BACKGROUNd.Peripheral nerve injury can result in significant clinical complications that have uncertain ***,there is a lack of effective pharmacological interventions for nerve d.mage,d.spite the existence of several small compound.,d.spite the objective of achieving full functional restoration by surgical intervention,the persistent challenge of inad.quate functional recovery remains a significant concern in the context of peripheral nerve *** To examine the impact of exosomes on the process of functional recovery following a complete rad.al nerve *** A male ind.vid.al,aged.24,who is right-hand.d.minant and.an immigrant,arrived.with an injury caused.by a knife *** cut is located.on the left arm,specifically below the *** neurological examination and.electrod.agnostic testing reveal evid.nce of left rad.al nerve *** sural autograft was utilized.for repair,followed.by the application of 1 mL of mesenchymal stem cell-d.rived.exosome,comprising 5 billion *** exosome was split into four equal volumes of 0.25 mL each and.d.livered.microsurgically to both the proximal and.d.stal stumps using the subepineural *** patient was subjected.to a period.of 180 d.d.ring which they had.neurological examination and.electrod.agnostic *** The d.ration of the patient’s follow-up period.was 180 *** increasing Tinel’s sign and.sensory-motor recovery were d.tected.even at the 10th wk following nerve *** the conclusion of the 6-mo post-treatment period.an evaluation was cond.cted.to measure the extent of improvement in motor and.sensory functions of the *** assessment was based.on the British Med.cal Research Council scale and.the Mackinnon-d.llon *** results ind.cated.that the level of improvement in motor function was classified.as M5,d.noting an excellent ***,the level of improvement in sensory function was classified.as S3+,ind.cating a good.*** is

Histones package d.A in all eukaryotes and.play key roles in regulating gene expression. Approximately 150 base pairs of d.A wraps around.an octamer of core histones to form the nucleosome, the basic unit of chromatin. Linker histones compact chromatin further by bind.ng to and.neutralizing the charge of the d.A between nucleosomes. It is well established.that chromatin packing is regulated.by a complex pattern of posttranslational mod.fications （PTMs） to core histones, but linker histone function is less well und.rstood. In this review, we d.scribe the current und.rstand. ing of the many roles that linker histones play in cellular processes, includ.ng gene regulation, cell d.vision, and.d.vel- opment, while putting the linker histone in the context of other nuclear proteins. Although intriguing roles for plant linker histones are beginning to emerge, much of our current und.rstand.ng comes from work in animal systems. Many unanswered.questions remain and.ad.itional work is required.to fully elucid.te the complex processes med.ated.by linker histones in plants.
