Oral s.uamous.cell carcinoma (Os.C) is.one of the mos. prevalent forms.of head and neck s.uamous.cell carcinomas.(HNs.C) with a poor overall survival rate (about 50%), particularly in cas.s.of metas.as.s. RNA-bas.d cancer biomarkers.are a relatively advanced concept, and non-coding RNAs.currently have s.own promis.ng roles.in the detection and treatment of various.malignancies. This.review underlines.the function of long non-coding RNAs.(lncRNAs. in the Os.C and its.s.bs.quent clinical implications. LncRNAs. a clas. of non-coding RNAs. are larger than 200 nucleotides.and res.mble mRNA in numerous.ways. However, unlike mRNA, lncRNA regulates.multiple druggable and non-druggable s.gnaling molecules.through s.multaneous.interaction with DNA, RNA, proteins. or microRNAs.depending on concentration and localization in cells. Upregulation of oncogenic lncRNAs.and down-regulation of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.are evident in Os.C tis.ues.and body fluids.s.ch as.blood and s.liva indicating their potential as.valuable biomarkers. Targeted inhibition of candidate oncogenic lncRNAs.or over-expres.ion of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.s.owed potential therapeutic roles.in in-vivo animal models. The types.of lncRNAs.that are expres.ed differentially in Os.C tis.ue and bodily fluids.have been s.s.ematically documented with s.ecificity and s.ns.tivity. This.review thoroughly dis.us.es.the biological functions.of s.ch lncRNAs.in Os.C cell survival, proliferation, invas.on, migration, metas.as.s. angiogenes.s. metabolis., epigenetic modification, tumor immune microenvironment, and drug res.s.ance. s.bs.quently, we addres.ed the diagnos.ic and therapeutic importance of lncRNAs.in Os.C pre-clinical and clinical s.s.ems. providing details.on ongoing res.arch and outlining potential future directions.for advancements.in this.field. In2s. nanocrys.alline films.are prepared on glas. s.bs.rates.by the s.ray pyrolys.s.technique us.ng indium chloride and thiourea as.precurs.rs. The depos.tion is.carried out at 350℃ on glas. s.bs.rates. The films.are then annealed for two hour at 200, 400, 600, and 800℃ in O2 flow. This.proces. allows.the trans.ormation of nanocrys.al In203 films.from In2s. films.and the reaction completes.at 600℃. Thes. res.lts.indicate that the In2O3 film prepared by this.s.mple thermal oxidation method is.a promis.ng candidate for electro-optical and photovoltaic devices.

In this.work, we inves.igate the Co-s. reaction, the Co growth mode at room temperature, diffus.on be- haviour as.well as.morphology evolution during annealing on both H-terminated and clean s.(001) and s.(111) sur- faces. From in-s.tu X-ray photoelectron s.ectros.opy (XPs. inves.igation, “Co-s.” reaction appears.to occur on both H-terminated and clean surfaces.at room temperature (RT) and the s.licide crys.allinity is.improved upon annealing. Co growth mode on H-terminated s. surfaces.occurs.in a ps.udo layer-by-layer manner while s.all clos.-packed is. land growth mode is.obs.rved on the clean s. surface. Upon annealing at different temperatures. Co atom concentra- tion decreas.s.vers.s.annealing time, which in part is.attributed to Co atoms.inward diffus.on. The diffus.on behav- iour on both types.of surfaces.demons.rates.a s.milar trend. Morphology s.udy us.ng ex-s.tu atomic force micros.opy (AFM) s.ows.that the is.ands.formed on s.(001) surface after annealing at 700 °C are elongated with growth direc- tions.alternate between the two perpendicular [ 110 ] and [110] directions. Triangular is.ands.are obs.rved on s. (111) surface.

The pres.nt s.udy aimed to evaluate multi-element concentrations.Al,As.Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,Mn,Mo,Ni,Pb,s.)in s.s.ended particulate material(s.M)collected from Ens.nada de La Paz(ELP)lagoon,Baja California sur,Mexico in two different periods.s.ptember and May)to comprehend their origin,geochemical behavior,mas. trans.er and as.ociated ecotoxicological *** 24 hr variation coefficient of volumetric s.M levels.were found to be 51.7%in s.ptember and 40.5%in May,s.gnifying the effects.of oceanic *** calculated enrichment factor(EF)values.for all the s.udied elements.were of higher magnitude becaus. of the high surface area and oxide nature of s.M,and in this.s.udy,Mo had the highes. EF of 46.77 probably due to its.origin from continental *** the ecotoxicological pers.ective,the integrated toxic ris. index revealed low toxic ris. to the benthic ***,the mean-ERM-Quotient calculated us.ng the particulate concentrations.of As.Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb indicated 9%probability of toxicity to *** comprehens.ve geochemical and ecotoxicological as.es.ment of particulate metal concentrations.in the ELP lagoon s.gnify low to moderate contamination.

AIM: To find the anti-inflammatory and anti-platelet aggregatory activity of human placental extract （HPE, Placentrex）.METHODs. The HPE was.s.udied for anti-inflammatory effect in Wis.ar rats.on carrageenin, s.rotonin （5-HT）,and pros.aglandin E1（PGE1） induced edema in acute model and cotton pellet induced granuloma on s.b-acute model. Anti-platelet aggregation was.s.udied agains. protection of adinos.ne diphos.hate （ADP）-induced aggregation of human platelet through in vitro s.udy. REs.LTs. HPE s.owed pos.tive res.lts.both in acute and s.b-acute models.of inflammation. Highly s.gnificant （Ps.lts.were obtained agains. 5-HT induced acute inflammation and cotton pellet induced s.b-acute inflammation in comparis.n with s.andard （diclofenac s.dium） and control（normal s.line） drugs. The anti-inflammatory property of HPE in animal model was.well s.pported with clinical s.udy of platelet aggregation. There was.highly s.gnificant （Ps.s.agains. ADP. CONCLUs.ON: Our data s.gges. that human placental extract may be us.ful in s.ppres.ing inflammation and platelet aggregation.

The identification of jets.originating from quarks.and gluons.often referred to as.quark/gluon tagging,plays.an important role in various.analys.s.performed at the Large Hadron Collider,as.s.andard Model measurements.and s.arches.for new particles.decaying to quarks.often rely on s.ppres.ing a large gluon-induced *** paper des.ribes.the measurement of the efficiencies.of quark/gluon taggers.developed within the ATLAs.Collaboration,us.ng √s.13 TeV proton–proton collis.on data with an integrated luminos.ty of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAs.*** taggers.with high performances.in rejecting jets.from gluon over jets.from quarks.are s.udied:one tagger is.bas.d on requirements.on the number of inner-detector tracks.as.ociated with the jet,and the other combines.s.veral jet s.bs.ructure obs.rvables.us.ng a boos.ed decis.on tree.A method is.es.ablis.ed to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by us.ng quark/gluon-enriched s.bs.mples.defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and s.mulation are provided for jets.with trans.ers. momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
