It. seeds resemble chest.ut. in bot. shape and flavor when cooked, which are generally considered non-t.xic and safe for consumpt.on. Case present.t.on t.is report.present. t.e first.published case of food poisoning due t. t.e ingest.on of large amount. of money t.ee seeds. A 67-year-old man exhibit.d t.xic encephalopat.y sympt.ms and dyspnea aft.r consuming t.e seeds for approximat.ly 6 mont.s. Aft.r empirical mechanical vent.lat.on, t.erapeut.c plasma exchange, and ot.er medical int.rvent.ons, t.e pat.ent.s clinical st.t.s improved significant.y. He was subsequent.y discharged from t.e hospit.l. Conclusion Consuming a subst.nt.al quant.t. of money t.ee seeds wit.in a limit.d t.meframe can lead t. poisoning, result.ng in adverse out.omes, part.cularly t.xic encephalopat.y. BACKGROUND Despit. cont.nuous changes in t.eat.ent.met.ods,t.e survival rat. for advanced hepat.cellular carcinoma(HCC)pat.ent. remains low,highlight.ng t.e import.nce of diagnost.c met.ods for *** t. explore t.e efficacy of t.xt.re analysis based on mult.-paramet.ic magnet.c resonance(MR)imaging(MRI)in predict.ng microvascular invasion(MVI)in preoperat.ve *** t.is st.dy included 105 pat.ent. wit. pat.ologically confirmed HCC,cat.gorized int. MVI-posit.ve and MVI-negat.ve *** employed Original Dat. Analysis,Principal Component.Analysis,Linear Discriminant.Analysis(LDA),and Non-LDA(NDA)for t.xt.re analysis using mult.-paramet.ic MR images t. predict.preoperat.ve *** effect.veness of t.xt.re analysis was det.rmined using t.e B11 program of t.e MaZda4.6 soft.are,wit. result. expressed as t.e misjudgment.rat.(MCR).RESULt. t.xt.re analysis using mult.-paramet.ic MRI,part.cularly t.e MI+PA+F dimensionalit. reduct.on met.od combined wit. NDA discriminat.on,demonst.at.d t.e most.effect.ve predict.on of MVI in *** accuracy in t.e pulse and equilibrium phases was 83.81%.MCRs for t.e combinat.on of t.-weight.d imaging(t.WI),art.rial phase,port.l venous phase,and equilibrium phase were 22.86%,16.19%,20.95%,and 20.95%,*** area under t.e curve for predict.ng MVI posit.vit. was 0.844,wit. a sensit.vit. of 77.19%and specificit. of 91.67%.CONCLUSION t.xt.re analysis of art.rial phase images demonst.at.d superior predict.ve efficacy for MVI in HCC compared t. t.WI,port.l venous,and equilibrium *** st.dy provides an object.ve,non-invasive met.od for preoperat.ve predict.on of MVI,offering a t.eoret.cal foundat.on for t.e select.on of clinical t.erapy.
