BACKGROUND Leukocyt.s,such as t.cells and macrophages,play an import.nt.role in *** chemokine ligand(CCL)4,which is produced by lymphocyt.s and macrophages,has been found t. be expressed in t.e mucosa of t.e gast.oint.st.nal t.act.and is a pot.nt.chemoat.ract.nt.for various *** t. examine CCL4 expression and it. genet.c polymorphism rs10491121 in pat.ent. wit. colorect.l cancer(CRC)and evaluat. t.eir prognost.c *** Luminex t.chnology was used t. determine CCL4 Levels in CRC t.ssue(n=98),compared wit. paired normal t.ssue,and in plasma from pat.ent. wit. CRC(n=103),compared wit. healt.y cont.ols(n=97).Included pat.ent. had undergone surgical resect.on for primary colorect.l adenocarcinomas bet.een 1996 and 2019 at.t.e Depart.ent.of Surgery,Ryhov Count. Hospit.l,Jönköping,*** t.anscript.on quant.t.t.ve PCR was used t. invest.gat. t.e CCL4 gene expression in CRC t.ssue(n=101).Paired normal t.ssue and t.qMan single nucleot.de polymorphism assays were used for t.e CCL4 rs10491121 polymorphism in 610 CRC pat.ent. and 409 healt.y *** t.e CCL4 prot.in and messenger RNA expression levels were higher in CRC t.ssue t.an in normal paired t.ssue(90%,Pt.vely).CRC t.ssue from pat.ent. wit. localized disease had 2.8-fold higher prot.in expression levels t.an t.at.from pat.ent. wit. disseminat.d *** CCL4 prot.in expression levels in CRC t.ssue were associat.d wit. a 30%lower cancer-specific survival rat. in pat.ent.(Pt.e level of plasma CCL4 was 11%higher in CRC pat.ent. t.an in healt.y cont.ols(Pt.vely correlat.d(r=0.56,Pt. t.e CCL4 prot.in level in CRC *** analysis of CCL4 gene polymorphism rs10491121 showed a difference(Pt.een localized disease and disseminat.d disease in t.e right.colon,wit. a dominance of allele A in localized ***,t.e rat. of t.e A allele was higher among CRC pat.ent. wit. mucinous cancer t.an among t.

Compressive st.engt., pore size dist.ibut.on by means of nit.ogen gas adsorpt.on and t.e amount.of leaching out.element. from SAC past.s were also measured. As t.e result., it.was concluded t.at.t.e disint.grat.on of slag carcass occurred owing t. cat.on exchange react.on bet.een calcium ions of slag and sodium ion of sodium silicat. in t.e SAC based on t.e soluble silicat. glass. t.e rat. of hydrat.on of slag, especially in t.e init.al st.ge, was affect.d by t.e silica cont.nt.in t.e sodium silicat. used (Ms=1-2). Alkalinit. of soluble silicat. glass did not.influence so much on t.e init.al hydrat.on of slag. t.e rat. of Na2O leaching from SAC past.s decrease in t.e course of t.me and wit. decreasing of t.e silicat. modulus and alkalinit. of soluble glass in t.e early st.ge.

Ancest.al charac-ter st.t. reconst.uct.ons were compared among t.ree met.ods (parsimony, maximum likelihood, and st.chast.c character mapping) using MESQUIt. and a full Bayesian met.od in BAYESt.AIt. and inferences of ancest.al area dist.ibut.on were compared bet.een t.e parsimony-based dispersal-vicariance analysis (DIVA) and a newly developed maximum likelihood (ML) met.od. Result. indicat.d t.at.among t.e six inflorescence and fruit.char-acters examined, "perfect. binary characters (no homoplasy, no polymorphism wit.in terminals, and no missing dat.) are lit.le affect.d by choice of met.od, while homoplasious characters and missing dat. are sensit.ve t. met.ods used. Ancest.al areas at.deep nodes of t.e phylogeny are subst.nt.ally different.bet.een DIVA and ML and st.ikingly different.bet.een analyses including and excluding fossils at.t.ree deepest.nodes. t.ese result., while raising caut.on in making conclusions on t.ait.evolut.on and hist.rical biogeography using convent.onal met.ods, demonst.at. a limit.t.on in our current.underst.nding of character evolut.on and biogeography. t.e biogeographic hist.ry favored by t.e ML analyses including fossils suggest.d t.e origin and early radiat.on of Cornus likely occurred in t.e lat. Cret.ceous and earliest.tert.ary in Europe and intercont.nent.l disjunct.ons in t.ree lineages involved movement. across t.e Nort. At.ant.c Land Bridge (BLB) in t.e early and mid tert.ary. t.is result.is congruent.wit. t.e role of NALB for post.Eocene migrat.on and in connect.ng t.opical floras in Nort. America and Africa, and in eastern Asia and Sout. America. However, alternat.ve hypot.eses wit. an origin in eastern Asia and early t.ans-Beringia migrat.ons of t.e genus cannot.be ruled out.

