The present study deals with the Early Permian floral diversity,palaeoenvironment,palaeoclimate and depositional setting using a multiproxy approach that includes morphotaxonomy,palynology,and organic geochemistry of Karo OCM （Open Cast Mine）,East Bokaro Coalfield,Damodar Gondwana Basin,*** Permian sediments of Peninsular India are widely regarded as fluvial,along with some marine *** macroplant fossil assemblage exhibits the presence of Glossopteridales,comprising Glossopteris,Gangamopteris,and Vertebraria,as well as Coniferales,which includes *** palynological assemblage encompasses the dominance of the striate bisaccate pollen Faunipollenites *** the subdominance of the non-striate bisaccate pollen Scheuringipollenites *** glossopterid *** megafloral and palynofloral assemblage confirms the biostratigraphical age to be Late Barakar palynoflora of Kungurian *** studied morphological characteristics,including small to large Glossopteris leaves exhibiting a lanceolate shape,acute apices,and acute cuneate or tapering bases,as well as entire margins with narrower lamina and narrow meshes,suggest the existence of a dense forest with the prevalence of a warm and humid climate during their *** organic geochemical characterization based on functional group and biomarker analyses reveals the diagenetic effects on organic *** symmetric(～2865-2855 cm-1) and asymmetric stretching (～2930-2910 cm-1) peaks are identifiable in coal samples,whereas they are absent in carbonaceous *** A-factor vs.C-factor plot suggests that the kerogen type is type Ⅲ,which can generate mainly gaseous *** vitrinite reflectance studies （Rrav.1.1%） show increased maturity of the samples,which is supported by the n-alkane distribution pattern and the absence of hopane *** Indian floral assemblages in contemporary of southern Gondwana continents reveal a stronger inclination/affinity with the fl

目的探讨手术治疗的坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis,nEC)早产儿并发脑损伤的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2022年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院手术治疗的55例nEC早产儿临床资料,所有患儿中位发病日龄为16(12,25)d... 详细信息

目的探讨手术治疗的坏死性小肠结肠炎(necrotizing enterocolitis,nEC)早产儿并发脑损伤的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2022年12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院手术治疗的55例nEC早产儿临床资料,所有患儿中位发病日龄为16(12,25)d;修正Bell分期为ⅡB期17例(30.9%,17/55),Ⅲ期38例(69.1%,38/55)。依据患儿纠正胎龄近足月时的磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)评分作为脑损伤的判断指标,将患儿分为MRI+组(发生脑损伤,30例)和MRI-组(未发生脑损伤,25例)。比较两组患儿术前围生期情况、临床特征、实验室检查结果、临床合并症和手术情况等。采用多因素logistic回归分析探讨手术治疗的nEC早产儿发生脑损伤的危险因素。结果MRI+组肠穿孔的发生率(66.7%,20/30)高于MRI-组(36.0%,9/25),差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。MRI+组发病时血红蛋白水平低于MRI-组[(108.9±17.5)g/L比(129.3±24.2)g/L,P=0.001],降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平高于MRI-组[18.6(0.4,34.0)ng/ml比1.5(0.8,3.0)ng/ml,P=0.029]。MRI+组病变肠管以多病灶型或广泛病变型为主(60.0%,18/30),MRI-组以局灶型病变居多(72.0%,18/25),差异有统计学意义(P=0.018)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,发病时PCT(OR=1.108,95%CI:1.012~1.214)是手术治疗的nEC早产儿发生脑损伤的独立危险因素,血红蛋白(OR=0.955,95%CI:0.918~0.994)是保护因素。结论发病时PCT是手术治疗的nEC早产儿发生脑损伤的独立危险因素,血红蛋白是保护因素,动态监测PCT和血红蛋白水平有助于评估手术治疗nEC早产儿的神经发育结局。

Ross’ epidemic model describing the transmission of malaria uses two classes of infection, one for humans and one for mosquitoes. This paper presents a stochastic extension of a deterministic vector-borne epidemic model based only on the class of human infectious. The consistency of the model is established by proving that the stochastic delay differential equation describing the model has a unique positive global solution. The extinction of the disease is studied through the analysis of the stability of the disease-free equilibrium state and the persistence of the model. Finally, we introduce some numerical simulations to illustrate the obtained results.

Ghrelin is an appetite stimulatory peptide that regulates reproduction in *** acylation of ghrelin by ghrelin-O-acyltransferase(Goat)is essential for most of its *** ghrelinergic system(ghrelin,ghrelin receptor[Ghsr]and Goat)is present in teleost fish ovary and *** this research,we determined the abundance of the ghrelinergic system mRnAs in different stages of follicle(oocyte)development in zebrafish *** highest levels of preproghrelin mRnA were observed in the first stage of follicular development(previtellogenesis).Significantly low levels of preproghrelin mRnA were observed in stages 3II,4 and 5 of the follicle *** mRnA abundance remained unchanged at early stages of follicle development and decreased in stage 5 compared to other developmental stages.A significant decrease in preproghrelin and Ghsr mRnAs in the testis,and ghsr mRnA in the ovary of zebrafish deprived of food for 3 days were *** 7 days food deprivation,preproghrelin,ghsr and goat mRnA in the ovary and preproghrelin and goat in the testis of zebrafish were significantly *** results show that metabolic status modulates gonadal ghrelinergic system in zebrafish and provide support for a role for ghrelin in fish reproduction.

In this paper, we treat the spread of COVID-19 using a delayed stochastic SVIRS (Susceptible, Infected, Recovered, Susceptible) epidemic model with a general incidence rate and differential susceptibility. We start with a deterministic model, then add random perturbations on the contact rate using white noise to obtain a stochastic model. We first show that the delayed stochastic differential equation that describes the model has a unique global positive solution for any positive initial value. Under the condition R0 ≤ 1, we prove the almost sure asymptotic stability of the disease-free equilibrium of the model.

Here,a new species of bent-toed gecko,Cyrtodactylus phukhaensis ***.,is described from Doi Phu Kha,nan province,Thailand based on molecular and morphological evidence.A phylogeny based on nADH dehydrogenase subunit 2(nD2)and its flanking tRnAs places the new species in the chauquangensis group as a sister taxon to Cyrtodact ylus *** new species can be differentiated from other members of the chauquangensis group by having a unique combina tion of 7 or 8 suprala bials,23-28 longitudinal rows of dorsal tubercles,8-10 infrala bials,9 femoral pores,7 precloacal pores,40-47 ventral scales,and a lack of bands crossingthe temporal *** addition,results from a chromosome study of *** *** that the new species has a diploid chromosome number of 40 with a fundamental number of *** formula of the karyotype was as follows:2n(40)=2m+4sm+*** findings suggest that further studies of Cyrtodactylus biodiversity in northern Thailand are needed.
