[Objectives] To determine the optimum conditions and antioxidant activity of Myrica ruba leaf pigment,and provide reference for further development and use of Myrica ruba leaves. [Methods]Pigment of Myrica ruba leaves was extracted by ethanol extraction method. Absorbance was measured at wavelength of 300 nm. Effects of ethanol volume fraction,solid-to-liquid ratio,temperature,and extraction time were studied. L_9( 3~3) orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the extraction process,and DPPH scavenging ability was measured.[Results]The optimum extraction process of Myrica ruba leaf pigment was as follows: the ethanol volume fraction was 50%; the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1: 60( w/v),extraction temperature 70℃; extraction time was 60 min; after the concentration of purified Myrica ruba leaf pigment reached 0. 4455 mg/mL,the DPPH scavenging ability was basically the same as the same concentration Vc.[Conclusions] The experiment indicates that the optimized extraction process has a high yield rate,and Myrica ruba leaf pigment has high anti-oxidant activity.

[Objectives]To study the antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetate extract of Amomum villosum Lour.[Methods]The removal rate of chelated iron ions,hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion free radicals and DPPH free radicals by the ethyl acetate extract of *** *** determined by UV spectrophotometer.[Results]0.5000μg/mL ethyl acetate extract of *** *** the strongest ability to chelate with ferrous ions and to remove hydroxyl radicals,superoxide anion free radicals and DPPH free *** ability to chelate with ferrous ions was 95.14%,and the removal rate of the above free radicals was 86.217%,81.44%,and 85.16%.[Conclusions]The ethyl acetate extract of *** *** a strong antioxidant effect,and its antioxidant capacity was related to the sample concentration,which provides a theoretical basis for its application in the development of antioxidant skin care products.

[Objectives]To explore the mechanism of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)by analyzing the effective components of Gegen Qinlian Decoction.[Methods]TCMSP database was used to analyze the active components of Gegen Qinlian Decoction,and pubchem and Swiss ADME databases were also used to predict drug targets,extract T2DM complicated with NAFLD targets from OMIM and Genecards *** plot was drawn to obtain intersection targets,and finally Cytoscape was used to make core target maps and drug-target-disease network *** DAVID and Metascape database to analyze the intersection targets,the gene ontology information of Go and KEGG was *** informatics technology was used to visualize GO,and Cytoscape was used to make drug-target-disease network map-enrichment pathway map.[Results]The network pharmacological analysis showed that Gegen Qinlian Decoction acted on the key targets of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,such as ALB and ALT1,through many components,and achieved the purpose of treating this *** chemical constituents of the drug include formononetin,5-hydroxyisomucronulatol-2,5-2-O-glucoside,cholesteryl laurate,isoliquiritigenin,etc.[Conclusions]This study provides a new idea and theoretical support for future drug research and clinical practice.

目的:评价草果醇提物4种不同极性部位的体外抗氧化活性,为该植物中抗氧化活性化学成分的开发研究奠定基础。方法:将草果的干燥果实粉碎后,用95%乙醇加热回流提取,经旋转蒸发浓缩、水浴蒸干后得到醇提取物浸膏;将该浸膏以水分散,再依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取,分别合并各溶剂萃取液,并收集下层水相,再经旋转蒸发浓缩、水浴蒸干后得到石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水部位。采用经典体外抗氧化活性试验,以2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)作为阳性对照,考察草果醇提物不同极性部位对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力和对三价铁离子(Fe^3+)的还原能力。结果:草果醇提物4种极性部位对DPPH自由基的清除率均达到80%以上,其清除能力强弱排序为乙酸乙酯部位>BHT>正丁醇部位>石油醚部位>水部位;对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率大部分约为30%~40%,其清除能力强弱排序为正丁醇部位>石油醚部位>水部位>乙酸乙酯部位>BHT,但整体弱于其对DPPH自由基的清除能力;对Fe^3+也有一定的还原能力,其还原能力强弱排序总体上为正丁醇部位>BHT>乙酸乙酯部位>石油醚部位>水部位,但当水部位质量浓度为4.0μg/m L时其还原能力升至最强。结论:草果的不同极性部位均具有一定的体外抗氧化能力,但其在不同抗氧化活性试验中的抗氧化活性能力强弱排序并不一致;乙酸乙酯部位对DPPH自由基的清除能力最强,正丁醇部位对超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力和对Fe^3+的还原能力最强。

