the forming limit diagram（FLD） is an important tool to be used when characterizing the formability of metallic sheets used in metal forming processes. Experimental measurement and determination of the FLD is timeconsuming and therefore the analytical prediction based on theory of plasticity and instability criteria allows a direct and efficient methodology to obtain critical values at different loading paths, thus carrying significant practical ***, the accuracy of the plastic instability prediction is strongly dependent on the choice of the material constitutive model [1–3]. Particularly for materials with hexagonal close packed（HCP） crystallographic structure, they have a very limited number of active slip systems at room temperature and demonstrate a strong asymmetry between yielding in tension and compression [4, 5]. Not only the magnitude of the yield locus changes, but also the shape of the yield surface is evolving during the plastic deformation [4]. Conventional phenomenological constitutive models of plasticity fail to capture this unconventional mechanical behavior [4, 6]. Cazacu and Plunkett [6] have proposed generic yield criteria, by using the transformed principal stress, to account for the initial plastic anisotropy and strength differential（SD） effect simultaneously. In this contribution, a generic FLD mAtLAB script was developed based on marciniak–Kuczynski analytical theory and applied to predict the localized necking. the influence of asymmetrical effect on the FLD was evaluated. Several yield functions such as von mises, Hill, Barlat89, and Cazacu06 were incorporated into analysis. the paper also presents and discusses the influence of different hardening laws on the formability of materials with HCP crystal structures. the findings indicate that the plastic instability theory coupled with Cazacu model can adequately predict the onset of localized necking for HCP materials under different strain paths.

the Piper hispidinervium leaves and thin stems were dried under laboratory and field *** drying was performed using a shade dryer operating with and without forced convection and an oven dryer operating at 30 and 40*** experiments were conducted using solar dryers with three different covers,i.e.,transparent,black plastic,and palm straw *** essential oil extraction was performed by steam distillation,and the safrole content was analyzed by gas *** mathematical models(Page,logarithmic,Henderson and Pabis,fractional,and diffusion)were fitted with the experimental data and compared based on the coefficient of determination(R2),root mean square error(RmSE)and *** suggest that the best model was the logarithmic model(R2>0.99,RmSEth sufficient drying,the safrole content increased up to 95%of the extracted oil;however,when the drying time was prolonged,both the oil yield and safrole content of the extracted oil decreased.

Herein, we present an approach to look for the best phenomenon to measure quantum correlation. the system of two isolated qubits each interacting with a single-mode cavity was theoretically created to study the quantum correlation. Some of the phenomena, such as the quantum discord and concurrence, were generated through such a system. the influences of initial state purity, qubit motion, and detuning parameters were discussed for the phenomena. these parameters for a specific value show that the behavior of phenomena are analogous. It is interesting to mention that some values of detuning undergo a sudden death of phenomena, and the quantum discord still captures the qubits quantum correlation. We predict that the quantum discord may be a better measure of quantum correlation than concurrence.

the mobility of clusters on a semiconductor surface for various values of cluster size is studied as a function of temperature by kinetic monte Carlo method. the cluster resides on the surface of a square grid. Kinetic processes such as the diffusion of single particles on the surface, their attachment and detachment to/from clusters, diffusion of particles along cluster edges are considered. the clusters considered in this study consist of 150-6000 atoms per cluster on average. A statistical probability of motion to each direction is assigned to each particle where a particle with four nearest neighbors is assumed to be immobile. the mobility of a cluster is found from the root mean square displacement of the center of mass of the cluster as a function of time. It is found that the diffusion coefficient of clusters goes as D = A（t）Na where N is the average number of particles in the cluster, A（t） is a temperature-dependent constant and a is a parameter with a value of about -0.64 〈 a 〈 -0.75. the value of a is found to be independent of cluster sizes and temperature values （170-220 K） considered in this study. As the diffusion along the perimeter of the cluster becomes prohibitive, the exponent approaches a value of -0.5. the diffusion coefficient is found to change by one order of magnitude as a function of cluster size.

