曲线下面积分别为0.713、0.860、0.887。结论:HbA1c、Betatrophin表达水平与早期DKD发生、发展密切相关,可作为早期DKD诊断的重要生物学指标,两者联合检测可提高早期糖尿病肾脏病的诊断效能。

AIM: to investigate the effect of 0.01% atropine sulphate eye gel on myopia progression and axial elongation in a 6-month treatment in ***: totally 185 children aged 6-12 y with binocular myopia of 3.0 D or less in both eyes were enrolled in this prospective cohort study. the atropine group(n=125) received one drop of 0.01% atropine sulphate eye gel in each eye before bedtime daily. the control group included 60 matched children without drug intervention during the same period. the spherical equivalent and axial length was recorded at baseline and the sixth month of treatment. the efficacy was evaluated by the change of the spherical equivalent and axial length. Adverse events were also ***: the average spherical equivalent and axial length at baseline were not statistically significant between the atropine group(-1.64±0.80 D, 24.13±0.76 mm) and the control group(-1.59±0.94 D, 24.06±0.77 mm, P>0.05). After 6 mo, there was significantly difference in the spherical equivalent progression between the atropine and the control group(-0.27±0.33 vs-0.60±0.35 D, Pth a relative reduction of 55.0% in myopia progression. the increase in axial elongation in the atropine group was significantly less than control group(0.19±0.14 vs 0.26±0.14 mm, Pth a relative reduction of 26.9% in axial length. the 84.4% and 38.4% of the eyes progressed by less than 0.50 D and remained stable in the atropine group, compared with 51.7% and 4.2% in the control group. No adverse events were ***: Atropine sulphate eye gel 0.01% can slow down myopia progression and axial elongation in children with a 6-month treatment.
