AIM:To investigate the low gastric cancer incidence rate relative to the highly prevalent Helicobacter pylori(***)infection;data relevant to *** infection during gastric carcinogenesis in Indian patients is currently ***:The present study examines the prevalence of *** infection in DNA derived from 156endoscopic gastric biopsies of different disease groups that represent gastric pre-cancer[intestinal metaplasia(n=15),dysplasia(n=15)],cancer[diffuse adenocarcinoma(n=44),intestinal adenocarcinoma(n=21)],and symptomatic but histopathologically-normal controls(n=61).This was done by generic ureC polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and cagA-specific PCR that could specifically identify the carcinogenic *** ***:Our analysis showed the presence of *** infection in 61%of symptomatic histopathologically-normal individuals,however only 34%of control tissues were harboring the cagA+*** strain.A similar proportion of *** infection(52%)and cagA(26%)positivity was observed in the tumor tissue of the gastric cancer *** comparison,*** infection(90%)and cagA positivity(73%)were the highest in gastric pre-cancer *** relation to tobacco and alcohol abuse,*** infection showed an association with tobacco chewing,whereas we did not observe any association between tobacco smoking or alcohol abuse with prevalence of *** infection in the tissue of any of the patient groups ***:High incidence of *** infection and carcinogenic cagA positive strain in pre-cancer lesions during gastric carcinogenesis may be

This paper presents a group-based dynamic stuck-at fault diagnosis scheme intended for resistive randomaccess memory(ReRAM).Traditional static random-access memory,dynamic random-access memory,NAND,and NOR flash memory are limited by their scalability,power,package density,and so ***-generation memory types like ReRAMs are considered to have various advantages such as high package density,non-volatility,scalability,and low power consumption,but cell reliability has been a *** memory operation is caused by permanent stuck-at faults due to extensive use of write-or memory-intensive *** increased number of stuck-at faults also prematurely limit chip ***,a cellular automaton(CA)based dynamic stuck-at fault-tolerant design is proposed here to combat unreliable cell functioning and variable cell lifetime issues.A scalable,block-level fault diagnosis and recovery scheme is introduced to ensure readable data despite multi-bit stuck-at *** scheme is a novel approach because its goal is to remove all the restrictions on the number and nature of stuck-at faults in general fault *** proposed scheme is based on Wolfram’s null boundary and periodic boundary CA *** special classes of CAs are introduced for 100%fault tolerance:single-lengthcycle single-attractor cellular automata(SACAs),single-length-cycle two-attractor cellular automata(TACAs),and single-length-cycle multiple-attractor cellular automata(MACAs).The target micro-architectural unit is designed with optimal space overhead.

Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are secreted by both eukaryotes and prokaryotes,and are present in all biological fluids of vertebrates,where they transfer DNA,RNA,proteins,lipids,and metabolites from donor to recipient cells in cell-to-cell *** EV components can also indicate the type and biological status of their parent cells and serve as diagnostic targets for liquid *** can also natively carry or be modified to contain therapeutic agents(e.g.,nucleic acids,proteins,polysaccharides,and small molecules)by physical,chemical,or bioengineering *** to their excellent biocompatibility and stability,EVs are ideal nanocarriers for bioactive ingredients to induce signal transduction,immunoregulation,or other therapeutic effects,which can be targeted to specific cell ***,we review EV classification,intercellular communication,isolation,and characterization strategies as they apply to EV *** review focuses on recent advances in EV applications as therapeutic carriers from in vitro research towards in vivo animal models and early clinical applications,using representative examples in the fields of cancer chemotherapeutic drug,cancer vaccine,infectious disease vaccines,regenerative medicine and gene ***,we discuss current challenges for EV therapeutics and their future development.

Fire monitoring in coal mines using wireless underground sensor network and interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller

From the view of underground coal mining safety system, it is extremely important to continuous monitoring of coal mines for the prompt detection of fires or related problems inspite of its uncertainty and imprecise characteristics. Therefore, evaluation and inferring the data perfectly to prevent fire related accidental risk in underground coal mining (UMC) system are very necessary. In the present article, we have proposed a novel type-2 fuzzy logic system (T2FLS) for the prediction of fire intensity and its risk assessment for risk reduction in an underground coal mine. Recently, for the observation of underground coal mines, wireless underground sensor network (WUSN) are being concerned frequently. To implement this technique IT2FLS, main functional components are sensor nodes which are installed in coal mines to accumulate different imprecise environmental data like, temperature, relative humidity, different gas concentrations etc. and these are sent to a base station which is connected to the ground observation system through network. In the present context, a WUSN based fire monitoring system is developed using fuzzy logic approach to enhance the consistency in decision making system to improve the risk chances of fire during coal mining. We have taken Mamdani IT2FLS as fuzzy model on coal mine monitoring data to consider real-time decision making (DM). It is predicted from the simulated results that the recommended system is highly acceptable and amenable in the case of fire hazard safety with compared to the wired and off-line monitoring system for UMC. Legitimacy of the suggested model is prepared using statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