[Objectives]To explore a new method for induction of allergic rhinitis in mice,and compare and evaluate it with common modeling methods.[Methods]36 mice were randomly divided into the control group,blank group and experimental group,and there were 12 mice in each *** mice in the control group were conventionally *** is,the mice were first injected intraperitoneally with the mixture composed of OVA 50μg,[Al(OH)3]5 mg and 1ml of normal saline once every other day,and then since the 15 th d,20μL of 5%OVA solution was dropped into each nasal cavity once a day,which lasted for 7 *** blank group was treated with the same amount of normal saline according to the control group,and received intraperitoneal injection and bilateral nasal drip *** the experimental group,mice were first given intraperitoneal injection of the mixture composed of ovalbumin(OVA)75μg,aluminum hydroxide gel[Al(OH)3]8 mg and normal saline 1.5 mL for basic *** the 26 th d,20μL of 3%OVA solution was dropped into each nasal cavity once a day,which lasted for 10 *** number of sneezes,the number of nose scratching,the amount of nasal discharge,and the activity of mice in each group were observed,and the behavior of allergic reaction was ***,the number of eosinophils in the nasal discharge of mice and the IgE content in serum were measured.[Results]The score of nasal stimulation symptoms,the number of eosinophils and serum IgE level of mice in the control group and the experimental group were higher than those in the blank group(P0.05).[Conclusions]The modeling method was more suitable for the development of allergic rhinitis patients condition,and reduced the probability of death of mice due to modeling,and simplified the experimental operation.

[Objectives]The anti-tumor activity of fractions from Buddleja officinalis *** petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water solvent was studied.[Methods]The ethanol extract from *** *** extracted and then concentrated with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water,respectively,and the extracts were *** inhibitory effects of the four different fractions on the growth of three tumor cell lines in vitro were detected by CCK-8 method,and the median inhibitory concentration(IC 50 value)was calculated.[Results]The four fractions inhibited the growth of the three tumor cell lines in vitro,among which the n-butanol fraction had the best anti-tumor *** IC 50 values of the n-butanol fraction on human gastric cancer(SGC-7901),human breast cancer(MCF-7)and human liver cancer(BEL-7404)cell lines were 0.08,1.58 and 0.12 mg/mL,respectively.[Conclusions]Petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water fractions from the ethanol extract of *** *** certain anti-tumor effects,and the n-butanol fraction had the best anti-tumor activity.

Effect of Centipeda Herba Volatile Oil on Allergic Rhinitis by Nasal Sniffing

[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of different concentrations of Centipeda Herba volatile oil in the treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) by nasal sniffing and the optimal drug concentration.[Methods] Forty-eight mice were randomly divided into control group, blank group, alcohol treatment group, low concentration group, medium concentration group and high concentration group, with 8 mice in each group. Except for the blank group, each mouse in the other groups was intraperitoneally injected with 1 mL of a mixture of 50 μgOVA+5 mg [Al(OH) 3] +1 mL of normal saline for 14 d. The allergic rhinitis mouse model was successfully established by intranasal instillation of 5% OVA solution on both sides (20 μL per side, once a day) from the 15 th day after stimulation for 7 d. The blank group was treated with the same amount of saline as above. The volatile oil of Centipeda Herba was obtained by steam distillation and petroleum ether extraction, and then was made into 1.25%, 2.5% and 5% volatile oil of Centipeda Herba with 75% alcohol. The control group was stimulated once every other day with reagent 2 after 7 d of stimulation (maintenance) until the end of treatment. The blank group was treated with 5 mL saline by nasal sniffing for 30 d, twice in the morning and evening, 30 min each time. The alcohol treatment group was treated with 5 mL of 75% alcohol, and the low concentration group, the medium concentration group and the high concentration group were treated with 5 mL of 1.25%, 2.5% and 5% Centipeda Herba volatile oil, respectively. The treatment time was the same as that of the blank group, and the treatment process was carried out in their respective closed contamination boxes. Before and after the treatment, the frequency of sneezing, the frequency of scratching nose, the amount of nasal discharge, activity and other general characteristics of the mice were observed, and the allergic behavior score was carried out.
