Condit.oning regimens employed in aut.logous st.m cell t.ansplant.t.on have been proven useful in various hemat.logical disorders and underlying malignancies;however,despit. being efficacious in various inst.nces,negat.ve consequences have also been *** condit.oning regimens were ext.act.d from various lit.rat.re searches from dat.bases like PubMed,Google scholar,EMBASE,and *** regimens for each disease were compared by using various end point. such as overall survival(OS),progression free survival(PFS),and leukemia free survival(LFS).Variables were present.d on graphs and analyzed t. conclude a more efficacious condit.oning *** mult.ple myeloma,t.e most.effect.ve regimen was high dose melphalan(MEL)given at.a dose of 200/mg/*** comparat.ve result. of acut. myeloid leukemia were present.d and t.e regimens t.at.proved t. be at.an admirable posit.on were busulfan(BU)+MEL regarding OS and BU+VP16 regarding *** case of acut. lymphoblast.c leukemia(ALL),BU,fludarabine,and et.poside(BuFluVP)conferred good disease cont.ol not.only wit. a paramount.improvement.in survival rat. but.also low risk of ***,for ALL,chimeric ant.gen recept.r(CAR)t.cell t.erapy was preferred in t.e cont.xt.of bet.er OS and *** respect.t.