A Probe for Consistency in CAPE and CINE During the Prevalence of Severe Thunderstorms:Statistical – Fuzzy Coupled Approach

Thunderstorms of pre-monsoon season (April – May) over Kolkata (22° 32’N, 88° 20’E), India are invariably accompanied with lightning flashes, high wind gusts, torrential rainfall, occasional hail and tornadoes which significantly affect the life and property on the ground and aviation aloft. The societal and economic impact due to such storms made accurate prediction of the weather phenomenon a serious concern for the meteorologists of India. The initiation of such storms requires sufficient moisture in lower troposphere, high surface temperature, conditional instability and a source of lift to initiate the convection. Convective available potential energy (CAPE) is a measure of the energy realized when conditional instability is released. It plays an important role in meso-scale convective systems. Convective inhibition energy (CINE) on the other hand acts as a possible barrier to the release of convection even in the presence of high value of CAPE. The main idea of the present study is to see whether a consistent quantitative range of CAPE and CINE can be identified for the prevalence of such thunderstorms that may aid in operational forecast. A statistical – fuzzy coupled method is implemented for the purpose. The result reveals that a definite range of CINE within 0 – 150 Jkg-1 is reasonably pertinent whereas no such range of CAPE depicts any consistency for the occurrence of severe thunderstorms over Kolkata. The measure of CINE mainly depends upon the altitude of the level of free convection (LFC), surface temperature (T) and surface mixing ratio (q). The box-and-whisker plot of LFC, T and q are drawn to select the most dependable parameter for the consistency of CINE in the prevalence of such thunderstorms. The skills of the parameters are evaluated through skill score analyses. The percentage error during validation with the observation of 2010 is estimated to be 0% for the range of CINE and 3.9% for CAPE.

Entangled photon pairs are a fundamental component for testing the foundations of quantum mechanics,and for modern quantum technologies such as teleportation and secured *** state-of-the-art sources are based on nonlinear processes that are limited in their efficiency and wavelength *** motivates the exploration of physical mechanisms for entangled photon generation,with a special interest in mechanisms that can be heralded,preferably at telecommunications *** we present a mechanism for the generation of heralded entangled photons from Rydberg atom cavity quantum electrodynamics(cavity QED).We propose a scheme to demonstrate the mechanism and quantify its expected *** heralding of the process enables non-destructive detection of the photon *** entangled photons are produced by exciting a rubidium atom to a Rydberg state,from where the atom decays via two-photon emission(TPE).A Rydberg blockade helps to excite a single Rydberg excitation while the input light field is more efficiently collectively absorbed by all the *** TPE rate is significantly enhanced by a designed photonic cavity,whose many resonances also translate into high-dimensional *** resulting high-dimensionally entangled photons are entangled in more than one degree of freedom:in all of their spectral components,in addition to the polarization—forming a hyperentangled state,which is particularly interesting in high information capacity quantum *** characterize the photon comb states by analyzing the Hong-Ou-Mandel interference and propose proof-of-concept experiments.

Prevalence of and risk factors for eclampsia in pregnant women in India

Due to achieving this, different properties like construction, weave, internal structure, use of variety of yarn, inner-structural changes are brought in fabrics. The more an industry is advanced with its products, the more it will get market value which is very important. Market research in this field is fundamental prior to going for production. An experimental study may be applied in the market on various products with a view to attaining a good annual turnover with production and manufactures. All these parameters like development, growth, market values etc. are strongly dependent on the analytical and research activities of a group. Considering all, analysis on a fabric and its properties is very much fundament and important.

Effect of Industrial Sludge Application on Soil Nitrogen and Wheat Plant Response

Wazirpur industrial area of Delhi generates a huge quantity of sludge per day, which is highly acidic in nature (pH 2.7 to 4.4) and contains macronutrients, micronutrients as well as toxic metals. A pot-culture experiment was conducted by taking the two soils (JNU and Chhattarpur) amended with sludge (0%, 10%, 20%, 30%), pretreated with lime (0%, 0.5% and 1%). Two wheat seedlings were planted per pot containing 3 kg sludge amended or control soil and the experiment was carried out till harvesting (four months) in a glass house. Lime treatments enhanced the N content in wheat plant in almost all cases. Sludge and lime treatments enhanced dry weight in wheat plants grown in Chhattarpur soil and dry weight increased with time. Maximum growth was observed in 0.5 lime treated and 20% sludge amended soils. But we have to take an account about any kind of metal toxicity before disposal of this waste to land.
