The dema.d for group communica.ion using sma.t devices in ca.pus environment is increa.ing ra.idly. In this pa.er, we design a. a.chitecture for a.mobile group communica.ion system （MGCS） on ca.pus by using Wi-Fi networks a.d sma.t devices. The a.chitecture is composed of a.web-ba.ed system a.d a.sma.t device ba.ed mobile system. Through the systems, users on ca.pus crea.e community/mobile group, ma.nta.n dyna.ic group membership, a.d relia.ly deliver the messa.e to other users. We use the common fea.ures of ma.y sma.t devices to develop a.prototype tha. works on off-the-shelf ha.dwa.e. In the experimenta. section, we demonstra.e our system using va.ious rea. scena.ios which ca. occur in university ca.puses.

Highly porous nitrogen-doped ca.bon ma.eria.s were synthesized by the ca.boniza.ion of a.low-cost porous cova.ent tria.ine polymer, PCTP-3, which ha. been synthesized by the a.Clca.a.yzed FriedelCra.ts rea.tion of rea.ily a.a.la.le monomers. The na.ure of the bond a.d structure of the resulting ma.eria.s were confirmed using va.ious spectroscopic methods, a.d the effects of KOH a.tiva.ion on the textura. properties of the porous ca.bon ma.eria.s were a.so exa.ined. The KOH-a.tiva.ed porous ca.bon（a.CTP-3c） ma.eria.s possessed a.high surfa.e a.ea.of 2271 mga.d la.ge micro/tota. pore volumes of 0.87/0.95 cmg, respectively, with na.rower micropore size distributions tha. the porous ca.bon prepa.ed without a.tiva.ion（PCTP-3c）. The a.CTP-3c exhibited the best COupta.es of 284.5 a.d 162.3 mg ga.d CHupta.es of 39.6 a.d 25.9 mg ga. 273 a.d 298 K/1 ba., respectively, which a.e compa.a.le to the performa.ce of some benchma.k ca.bon ma.eria.s under the sa.e conditions. The prepa.ed ma.eria.s exhibited high CO/Nselectivity a.d could be regenera.ed ea.ily.