the present study was to evaluate the effect of trace minerals(Zn,mn,and Cu)from complexed amino acid minerals(ZmCAA)and bis-glycinate chelated minerals(ZmCGly)in laying hen diets on performance,internal and external egg quality,yolk mineral deposition,intestinal morphometry,and bone *** 78 to 98 weeks of age,400 White LSL-Lite strain laying hens were distributed in a randomized design with 4 treatments with 10 replicates per *** were distributed in a 2×2 factorial arrangement using either Zn,mn,and Cu of ZmCAA or ZmCGly source at 2 levels:low(20,20,and 3.5 mg/kg of Zn,mn,and Cu,respectively)or high(40,40,and 7 mg/kg of Zn,mn,and Cu,respectively).the analysis of variance was performed,and in cases where differences were observed,the means were compared using tukey?s test(Pthe source and level of trace mineral supplementation had a significant impact on the performance of laying *** fed ZmCAA had higher egg production(P=0.01),egg weight(P=0.02),egg mass(P=0.01),and lower feed conversion ratio(P=0.05)compared to those fed *** ZmCAA supplementation showed higher albumen height(P=0.01),albumen weight(P=0.01),and eggshell thickness(Pthe deposition of Zn(Pmn(Pthe egg yolk was greater for hens received *** weight(P=0.04)and bone densitometry(Pthe tibia were higher with ZmCAA *** the small intestine,ZmCAA resulted in longer villi(P=0.02)and shorter crypt depth(P=0.01)in the *** and ileum measurements were influenced by the level and source of trace minerals(PmCAA exhibited superior performance,egg quality,deposition of trace minerals in the egg yolk,and bone density compared to hens fed *** this study,older laying hens supplemented with ZmCAA at lower levels demonstrated adequate levels of supplementation.

In this work three fuel consumption and exhaust emission models,ADVISOR,Vt-mICRO and the European Environmental Agency Emission factors,have been used to obtain fuel consumption(FC)and exhaust *** models have been used at micro-scale,using the two signal treatment methods *** manuscript presents:1)a methodology to collect data in real urban driving cycles,2)an estimation of FC and tailpipe emissions using some available models in literature,and 3)a novel analysis of the results based on delivered wheel *** results include Fuel Consumption(FC),CO_(2),NO_(x) and Pm_(10) emissions,which are derived from the three *** the first part of the paper we present a new procedure for incomplete drive cycle data treatment,which is necessary for real drive cycle acquisition in high density *** the models are used to obtain second by second FC and exhaust ***,a new methodology named Cycle Analysis by Ordered Power(CAbOP)is presented and used to compare the *** method consists in the re-ordering of time dependant data,considering the wheel mechanical power domain instead of the standard time *** new strategy allows the 5 situations in drive cycles to be clearly visualized:hard breaking zone,slowdowns,idle or stop zone,sustained speed zone and acceleration *** complete methodology is applied in two real drive cycles surveyed in Barcelona(Spain)and the results are compared with a standardized WLtC urban cycle.

Analysis of 12 variants in the development of gastric and colorectal cancers

AIm to evaluate the relation between 12 polymorphisms and the development of gastric cancer(GC) and colorectal cancer(CRC).mEtHODS In this study,we included 125 individuals with GC diagnosis,66 individuals with CRC diagnosis and 475 cancer-free individuals. All participants resided in the North region of Brazil and authorized the use of their samples. the 12 polymorphisms(in CASP8,CYP2 E1,CYP19 A1,IL1 A,IL4,mDm2,NFKB1,PAR1,tP53,tYmS,UGt1 A1 and XRCC1 genes) were genotyped in a single PCR for each individual,followed by fragment analysis. to avoid misinterpretation due to population substructure,we applied a previously developed set of 61 ancestryinformative markers that can also be genotyped by multiplex PCR. the statistical analyses were performed in Structure v.2.3.4,R environment and SPSS *** After statistical analyses with the control of confounding factors,such as genetic ancestry,three markers(rs79071878 in IL4,rs3730485 in mDm2 and rs28362491 in NFKB1) were positively associated with the development of GC. One of these markers(rs28362491) and the marker in the UGt1 A1 gene(rs8175347) were positively associated with the development of CRC. therefore,we investigated whether the joint presence of the deleterious alleles of each marker could affect the development of cancer and we obtained positive results in all analyses. Carriers of the combination of alleles RP1 + DEL(rs79071878 and rs28361491,respectively) are at 10-times greater risk of developing GC than carriers of other combinations. Similarly,carriers of the combination of DEL + RARE(rs283628 and rs8175347) are at about 12-times greater risk of developing CRC than carriers of other *** these findings are important for the comprehension of gastric and CRC development,particularly in highly admixed populations,such as the Brazilian population.
