this work aims to find the origin and connection of the surface,near-wake,and far-wake structures in the flow encompassing a high-rise building for a high Reynolds *** origin and interconnection of the stream-wise tip vortices,with the other components of the wake,is analysed in this study for the current *** Unsteady Reynolds Averaged Navier-Stokes equations(URANS)together with the realizable k-εturbulence model have been used in this investigation to study the turbulent wake flow following a ground-surface-attached square shape building.A moderately big obstacle aspect ratio of 4,a Reynolds number of 12,000,and a thin evolving boundary layer thickness have been used in the flow *** designed flow addresses the reversed-flows at the outlet during computation to improve the accuracy of the realizable k-e *** Reynolds stress components are retrieved using the Boussinesq *** wake’s principal compositions,including span-wise-side eddies and area of high stream-wise vorticity in the uppermost portion of the wake,are illustrated by both three-dimensional(3D)representations and planner projections of the mean flow distributions.A braided vortex formation,composed of asymmetric hairpin vortexes,is witnessed in the far-wake *** association of the near-wake vortex structures with the far-wake and near-wall flow,which is associated with the flow strengths,is also *** this investigation,few areas of large stream-wise vorticity magnitude,like tip vortexes,are correlated to the 3D curving of the fluid motion,and tip vortices did not continuously reach to the free end part of the *** 3D fluid motion interpretation,which combined several measurements of the flow distribution encompassing the cylinder,shows that the time-averaged near-wake structures are formed of two segments of distinct source and section of ***,addressing reversed-flow during computation shows notable improvement in the results.

A 12-week feeding trial with juvenile red drum(Sciaenops ocellatus) fed high-soybean meal(SBM) diets was conducted to investigate a putative biomarker of nutritional imbalance, N-formimino-L-glutamate(FIGLU). three fishmeal-free, 60% SBM pelleted diets(named B12, Fol, and Met, respectively) were tested to evaluate the effects on growth performance and tissue metabolite profiles of supplementation of vitamin B12(0.012 mg/kg), folate(10 mg/kg), methionine(1 g/kg) respectively, above basal supplementation levels. A fourth SBM-based diet(named B12/Fol/Met) was formulated with a combination of B12, folate, and methionine to attain the above-mentioned target concentrations. A fifth 60% SBM diet(named FWS) with methionine supplementation(1 g/kg above basal supplementation levels), enriched with taurine, lysine and threonine as well as minerals, was also tested. this diet contained formulation targets and additives which have allowed for replacing fishmeal with plant proteins in rainbow trout feeds. Control diets included a fishmeal-based diet(named FM), an unsupplemented basal 60% SBM diet(named SBM60), and a “natural” diet(named N) made up of equal parts of fish(cigar minnows), squid and shrimp as a positive reference for growth performance. Formulated feeds contained approximately 37% total crude protein, approximately 14% total crude lipid and were energetically balanced. Standard growth performance metrics were measured, and tissues(liver, muscle) were collected at week 12 to evaluate diet-induced metabolic changes using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)-based *** results show that the FWS diet outperformed all other SBM diets and the FM diet under all performance metrics(Pt detected in fish fed the N diet but was detected in those fed the SBM diets and the FM diet. Animal nutritionists have incessantly worked towards providing livestock with high-quality plant protein feed *** meal (SBM) has been an essential and predominantly adopted vegetable protein source in livestock feeding for a long time;however,several SBM antinutrients could potentially impair the animal's performance and growth,limiting its *** processing methods have been employed to remove SBM antinutrients,including fermentation with fungal or bacterial *** to the literature,fermentation,a traditional food processing method,could improve SBM's nutritional and functional properties,making it more suitable and beneficial to *** current interest in health-promoting functional feed,which can enhance the growth of animals,improve their immune system,and promote physiological benefits more than conventional feed,coupled with the ban on the use of antimicrobial growth promoters,has caused a renewed interest in the use of fermented SBM (FSBM) in livestock *** review details the mechanism of SBM fermentation and its impacts on animal health and discusses the recent trend in the application and emerging advantages to livestock while shedding light on the research gap that needs to be critically addressed in future *** appears to be a multifunctional high-quality plant protein source for *** removing soybean antinutrients,beneficial bioactive peptides and digestive enzymes are produced during fermentation,providing probiotics,antioxidants,and immunomodulatory *** aspects regarding FSBM feeding to animals remain uncharted,such as the duration of fermentation,the influence of feeding on digestive tissue development,choice of microbial strain,and possible environmental impact.

Phlomoides,with 150-170 species,is the second largest and perhaps most taxonomically challenging genus within the subfamily Lamioideae(Lamiaceae).With about 60 species,China is one of three major biodiversity centers of *** some Phlomoides species from China have been included in previous molecular phylogenetic studies,a robust and broad phylogeny of this lineage has yet to be ***,given the myriad new additions to the genus,the existing infrageneric classification needs to be evaluated and ***,we combine molecular and morphological data to investigate relationships within Phlomoides,with a focus on Chinese *** observed that plastid DNA sequences can resolve relationships within Phlomoides better than nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer regions(nrItS and nrEtS).Molecular phylogenetic analyses confirm the monophyly of Phlomoides,but most previously defined infrageneric groups are not *** addition,morphological analysis demonstrates the significant taxonomic value of eight characters to the *** on our molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological data,we establish a novel section Notochaete within Phlomoides,and propose three new combinations as well as three new *** study presents the first molecular phylogenetic analyses of Phlomoides in which taxa representative of the entire genus are included,and highlights the phylogenetic and taxonomic value of several morphological characters from species of Phlomoides from *** study suggests that a taxonomic revision and reclassification for the entire genus is necessary in the future.

阐述了水下悬浮隧道(又称水下悬浮管桥)的概念;探讨了悬浮隧道结构的4种支撑形式,即岸锚式、桥墩支撑式、浮筒固定式和锚索固定式,并对4种支撑形式的适用性进行了对比;对悬浮隧道的跨海形式及主隧道结构断面形式进行了讨论,分析了多管系统+横通道连通形式在火灾及事故发生时的安全性。介绍了国际上悬浮隧道的相关标准:国际结构混凝土联合会(fib)在2020年发布了《水下悬浮管桥(SFtB)设计指南》(fib公告第96号),旨在为技术界提供水下悬浮管桥方案设计指南;国际隧道和地下空间协会(ItA)在2023年发布了《水下悬浮隧道(SFt)业主指南》,旨在向基础设施业主说明,水下悬浮隧道相比传统隧道的适用性;另外,挪威国家标准已率先将悬浮隧道结构纳入国家桥梁手册(2020)。梳理了悬浮隧道已有的理论研究,介绍了目前水下悬浮隧道比较热门的研究课题,比如流体-结构相互作用和冲击等。分析了水下悬浮隧道的优势,不仅能够减小主要的海洋荷载对结构的影响,而且可以降低隧道和相连结构的坡度,缩短穿越距离,保护海底地形以及减少对周围区域的噪声影响。随着人们对环境问题的日益重视,以及新材料和新技术为减少气候影响带来的机遇,悬浮隧道有望获得进一步的推广。