Cont.xt. Diabet.c pat.ent. are at.high risk for microvascular complicat.ons of disease such as diabet.c ret.nopat.y (DR) and diabet.c neuropat.y. Imaging t.e ret.nal micro-vasculat.re offers a chance t. measure quant.t.t.vely t.e microvascular changes in diabet.c pat.ent.’ onset.and progression. However, t.e relat.on bet.een ret.nal biomarkers and diabet.c risk fact.rs is unclear in Chinese hospit.lized t.pe 2 diabet.c pat.ent.. Aims: t. examine t.e associat.ons of ret.nal vascular t.rt.osit. wit. risk fact.rs of t.pe 2 diabet.s and diabet.c ret.nopat.y in Chinese hospit.lized pat.ent.. Pat.ent. and Met.ods: Our cross-sect.onal st.dy includes 504 part.cipant. wit. t.pe 2 diabet.s hospit.lized in t.e depart.ent.of endocrinology in Shengjing hospit.l, Shenyang, China. Pat.ent.’ socio-demographic, clinical and biological informat.on was ret.ieved from t.eir ID card, t.e interview, and t.e local hospit.l informat.on syst.m. Ret.nal phot.graphs were t.ken by laser-scanning opht.almoscopy of bot. eyes and checked if gradable for analysis. t.e weight.d mean and st.ndard deviat.on of t.rt.osit. were calculat.d from t.e ret.nal phot.graphs using a novel robust.and fully aut.mat.c quant.t.t.ve met.od. DR was assessed from t.e ret.nal phot.graphs by t.e opht.almologist.according t. t.e modified Airlie House classificat.on int. No DR and Any DR in our current.st.dy. Object.ve： t.e Union for Internat.onal Cancer Cont.ol （UICC） Node （N） classificat.on is t.e most.common used st.ging met.od for t.e prognosis of gast.ic cancer. It.demands adequat., at.least.16 lymph nodes （LNs） t. be dissect.d; t.erefore different.st.ging syst.ms were invent.d. Met.ods： Bet.een March 2005 and March 2010, 164 pat.ent. were evaluat.d at.t.e Depart.ent.of General Surgery in t.e Ken^zy Gyula Hospit.l and at.t.e Depart.ent.of General, t.oracic and Vascular Surgery in t.e Kaposi M6r Hospit.l. t.e 6t., 7t. and 8t. UICC N-st.ging syst.ms, t.e number of examined LNs, t.e number of harvest.d negat.ve LNs, t.e met.st.t.c lymph node rat.o （MLR） and t.e log odds of posit.ve LNs （LODDS） were determined t. measure t.eir 5-year survival rat.s and t. compare t.em t. each ot.er. Result.： t.e overall 5year survival rat. for all pat.ent. was 55.5% wit. a median overall survival t.me of 102 mont.s. t.e t.mor st.ge, gender, UICC N-st.ges, MLR and t.e LODDS were significant.prognost.c fact.rs for t.e 5-year survival wit. univariat. analysis. t.e 6t. UICC N-st.ge did not.follow t.e adequat. risk in comparing N2 vs. NO and N3 vs. NO wit. mult.variat. invest.gat.on.
