Pakistan is facing the threat of Cotton Leaf Curl Virus(CLCuV)which is transmitted through whitefly to cotton *** mechanism of leaf epicuticular wax protects the plants from different pathogens including insect attack and disease *** of current study is the isolation and characterization of a wax related gene GaCyPI from Gossypium arboreum under CLCuV infection.A fragment of 475 bp was isolated from the total RNA and 3’and 5’RACE-PCR products were arranged by overlapping the extended sequences at both the *** protein sequence of GaCyPI showed homology with Cyclophilin cis-trans isomerase gene of Gossypium ramondii and Gossypium *** sequence alignment also revealed homology among the coding sequences of same *** protein comprised of 173 amino acids and ORF finder revealed the 69 bases upstream at 5’while 350 bp at 3’*** revealed that it belongs to Cyclophilin-type peptidyl prolyl cis/trans isomerase(PPIase)*** sites are visible at specific amino acid positions and 3D structure was stable in Ramachandran *** server showed protein residues have average 3D-1D score>=0.2 and Z-Score was−*** analysis revealed that *** is the closest species that shares the same ***,GaCyPI has strong role in plants’epicuticular wax and its genetic transformation may protect the cotton from whitefly which transmits CLCuV.

Over the last decade,there is a surge of attention in establishing ambient assisted living(AAL)solutions to assist individuals live *** a social and economic perspective,the demographic shift toward an elderly population has brought new challenges to today’s *** can offer a variety of solutions for increasing people’s quality of life,allowing them to live healthier and more independently for *** this paper,we have proposed a novel AAL solution using a hybrid bidirectional long-term and short-term memory networks(BiLSTM)and convolutional neural network(CNN)*** first pre-processed the signal data,then used timefrequency features such as signal energy,signal variance,signal frequency,empirical mode,and empirical mode *** convolutional neural network-bidirectional long-term and short-term memory(CNN-biLSTM)classifier with dimensional reduction isomap algorithm was then used to select ideal *** assessed the performance of our proposed system on the publicly accessible human gait database(HuGaDB)benchmark dataset and achieved an accuracy rates of 93.95 percent,*** reveal that hybrid method gives more accuracy than single classifier in AAL *** suggested system can assists persons with impairments,assisting carers and medical personnel.

This mixed study aims to highlight the impact of social media in the Arab world, specifically Twitter’s impact on translators’ communities. For this purpose, the role of hashtags among translators will be examined by investigating one particular Arabic hashtag, its purpose, target users, and the classification of content. The hashtag is , #translator_serving_translator. 1) An online survey of six closed questions was employed and posted on Twitter, and 249 responses show that users are from fourteen Arab countries, and the majority is from Saudi Arabia. Hashtag users are translators, freelancers, or TS students. Some are active users who post tweets and answer questions, others only ask questions, and the rest only read tweets. The general attitude toward employing hashtags among translators’ communities was positive. 2) Employing a content analysis approach, the content is classified into two main categories of sharing information and seeking assistance with seven subcategories of each.

:Social media data are rapidly increasing and constitute a source of user opinions and tips on a wide range of products and *** increasing availability of such big data on biased reviews and blogs creates challenges for customers and businesses in reviewing all content in their decision-making *** overcome this challenge,extracting suggestions from opinionated text is a possible *** this study,the characteristics of suggestions are analyzed and a suggestion mining extraction process is presented for classifying suggestive sentences from online customers’reviews.A classification using a word-embedding approach is used via the XGBoost *** two datasets used in this experiment relate to online hotel reviews and Microsoft Windows App Studio discussion reviews.F1,precision,recall,and accuracy scores are *** results demonstrated that the XGBoost classifier outperforms—with an accuracy of more than 80%.Moreover,the results revealed that suggestion keywords and phrases are the predominant features for suggestion ***,this study contributes to knowledge and practice by comparing feature extraction classifiers and identifying XGBoost as a better suggestion mining process for identifying online reviews.

Recently women entrepreneur literature in developed countries has been assessed through their life course approach due to the criticism on the absence of study from the perspective of structural pattern,in which the women are embedded through means of qualitative *** reveals so many clarifications to the existence *** the Pakistani entrepreneurial literature neglecting the women entrepreneur life course experiences due to social-cultural context of *** present study focused on the ten Pakistani women entrepreneur from Islamabad and Peshawar region by the lens of life course approach through semistructured *** qualitative analysis of the life course approach among Pakistani women entrepreneur exposed some additional factor to life course approach and contrary findings as compared to the developed *** Pakistani women’s rich stories are affected through life course approach but the socialcultural context made it little worst means bringing into business with less flexible approach.
