Purpose:t.e aim of t.is st.dy was t. review,syst.mat.cally,evidence concerning t.e link bet.een t.e ACt.3 R577X polymorphism and t.e rat.s and severit. of non-cont.ct.injuries and exercise-induced muscle damage in at.let.s and individuals enrolled in exercise t.aining ***:A comput.rized lit.rat.re search was performed in t.e elect.onic dat.bases PubMed,Web of Science,and SPORt.iscus,from incept.on unt.l November *** included st.dies compared t.e epidemiological charact.rist.cs of non-cont.ct.injury bet.een t.e different.genot.pes of t.e ACt.3 R577X ***:Our search ident.fied 492 *** t.e screening of t.t.es,abst.act.,and full t.xt.,13 st.dies examining t.e associat.on bet.een t.e ACt.3 genot.pes and t.e rat. and severit. of non-cont.ct.injury were included in t.e *** st.dies were performed in 6 different.count.ies(Spain,Japan,Brazil,China,t.e Republic of Korea,and It.ly)and involved a t.t.l part.cipant.pool of 1093 *** t.e st.dies,2 st.dies involved only women,5 st.dies involved only men,and 6 st.dies involved bot. men and *** t.e st.dies included were classified as highqualit. st.dies(≥6 point. in t.e Physiot.erapy Evidence Dat.base(PEDro)scale score).Overall,evidence suggest. t.ere is an associat.on bet.een t.e ACt.3 R577X genot.pe and non-cont.ct.injury in 12 *** st.dies observed a significant.associat.on bet.een A Ct.3 R577X polymorphism and exercise induced muscle damage:2 wit. non-cont.ct.ankle injury,3 wit. non-cont.ct.muscle injury,and 1 wit. overall non-cont.ct.***:t.e present.findings support.t.e premise t.at.possessing t.e ACt.3 XX genot.pe may predispose at.let.s t. a higher probabilit. of some non-cont.ct.injuries,such as muscle injury,ankle sprains,and higher levels of exercise-induced muscle damage.

An at.empt.has been made t. invest.gat. and opt.mize t.e recovery of Ni and Al t.rough sulphuric acid(3.0-5.5 mol/L)leaching under different.operat.ng *** t.e leaching experiment.,it.was possible t. ext.act.98.5%of NiO and 40.7%of Al_(2)O_(3)under t.e condit.ons of 5.5 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4),react.on t.me of 4 h,solid-t.-liquid rat.o 0.2 g/mL,t.mperat.re of 358 K,part.cle sizet. 5.0 g cat.lyst.*** leached liquor Al was separat.d by select.ve cryst.llizat.on using 1.4 mol/L KOH and Ni was separat.d by select.ve precipit.t.on using 0.3 mol/L H_(2)C_(2)O_(4).From t.e st.dies,it.is possible t. recover around 97.9%of NiO having 98.3%purit.,around 25%of Al_(2)O_(3)was also recovered as alum-(K)having 99%purit. and 14.7%of Al_(2)O_(3)as a salt.of Al-K-C_(2)O_(4)-SO_(4).Sulphuric acid was found t. be a suit.ble leaching agent.for select.ve leaching and it.was also observed t.at.alum-(K)can be select.vely cryst.llized from sulphat. *** st.dy also indicat.d t.e effect.ve ext.act.on and recovery of nickel and aluminium which were well support.d by charact.rizat.on st.dies using t.-Dt./Dt. and XRD t.chniques.
