Recently,convolutiona. neura. network(CNN)-ba.ed visua. inspec-tion ha. been developed to detect defects on building surfa.es *** CNN model demonstra.es rema.ka.le a.cura.y in ima.e da.a.a.a.ysis;however,the predicted results ha.e uncerta.nty in providing a.cura.e informa.tion to users beca.se of the“bla.k box”problem in the deep lea.ning ***,this study proposes a.visua. expla.a.ion method to overcome the uncerta.nty limita.ion of CNN-ba.ed defect *** visua. repre-senta.ive gra.ient-weights cla.s a.tiva.ion ma.ping(Gra.-Ca.)method is a.opted to provide visua.ly expla.na.le informa.ion.a.visua.izing eva.ua.ion index is proposed to qua.tita.ively a.a.yze visua. representa.ions;this index reflects a.rough estima.e of the concorda.ce ra.e between the visua.ized hea. ma. a.d intended *** a.dition,a. a.la.ion study,a.opting three-bra.ch combina.ions with the VGG16,is implemented to identify perfor-ma.ce va.ia.ions by visua.izing predicted *** revea. tha. the proposed model,combined with hybrid pooling,ba.ch norma.iza.ion,a.d multi-a.tention modules,a.hieves the best performa.ce with a. a.cura.y of 97.77%,corresponding to a. improvement of 2.49%compa.ed with the ba.eline ***,this study demonstra.es tha. relia.le results from a. a.toma.ic defect cla.sifica.ion model ca. be provided to a. inspector through the visua. representa.ion of the predicted results using CNN models.

Wea.a.le technology requires high-performa.ce sensors with properties such a. sma.l size,flexibility,a.d wireless ***,sensitivity,a.d tuna.ility a.e crucia. sensor properties;stretcha.ility a.d sensitivity ensure user comfort a.d a.cura.e sensing performa.ce,while tuna.ility is essentia. for implementing sensors in diverse a.plica.ions with different ra.ges of *** this study,we developed a.high performa.ce kiriga.i piezoelectric stra.n *** finite element a.a.ysis,the sensing performa.ce wa. eva.ua.ed,a.d the kiriga.i pa.terns were *** electromecha.ica. properties of sensors with four different kiriga.i pa.terns were a.a.yzed.a.sensor volta.e mea.urement circuit wa. a.so designed,a.plifying the output volta.e 86.5 times by improving mea.urement a.cura.y.a.piezoelectric kiriga.i sensor wa. constructed with a.sensitivity of 9.86 V/cm^(2) a.d a.stretcha.ility of 320.8%,higher tha. those of previously reported kiriga.i piezoelectric stra.n ***,the fa.rica.ed sensor wa. successfully a.plied in a.ha.tic glove for pla.ing musica. instruments.

Ba.kground Ta.a.a.u a.teritis(Ta.)is a.disea.e a.socia.ed with increa.ed risk of ca.diova.cula. *** a.med to eva.ua.e the incidence,preva.ence a.d risk of stroke in pa.ients with *** Da.a.from 1065 pa.ients were obta.ned from a.na.iona. da.a.a.e(2010–2018).The a.nua. incidence a.d preva.ence per 100000 persons were estima.ed using the registra.ion popula.ion in the midst of every yea.,a.d the sta.da.dised incidence ra.io(SIR)of stroke wa. compa.ed with the genera. popula.ion ba.ed on the da.a.from the 2006 na.iona. report for ca.diova.cula. a.d cerebrova.cula. ***-a.justed incidence ra.e ra.io(IRR)of stroke ba.ed on the time interva. a.ter dia.nosis wa. a.so ca.cula.ed.a.time-dependent Cox regression wa. conducted to investiga.e predictive fa.tors of *** The overa.l incidence ra.e of Ta. ra.ged between 0.2 a.d 0.3/100000 person-yea.s a.nua.ly;the preva.ence of Ta. gra.ua.ly increa.ed,rea.hing 3.25/100000 person-yea.s in ***-three(6.9%)pa.ients experienced stroke during follow-up,a.d the risk of developing stroke wa. higher tha. the genera. popula.ion(overa.l SIR 7.39,95%CI 5.79 to 9.29;men:SIR 5.70,95%CI 2.84 to 10.20;women:SIR 7.06,95%CI 5.41 to 9.05).Most stroke events(90.9%)were cerebra. infa.ction for men,wherea. the proportion of cerebra. infa.ction wa. lower(62.9%)in *** ha.f of stroke events occurred within 6 months a.ter dia.nosis,a.d stroke wa. more common within 6 months of dia.nosis compa.ed with a.ter 3 yea.s in women(IRR 13.46,95%CI 6.86 to 26.40).In Cox regression a.a.ysis,a.e wa. the sole predictor of stroke(a.justed HR 1.02,95%CI 1.00 to 1.04,p=0.043).Conclusions The a.nua. incidence of Ta. wa. simila. to the previous studies from a.ia.a.d the risk of stroke increa.ed in *** pa.terns of subtype a.d incidence of stroke were found a.cording to sex,a.though a.e wa. the only predictor.
